Chapter 3

"Hold the pose Alanna."

Cersei demanded watching Alanna being bent backwards in one of the most painful poses she has ever done. It hurt so bad that she could have sworn that the back of her legs were going to snap in half. She was basically laying on her calves laying all the way back with her back against the floor.

And once again she was dressed in some type of lingerie. This time it was black with gold trim around it. A little black ribbon sat in the middle of her breast. Of course the entire outfit was Laci and she this time War matching black lace thigh high socks. They were attached to a black garter belt to help keep the stockings up considering how thick her thighs were.

All in all she was extremely uncomfortable and wanted to hurry up to get this session finished and out of the way. But it seem no matter which position she placed herself in Cersei just was not happy with the pictures that were coming out of the shoot.

"Alanna come back up."

She demanded huffing as she walked over to stand in front of her. Alanna rubbed the side of her arm, she felt anxious with the way Cersei was glaring at her.

"Your unflattering in the manner in which you lay. Your rolls cover the bottom part of your outfit."

She scolded causing Alanna's eyes to widen. She didn't understand as to why Cersei was so upset with her this shoot.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Baratheon. Maybe I could -- "

"Oh so you have ideas now? Ideas on how to run my shoot?"

She questioned nodding her head in anger. Alanna didn't know what to do she was at a cross roads here. She just looked at Cersei as she stood there with her arms crossed. And then it was then that Alanna recalled what Tywin had told her that day at Joffery's party.

"Mrs. Baratheon, you can't treat me like this you're not even my boss."

Cersei mouth dropped open and before letting out a strangled laugh.

"Are you serious? I am your boss -- "

"Tywin Lannister told you to hire me. He was the one that wanted me to model. He gave me my job, not you."

Cersei narrowed her eyes. She came up close to Alanna. Close enough to startle the man behind the camera. Their noses were inches from each other.

"Did Tyrion tell you this?"

Her voice was deathly low and was seeping with venom. Alanna narrowed her eyes equally.

"No. Your father told me the night of your son's sweet sixteen."

Alanna said causing Cersei to draw back almost instantly out of shock. She hasn't even known that her father had spoken to anyone at the party. She hasn't seen him all night and it was apparent that she hasn't seen Alanna for a good portion of that night either.

They must have been in his office together.

Cersei took a step back. She didn't like this. She didn't like the idea of Alanna and her father being alone. It didn't sit well with her.

"Really... you and my father spoke during the party?"

"We had tea in his office and talked about how he wanted me employed with his company until further notice."

Cersei gritted her teeth together, but for the better she exhaled deeply through her nose and cleared her throat before giving Alanna the fakest smile the girl had ever seen before.

"Well then. It's not me who should be telling you how to pose then. Come. Have a seat until I return."

She told Alanna as Cersei then exited the room leaving Alanna for better words shaken.

Alanna stood quickly when she seen Tywin entering the room looking rather unamused. Cersei was directly behind him as they approached Alanna.

"I heard you're being incompetent. Care to explain?"

Tywin said in an irritated tone. Alanna opened her mouth but only looked like a fish out of water. It was then Tywin snapped.

"Everyone out!"

He yelled. The camera man was quick to leave and Cersei left with a knowing smirk. Only when the two of them were alone did Tywin look at Alanna.

"I -- Cersei was making -- unrealistic demands. Poses that I can't do due to my -- body type."

Tywin arched a brow. He gave a quick once over of Alanna and her outfit before his eyes met with hers again.

"Such as?"

She felt her cheeks warm. She went on to explaining to him how Cersei had her laying down and in that position she was unable to see the bottom part of the underwear due to her body size. When she was done explaining Tywin inhaled deeply.

"My daughter should know better. That's not a proper modeling position to begin with. You're very lucky. If this had been for some other reason I'd have been more furious than I am now."

Tywin stated. It was easy to see that the man wasn't happy. He had probably been deep and work when his daughter head come to him and pulled him away from his work only to drag him into this type of situation.

"I'm sorry. But she started harassing me -- "

"Harrasing?"

Tywin said surprised. Alanna swallowed and nodded.

"I told her that you had made her hire me. That you were technically my boss. That I knew the truth. She got... really angry after I told her about Joffery's party how we -- "

"Let me stop you right there."

Tywin said raising his hand. Alanna fell silent. He inhaled deeply looking at Alanna.

"My daughter is a great many of things. Beautiful, rich, powerful. But one of the things she is most is prideful. To hear that I was alone with one of her models, one that I had made her hire, well you could see where that would infuriate her."

It took Alanna a minute and then it dawned on her.

"She thinks... She thinks we're -- "

"Fucking. Yes."

Alanna blushed deeply. The idea that Cersei would think that had never even crossed her mind. The fact that he had hired her to be a model she believed was strictly on professional terms. But if Cersei truly believe that her and her father were fuking during Joffrey's party then she could understand the sudden rage that the woman had displayed when she had mentioned that Cersei was not her boss, but instead it was Tywin.

"Oh... oh my God."

Alanna said softly putting her hand on her cheek. Tywin scoffed. He watched Alanna. Her watched her face turning red. He watched how she tensed up. He watched her body very closely.

"So. Now that my daughter believes us to be fucking, perhaps we should."

Alanna's eyes widened horrifically. Looking at Tywin she seen that he was serious. He was serious about it. How could he possibly be -- oh no.

"Mr. Lannister -- Mr. Lannister, I -- I -- "

"You're modest. I know."

He said causing Alanna's heart to feel as if it was going to expload from her chest. He chuckled a bit. His hand coming out and touching her cheek ever so softly.

Alanna didn't know if this was sexual harassment or not due to the fact that she was sorry to admit that she actually didn't mind the gesture.

"I respect that. But, I won't lie to you when I say that I -- "

His eyes traveled down her breasts before he looked back at her.

"Wouldn't mind the idea."

He said removing his hand. He pulled away completely from her but not before giving her a slight grin. Turning his back to her he started to walk away his shoes making an echoing sound with every step he took across the wood floor.

"I wouldn't suggest angering my daughter further. I was in an important meeting. Next time, things won't be so understanding."

He said as he left the room. Leaving Alanna alone flustered and shaken.

Alanna sat outside on the porch in the dark. She sat there on the swing that hung from the underside of the roof of the porch. She sat there just looking at the Lannisters house across the street.

She sat there thinking about the things that had happened today at work and the things that Tywin Lannister had confessed to her while she was standing there dressed in nothing but a few strings of lace.

The way that he looked at her as she recalled sent chills down her spine. The fact that he had been want to hire her and admitting to her that he wouldn't mind the idea of them getting together made her shutter. It wasn't as if he was unattractive. He wasn't by any means, at least not to her.

Did that make her crazy, finding a man that was almost 3 times her age attractive?

She knew it didn't have anything to do with the money that he possessed. It must have been the power in the way that he carried himself. That's what it must have been the way that he carried himself that made him so attracted to her.

The way that he wasn't afraid to speak his mind or care about what others may have thought about him he said what he wanted to say. But there was also a part of that the terrified her deeply. She knew well enough about what happened to the Reins who owned Castamere HQ and the Casterly's.

But what she did not know was how Tywin Lannister was able to come out without any charges put against him. She knew that with the Catameres there was enough evidence put against him to have put him away for a very long time. Yet there were no charges filed and he continue to conduct his business as usual.

The fact of the matter was is that she was terrified of him knowing that if something happened that he didn't like or things did not go his way he would take care of that person and not even hesitate to take care of their entire family.

So today when he told her what he did the idea of her refusing him and then him becoming angry terrified her. But who was she possibly going to tell who could help her? What could she possibly do?

When the front door opened it startled her. She jumped and her father seen her jump when he stepped out onto the porch. Ned looked at his daughter and straight away she could see he was dissapointned.

"I had a long chat with Robb and your mother."

Ned said walking over to his daughters side. She looked away from him. He rubbed the back of his head.

"I seen the magazine. I seen... you."

She didn't say anything. He sighed deeply dropping his hands to be placed in his pockets as he stood there awkwardly on the porch wishing he wasn't having this conversation with his daughter.

"I was angry at first. Furious actually. I was ready to come home and put a knot in your tail hoping that it would put the sense back into you. But then Robb spoke to me after Kat. He told me that you didn't want any part of it and that you're only doing this because you're scared -- "

"I'm not scared!"

Alanna snapped catching Ned off guard. The cracking in his daughter's voice told him differently.

"I know why you're doing this. You're doing this because you're afraid of angering them. Of angering Tywin Lannister."

"And you're not?"

She asked looking up at her father. Ned frowned deeply and shook his head.

"No. No because I have more important things to take care of than worrying about if I make some man angry."

"He's not just some man though. You know what he's done. Everyone knows what he's done."

"Aye. But walking on egg shells won't change the fact that you may or may not end up like the Reins or Casterly's. A man like Tywin Lannister can do things that we can't. He doesn't need reason."

He told his child. Alanna shook her head. This conversation was making her extremely emotional and she didn't like it.

"What I'm trying to say Alanna. Is that if you don't want to model, then don't. We might live across the street from them but that doesn't mean you have to listen to the man who might not be your boss tomorrow."

Her father was right and she knew he was right. Working beside the King had taught him a thing or two when it came to how these things worked.

"But if I quit then -- "

"You'll have to live with the fact that he might be disappointed, angry even, but you've given him no reason to come after you. No real reason. There are plenty of other women out there. You're replaceable as bad as that sounds."

"I know. But he..."

Alanna bit her lower lip. She kept quiet about what Tywin had told her earlier today. The last thing she needed was to add fuel to the fire. She knew her father. Knowing that he would take the matter to Robert since Tywin was the man's father-in-law.

"He's not going to let me to so easily."

Ned sighed. Shaking his head he looked at his daughter.

"Just do your best. But don't be afraid. Never be afraid."

He told her. Alanna wished she could smile. She wished more than anything right now that she could smile at his words. But she just couldn't.

"Make sure you come inside soon. Wouldn't want the bugs to eat you up."

Ned said ending their conversation on a rather awkward note. Alanna nodded and rubbed her eye. Ned sighed and turned around to go back inside. When he was gone and the front door closed behind him Alanna turned and looked back out over to the Lannister's house.

She pondered on her father's words for the rest of the night.
