Chapter 4
Alanna hasn't expected the call she revived while working. Apparently her little sister Arya had gotten into a fight at school with a boy. Both her parents were working and the secondary number to call was her since she was listed.
"Mrs. Baratheon I have to go."
Alanna said walking up to Cersei as she was in the middle of talking to Tyrion. She frowned deeply. Although their discussion was not forgotten, it seemed that Cersei was more tolerable of Alanna when she showed backbone.
"What's wrong?"
Tyrion questioned. Alanna looked at both of them.
"My little sister Arya has gotten into s fight and I need to go speak with the principle."
Tyrion blinked and Cersei frowned deeply. They both looked at her and she at them. For a moment she was confused. It was then Cersei crossed her arms over her chest and nearly glared at Alanna.
"My son Joffery was just beaten up by someone at the school. Tyrion was just on his way to go sort it out."
Alanna felt her stomach drop. Surely Arya wasn't stupid enough -- what was she saying? Of course she was. Her little sister had no common sense when it came to fighting.
"Go with Tyrion. Sort it out. Be back here early tomorrow."
Cersei sighed as she walked away from the two of them. Alanna watched as Tyrion couldn't help but grin.
"Well now. Sounds like Arya Stark is a rather remarkable young girl."
Tyrion teased as he nodded for Alanna to follow.
"It was over a dog?"
Tyrion questioned as he stood there looking at Alanna. The two of them were outside now with each child. Arya was red in the face with anger while Joffery was holding his nose.
"She -- she -- "
"You said you were going to kill it!"
Arya screamed. Allan grabbed her sister up by the back of her school uniform and kept her from Joffery. Tyrion rolled his eyes.
"Come now, Joffery, don't act like such a brat."
Tyrion said watching in slight amusement as Alanna pulled back her younger sibling.
"You're extremely lucky father is at work with Joffery's father -- the King might I remind you!"
Alanna scolded causing Arya to huff and was released from Alanna's hold.
"Yes, and very lucky that the two are friends."
Tyrion reminded causing Alanna to look down at him. He stood there with a smile on his lips as if the whole situation would be alright.
"Arya. You cannot protect everything."
Alanna huffed as she looked down at her little sister.
"A stray dog is not your concern. What is is protecting our family and punching the King's child in the face and nearly breaking hide nose is not something that will help!"
Arya went to talk back but Alanna raised her hand silencing the child.
"You will apologize."
Arya's mouth dropped. She couldn't believe that her sister was telling her to apologize to the spoiled brat of a boy. Joffery stood there with his arms crossed over his chest as if waiting.
"I'm sorry."
She scoffed earning s smack on the shoulder from her sister. She glared up at her elder.
"As you mean it."
Alanna said through clenched teeth. Her anger obviously getting the better of her. Arya shifted in her spot and sighed deeply.
"I'm sorry for hitting you."
She said with her tone more convincing. Joffery shuffled around a bit before he nodded.
"I accept your apology."
Tyrion rolled his eyes at his nephew.
"Good. Well. Now that that's done let us get on home. I'm sure your mother is... concerned."
Tyrion said as he motioned for Joffery to walk on. The boy did so and was followed by Arya. The two of them headed for the car.
"Children."
Alanna scoffed shaking her head and watching them. Tyrion just hummed as he looked up at her.
"Doesn't it make you just want to have twelve of them?"
She scoffed and chuckled shaking her head she looked down at the little man.
"Oh yes. Honestly I don't know why mother and father stopped at five -- six if we're including my step brother."
She rolled her eyes causing Tyrion to laugh as the two of them walked to the car.
"Alanna, father wishes to see you in his office."
Cersei said as Alanna had just entered the studio. She looked at Cersei with an odd manner.
"Mr. Lannister? What fo-- "
"He didn't say."
Cersei snapped. Alanna was taken back. Cersei had snapped at her in a manner that made no logical sense. She had just walked in through the door and the woman was already pissed off about something. That's when Cersei huffed and walked away pulling out her cell phone and going to town typing on it.
Alanna frowned but took a glance around the room before proceeding yo the elevator down the hall and taking it up to the top floor. When the door is opened she stepped out into the very large room which seem to be one giant waiting room.
She wouldn't have expected this on the top floor she would have expected a long hallway or something such as that. But instead it was just a wide floor with many windows, white floors that you could see your very own reflection in, and a very long red carpet that stretched all the way down probably a good 300 foot until it reached some large dark wooden doors. Beside the doors was the reception desk.
Swallowing her nervousness Alanna walked forward toward the desk.
The receptionist stopped typing away on her keyboard and merely gave the woman a quick glance before she smiled softly.
"You must be Alanna. Mr. Lannister is waiting for you in his office. Please, go right on inside."
She told her. Alanna did she was told and entered through one of the two very large doors. When she stopped inside the inside of the office seemed almost the same as his office at home. Except for the fact that instead of the wooden walls they were replaced with windows all the way from one side of the room to the other.
The exception was the bookcases were lined along the walls beside the doors. The marble floor continued but was covered in a vast majority of red carpet. The desk however was a very old fashioned wooden desk which didn't really match the layout of the room, but it showed personality.
And they're standing behind his desk gazing out the window looking over the entire city was Tywin. He stood there with his hands placed behind his back locked in one another.
"Mr. Lannister? You asked to see me?"
She questioned seeing his reflection in the glass. He had a rather bored look even as she spoke. And then when he turned around it was still there.
"Ah yes, Alanna, have a seat."
He said watching her hesitantly moving to one of the two chairs in front of his desk. She took her seat and gazed upon the many things that littered his desk. Pens, papers, scales, books -- too much to name.
"Do you know why you're here?"
He questioned walking over to be standing on the left side of Alanna beside his desk. She shook her head looking up at him. He looked at her. She was dressed in her usual white shirt and some type of black jeans. It was obvious that she was never dressing to impress. Tywin's mind snapped out of his thoughts about her appearance and moved to stand in front of her leaning back against the front of his desk.
"My son-in-law has taken ill."
Alanna softened. So that's why Cersei was so upset with her when she came into work today.
"And as you know, he's this counties King. When he passes away things will change."
Alanna sat there listening. That's all she could do was sit there and listen.
"When he passes, my daughter will take the throne. My daughter, who just so happens to be your employer."
"But I thought you -- "
"Were your employer. Yes. I am. But she provides you with the work."
He had s point. He did indeed provide her with the work. Tywin might have made it to where Cersei was to hire Alanna, but the woman gave her the work.
"I didn't think the King was so gravely ill? My father hasn't -- "
"Notifyed you? I'm sure he's busy bustling about making sure things transgress as smoothly as possible for my daughter."
Tywin looked down at Alanna. He noticed something out of place about her. It was small, but he noticed.
"Something the matter?"
He asked causing Alanna's full attention to be given to him.
"I don't understand what this meeting is about? Am I being let go, sir?"
Tywin chuckled.
"Quite the opposite."
He said seeing the confused expression. Tywin smirked a bit as he moved his hand out to motion her to rise from her chair. She did so hesitantly.
"You, Alanna, are going to be busier now more than ever."
He said his smile causing her belly to turn upside down and inside out.
"We need to hurry this up!"
Cersei called out. It was the weekend of the beach photoshoot and even though things with Robert didn't seem too become any better the show still had to go on. Cersei made it clear that things were going to continue forward in the matter of business.
Joffrey kept his deal and brought Sansa along to the beach photoshoot. Even though Alanna was basically mortified for her little sister to watch her posing in such bathing suits that held little to the imagination, her little sister didn't seem to mind it seeing as how her attention was mainly on joffrey.
And to make matters worse Tywin along with his oldest son Jamie had decided to tag along. This was the first time that Alanna had actually met Jamie and needless to say he was a rather pleasant man. Even if he couldn't keep his eyes off of her and whisper things to his father, who had also been watching with an amused look.
Time dragged on. They weren't just at any Beach off of Shoreline. They had actually traveled by the Lannister company boat to an island somewhere out in the ocean. Apparently Cersei wanted the tropical field to the photo shoot and also didn't want anyone bothering them as they worked.
But by the end of the day everything came out and their long day at the beach came to an end.
Once everyone boarded back on the boat it was rather late. Late enough to wear their driver decided to stop for the night and rest in the middle of the ocean. Nobody seem to disagree since there was enough bedding for both the camera crew and the family. Yes that's how big this boat was. It was 3 floors. The under deck, the main deck, and the upper deck.
The under deck was where everybody else was sleeping and where Alana was supposed to be asleep. However she currently found herself unable to do so so instead she decided to go up to the upper deck and gaze out into the ocean against the railing.
She still had on her two piece bikini, which just happened to be another Lannister red, with a small towel draped across her shoulders as she gazed out into the ocean.
"You seem distracted."
Alanna turned and seen Tywin walking out onto the upper deck of the boat. She had just enough light from the moon to see him clear as day. It was quiet now as the men slept below the deck and what few guest there were left.
"I'm just thinking."
She said looking at Tywin's floral shirt he still wore a long with his white shorts. He stopped in front of her and just looked down at her.
"You're always thinking. That's something I've noticed about you."
He said causing Alanna to snort and turn her back to him. She gazed out to the sea.
"I have to be thinking, now that my dad is on another business trip of his to King Robert's since hes fallen ill, he left without so much as saying goodbye."
She said hearing Tywin approaching her from behind. She felt him standing directly behind her. And then his hands touched her shoulders softly.
"My father died while I was away reclaiming debts loaned to other families. It was a long and drawn out business trip for me. And before I left, do you know what I said to my father?"
Alanna shook her head her eyes still upon the sea.
"I argued with him. Had the biggest fight I think I had ever had with him. He had a mistress after my mother died. He allowed her in my mother's bed. I told him that he was a laughing stock of the family to others."
Alanna glanced over her shoulder eyes wide as she looked up at him. He was looking down at her as he spoke.
"It can always be worse, Alanna."
He said allowing her to turn to face him. Her eyes darted around his face he could tell she was questioning why he had told her this. Then he noticed her eyes landing on his lips. And before he knew what was happening he placed his hands on either side of her face and kissed her.
Her hands darted up and grabbed his abdomen and his back side as she deepened the kiss.
Tywin groaned as his hands moved from her face to her back and down to her ass which he gave a squeeze. She gasped and he slipped his tongue into her mouth not once but twice, getting a moan from her.
He pulled away from her for a moment of air. Looking down at her to find her face red, but her eyes begging for more. He swooped back in and pinned her against the railing. She grunted and gasped as she felt his body press against hers. His penis pressing against her stomach through his shorts.
Alanna gasped when Tywin plucked her up from the railing and moved her back toward the inside of the boat. She felt her feet moving, but the kisses were hot and distracting. Before she knew it, her back had hit the bed and she was left panting gazing up at Tywin as he started to unbutton his shirt.
Her eyes widened when she seen his finely looking upper body. For a man his age she was rather surprised to see him looking as fit as he did.
"I wasn't lying before when I said we should fuck."
He stated causing Alanna's face to burn even more. When his shirt was gone he climbed into the bed and like a lion pinned her down against the sheets. She gasped and moaned feeling his lips trailing against her hot skin. He grunted feeling her hips brush against his erection in his shorts.
"Now, let's rid you of these shall we?"
He said smirking as he reached out and started to remove her bathing suit piece by piece.
