Xiali's POV...

I froze as I see a woman and four men wearing all black standing in front of Lucas and I. The woman had been throwing evil glances at me, which creeped me out.

"Ma, what are you doing here?" Lucas ask the woman. No way, this creepy woman is his mom? I wasn't ready to hear that.

"What did you think made me come all the way here in the middle of the night?" the woman stares at Lucas with a sharp look. "You have to stop acting so innocent, son. It's discgusting!"

"Ma...let's talk..."

"There's nothing to talk about! You got the girl and the time is up!" the woman, slightly screams at the last part of the sentence. "Get her to the car, boys!"

"Ma, don't do this!" Lucas says as he tries to cover me from the four men who are approaching us.

The four men quickly pushes Lucas to the side and drags me off the bed. I tried to escape their grip but for a girl to fight over the power of four men was too hard. Suddenly I felt a sharp sting on my arm, realizing that they had injected something to me. My head suddenly felt dizzy as I couldn't fight them anymore, before everything turned black.

5:30 AM....

At the abandoned building....

I flutter my eyes slowly. My head still feels dizzy and my body feels weak after the sudden injection. Damn, what did they put in it anyway? I realize that I am lying down on a dusty floor in a dark room. I try to get up but I found my hands and legs are tied together. To make it worse, they also duktaped my mouth. This is pure horror!

After about 15 minutes, the door suddenly opens with a guy walking inside the room. It's Hendery. He walks towards me and kneels down to remove the daktape from my mouth.

"Hendery! Where am I? What's going on?" I ask with mixed feelings of fury, confusion, and a bit of fear.

"Sorry, I can't tell you," Hendery says, before he sits down on the ground while avoiding eye contact with me.

What the hell? Was that even a proper answer? I feel like I want to slap him in the face. "Let go of me now!" I say, really feeling in fury right now.

Hendery turns his head to the side with an empty look. "I can't do that. It's mama's orders."

"You guys kidnapped me! You jerks!" I say out of fury. I try to hold back the tears in my eyes.

Just then, I hear the sound of footsteps again. A girl and a guy who I am familiar approaches me. What the hell? What are they doing here?

"Xiali, long time no see," says the guy.

"What the hell? Ningning? Junhui? What are you guys doing here?" I couldn't believe I am seeing this.

"Isn't it obvious? We're part of the gang," Junhui says as he stood next to Hendery along with Ningning.

"Sorry to say, there's no way out," Ningning says as she stares at me. Ningning, the girl who I thought was my best friend who went missing, turned out to be the biggest traitor. I feel betrayed.

Hendery lets out a sigh as he stares at me. "I know you really hate me and my brother now. But in a few hours, all of that won't matter anymore," he says before standing up.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"We finally caught you, Xiali. All that was lost for years, are finally back. What a sweet revenge," Hendery says, trying to do a small chuckle to not make this seem dramatic but rather creepy. What the hell is trying to say?

"Despite the fact that we'll probably feel guilty for kidnapping you. We had to do it," Hendery says as he tries to look cool while looking into my eyes, yet somehow I sense that there was a slight of guilt written in his eyes. He was trying to hold back tears.

"What do you mean? I don't understand!" I say.

Hendery didn't answer me. He just walk out of the room along with Junhui and Ningning and slams the door shut, leaving me once again alone in this dusty room. I need to get out of here.

Just then, the door opens again, but this time it wasn't Hendery. It's Lucas. He has a guilty look on his face. I stare at him with disappointment and fury as he walks over to approach me.

"Lucas! What the heck is this? Get me out of here!" I say in a strict tone.

"He won't be able to do that, child!"

I look behind Lucas and see that his mom is standing behind him with four men who are all wearing sunglasses, along with an old man in a gray suit. I didn't need to think twice. I realize that THEY ARE the stalkers.

Meanwhile...

After a while of trying to find Xiali's location, Xiaojun managed to track her down at found out where she is. The boys are now heading there to the location.

"Did you managed to track her down?" Yangyang ask through the phone.

"Yes. She's at the abandont building. We're heading there right now," Xiaojun says.

"Ok. We just picked up the guys from the airport. We'll meet up with you guys there ASAP. Bye!" Yangyang says before he ends the call.

At the abandoned building...

"You really look like that damn woman, child," Vivian stares at Xiali with an evil look. "Your presence already disgust me."

"You....what do you want?" Xiali ask in a furious tone, with her mind still having no idea what does the woman in front of her want.

"What do I want?" Vivian ask as she walks over to Xiali, followed by two of her men. "Get her up, boys!"

The two men gets Xiali to stand up despite her hands and legs being tied together. Vivian looks at the girl sharply in the eyes. Suddenly, Vivian slaps her with full of rage, making her shock.

"That should be a question I ask your mother. You hideous girl!" Vivian screams at Xiali, before kicking her hard to fall to the grown, leaving her in pain as her head hit the hard floor.

Lucas and Hendery couldn't dare to watch their mother being so cruel to Xiali. Hendery notice how puffy his brother's eyes are. He is struggling to hold back the amount of tears. Though it isn't the first time they saw their mother hurting others, they really couldn't stand it this time.

Xiali groans in pain. "Ah, are you crazy? What the hell do you want?"

Vivian didn't say a word, but instead she walks over to Xiali and steps on her stomach with her Louboutin heels, making Xiali screams in pain.

"That's what you get for existing in this world! May your mother witness this from hell, how you suffer the consequences of her actions!" Vivian shouts, her voice filling with rage and wickedness, scaring everyone in the room, including Lucas and Hendery.

"You...YOU KILLED MY MOTHER!! You're a part of the stalkers," Xiali says with fury in voice.

"Serves you right for taking away my husband with your stupid presence!" Vivian says with a stern tone, her eyes filled with burning fury.

"I don't even know your husband, you bastard!" Xiali almost screams.

"Huh? Playing dumb are we? Or did he dump your mother after he figured out she was pregnant?" Vivian ask with a mocking tone. "Honey, your pathetic father was my husband."

Xiali's eyes widens. She is too shocked by what she just heard. She didn't even know anything about her biological father. Her mother never told her anything about him. She assumed they didn't have a good relationship.

"We were happily married for years, until that hideous mother of yours showed up. She ruined my marriage," Vivian says with a wicked tone. "All because she was pregnant with you. I even doubt that you are his child. I've been married with him for years and yet we still don't have a biological child." Vivian starts to tear up tears of anger. "Get her up, boys!"

The two men pulls Xiali's to stood up, with her head still feeling hurt after hitting the hard floor.

"Now, child, you better tell me if you don't want things to get uglier. Where is your father?" Vivian ask. Her eyes are filled with grudge and rage.

"I don't know! I don't even know him," Xiali says.

"Nonsense," Vivian slaps Xiali's cheek. "I repeat, where is your father? Or should say, where is my husband, Yuxuan?"

"I don't know and you don't have the rights to hit me! Whatever happens in the past, if your husband left you, it was because he never loved you in the first place! So you should just get a life and stop hitting me because he left you!" Xiali blurts out with a bold tone, finally having the courage to say what's on her mind.

"That's it! Boys, finish her!" Vivian commands.

Again, the two men pushes her to the floor, causing her to hit her head again. Suddenly all four men approaches and tries to rip off her clothes, in which she tries to escape by rolling her body, but she is eventually stop by two men who starts holding her.

Lucas and Hendery sees what is about to happen. They knew exactly what ks gonna happen, since they knew how crazy their mother could be. Meanwhile, Ningning and Junhui just stood in fear at the sight of Xiali getting attack.

"Ma! Stop it!" Lucas screams as he runs over to the four men to fight them, while Hendery starts holding back his mother.

"You idiots! What are you doing?" Vivian shouts.

Lucas tries to fight the four men, but they are stronger and punches him in the face. Just then, they suddenly hear the door bust open, revealing nine young guys running inside the room. It was the boys.

Xiali felt relief that the boys finally found her. There are even three new faces, who Xiali assumed to be the members from Seoul. For a moment, she thought she was gonna die anytime sooner in Vivian's hands.

"Stop right there!" Yangyang says as he and the boys circles the room while pointing their guns out. "Let go of the girl!"

Without any warning, one of the men who is standing quite close to Yangyang suddenly kick his gun out of his hand. He quickly punch him in the face, turning the whole room into chaos as the boys starts shooting the men who by now already had the chance to pull out their guns.

Ten and Xiaojun runs up to Xiali and start fighting the two men holding her. Jungwoo managed to shoot one of the men from a distant, giving Ten the chance to pull out his pocket knife to cut the ropes that tied Xiali's hands and legs together.

"Let's go!" Ten drags Xiali to exit the room, however as they are about to exit, Ten feels a sharp pain on his arm.

"Stop right there!" Wong Feng shouts as he points out a gun at Xiali. He is about to pull the trigger, when a bullet shoots his head from the left side, causing him to fall to the ground. It's Mark.

Mark quickly tries to pull Xiali, but is stop when Junhui and Ningning pulls him back, while two men pulls Xiali. Ten quickly shoots the men holding Xiali, before dragging her out of the room quickly along with Shotaro, while the other boys deal with Vivian and her men.

Ten drags Xiali out of the room along with Shotaro. His hand is still hurting from the shot, but he continues to struggle to escape the building. Meanwhile, the rest of the boys had been dealing with Vivian and her men, including Lucas and Hendery.

Hendery, Junhui, Ningning and two of the men are chasing Ten, Xiali, and Shotaro. Kun, Mark, Xiaojun, and Jaehyun are now chasing to stop them, leaving Vivian, Lucas, and two of their men in the room along with Yangyang, Kun, Jaemin, and Jungwoo.

While Jaemin and Jungwoo continues to fight the men, Kun and Lucas tried to attack each other multiple times with gun shots, which eventually led Vivian to get shot on her legs. Suddenly, Yangyang pulls out his gun and aims it at Vivian. "You!" Yangyang points his gun at Lucas who os standing in front of Vivian. "You killed Xiali's mother and kidnapped her!"

Lucas turns his head to see Yangyang aiming his gun at his mother. He lets out a sigh. "Look, man! I know you're upset, but taking a revenge on a woman doesn't make you more of a man."

"Oh yeah? Then what do we call a man who murdered a woman AND kidnapped her daughter? Is he even doing what a man should do to a woman?" Yangyang says in a sarcastic tone.

Yangyang was really sick to see Vivian. He didn't think twice and pulls out the trigger, shooting the bullet right into Vivian's heart.

"Ma!!" Lucas screams out of shock. He quickly tries to shoot Yangyang but he ran out of the building along with Kun, Jungwoo, and Jaemin. They get into an encounter with some of the men.

"Get out of the way!" Kun shouts as he kicks the men covering their way, while Jaemin shoots the two other men.

The three young men continue to run out of the building. The others had drived off earlier, leaving only three of them there. They quickly enter the car and drives off.

3 days later...

It's been three days since the boys saved Xiali from Vivian and her men. Xiali had been staying at the boys house as they help her recover from the bruises on her face and body. She didn't want to show up in front of Winwin and his father with bruises on her face and body. Since Jaehyun, Mark, and Jaemin are also staying there in the meantime, Xiali had been sleeping with Yangyang together in his room. He also had been taking care of her the most, including when she has a hard time falling asleep at night due to the trauma of getting kidnapped.

11 AM....

Xiali's POV...

I walk downstairs, my eyes still feeling sleepy. I had a hard time sleeping again last night, which really bothers me. I hate not getting enough sleep, but since what happened with Vivian three days ago, somehow it really affected a big part of me. I felt traumatized.

I walk to the dining room to see the boys preparing lunch, except Ten who is no where to be seen. It's already been three days since I haven't talk to him. Not to mention, I haven't seen him much either. He's always going out to see his girlfriend, even though he's still recovering from the shot on his arm. By this time, I already knew from Yangyang that the girl from the market is his long-time girlfriend.

"Xiali, you're awake!" Xiaojun walks out of the kitchen with a big bowl of noodles. "Feeling better?"

"Yeah...a lot," I answer. "Where's Ten?"

"He went out a few hours ago," Xiaojun says casually while putting the big bowl of noodles on the table.

"I see. How is he? It's been days since I last talk to him." Even though I am still hurt with the fact that he never told me he has a girlfriend, I still care for him. Even though our relationship was based on a lie, one thing I knew, was that the love we had was true. Nevertheless, we could never be together.

"He had been taking some instant recovery medicines from Jaehyun. He's been getting better," Xiaojun says.

"I see,"

"Good afternoon, Noona. Take a seat, it's lunch time," Jaemin greets me as he walks out of the kitchen with a big plate of gochujang chickens.

I smile at the boy and pulls out a chair to take a seat. Soon, all the boys walks out of the kitchen as they put the dishes they cooked on the table, before taking their seats. As usual, Yangyang takes a seat next to me.

"How's your head?" Yangyang ask as he turns his head to face me.

"A lot better. Thanks," I say as I smile at the boy staring at me, in which he smiles back.

Lunch soon starts as everyone starts to dig in, tasting various dishes. Moments like this made me feel grateful for having so many caring people around me. They had been looking after me, especially Yangyang. Yet, a part of me still feels empty. Maybe because Ten is not here? Every time I try to erase him from my mind, somehow the vision of him keeps crawling back. I hate to admit it, but I do miss him, so much.

11:30 PM...

At The Empire's Hotel....

Minnie and Ten are having lunch together in her hotel room. The two decided to order room service since Minnie didn't feel like going out. Knowing that Ten is still recovering, she doesn't want him to be too tired.

Ten's POV...

"You really should consider more about your safety," Minnie says as she takes a cup of tea from the table.

After what happened, I eventually told Minnie about me being a part of a gang, which both surprised and upset her. Though I told her not to tell my parents since I didn't want to worry her, it seems that I had made her worried about me.

"I'll be fine. You don't have to worry about me."

"But I do!" Minnie says in an aggressive tone. She turns her head to face me who is sitting on the bed.

"What if something bad happens to you?" she ask, her eyes filled with worries and disappointments. "How do you think I'm suppose to deal with that?"

Minnie walks over and takes a seat next to me on the bed.

"Let's start over, Ten," she says as she suddenly touches my hand. "We can start a new life together back home. You'll be far from all this chaos."

"Minnie, I still have college. I told you I'll be ok. Besides, the guys are like my brothers. I'll be fine."

"I won't be fine knowing that you could lose your life at anytime. You've been in that phase before, I don't want you to return to the same hole," Minnie says in a worried tone.

I sit in silence as I start to remember the days I was a part of a gang back in Bangkok. I didn't want to upset Minnie more, especially knowing that I've disappointed her enough. Yet, I wasn't ready to leave everything in Shanghai. The gang life, my friends, and last but not least...Xiali. I'm not ready to leave her behind, especially knowing that I might not see her again after I get married and go back to Bangkok.

I want to hate myself for being selfish. But when love comes, can it even be stop? Though I had to keep my promise to Minnie, I still wasn't ready to lose Xiali.

8 PM...

At the boys' house...

Xiali's POV...

"I present to you, chocolate cake!" I serve the freshly baked cake on the dining table.

"It already looks so temptating," Mark says with a playful tone.

"Well, it taste even better," Yangyang states with a smile.

I decided to make dessert for tonight to thank the boys for their kindness in training and looking after me. I made their favorite homemade chocolate cake. They all looked so happy as they start sharing the cake. Yangyang gives me a slice as he signals me to sit next to him.

"Ah, Noona...I have to come to Shanghai often if I wanna keep having this for dessert," Jaemin says. Looks like he really like the chocolate cake.

"Agreed. This is so good," Jungwoo says.

"Aww...thanks boys. I'm glad you liked it."

Just then, we hear the door bell rang. Kun gets up from his seat and walks to front door to open it.

"Ten! You're back," Kun says.

"Yup. Not long though, I gotta go back to the hotel again," Ten says

Ten enters the house and starts walking into the dining room. All eyes starts to stare at him, including mine. After not seeing him all day, it's good to see him again tonight.

"Ge! We were just having dessert," Yangyang says.

"Xiali here makes the best chocolate cake," Jaehyun says as he continues to eat his chocolate cake.

Ten turns his vision to look at me. We both stare into each other's eyes. I start to form a small smile as I get lost in his eyes. Surprisingly, he smiles back.

"Ten, please! Join us for dessert," Kun says as he walks back to the dining room.

"Sure," says Ten as he pulls out a chair to sit next to Jaehyun. I was kind of hoping he would sit next to me, but I guess that shouldn't happen anyway.

Xiali, you just found out he has a girlfriend. You need to stop thinking as if he is still your boyfriend.
