Chapter 29

“ Don't lie! His parents revealed all your dirty messages about me! You wanted me physically and have every video I had sex with Vishal! How cheap of you-”

“What nonsense are you spouting Aarohi!”

“Get out of my house!” Aarohi gritted getting up.

“Aaru listen to me. That bastard is alive and one day he will blackmail you-”

“Even if he is a bad person Abhimanyu you broke my heart with your unfaithfulness towards our friendship! You are so cheap and I hate myself for making you my friend and even for lo- Get out before I scream. I don't want my name to get tarnished because of you.”

Abhimanyu took one last glance at her before leaving outside.

As he went down of the apartment he took him mobile and called a person.

“Release that bastard.”

“ But sir we caught him with so much effort.”

“ Doesn't matter.”

“You are a sadist Abhimanyu” Atharva said as they sat in cafe near their office.

It had been three months since the trip to Tirupati and their minds are fresh with new thoughts and it somehow felt like a new beginning leaving the old scars in the dark.

“ Tell me about it.” Nidhima said as she grinned at Abhimanyu who rolled his eyes at both of them.

“ Why are you so engrossed in your phone nowadays? I have never seen you touching it so much like this? Are you cheating on Aarohi or what?”

Abhimanyu gave a nasty look to Atharva then immediately smiled as he looked at the phone. Atharva tried to peep into it only to get a serious look from his best friend.

Gosh! It's scary how he can change his mood suddenly at times.

“Ah! Don't you know? Sir is chatting with his wifey” Nidhima said with a teasing smile.

“ Oh, what?” Atharva asked as he looked at Abhimanyu who is looking away.

Atharva poked his bicep, “Mr. Don't you think you got some explanations to do?”

“ Why should I explain of what and why I am talking with my wife?”

“ Maybe because we are your best friends who were there when she ditched you even after you literally saved her from being a bait.”

Nidhima said she looked seriously at him making Abhimanyu give her a hard look.

“ I don't want, anything... Anything related to past come out right now. We are back to friends, we will remain friends and part ways. She realised her mistakes and I don't care who it is, I need them to respect her now. Cause she is my wife and my woman.

Just cause you guys are my best friends doesn't give any of you to talk ill about her. I have been watching for few months now! Don't make me repeat myself.”

Saying so he got up and left the cafe making the two of them remaining looking at his retreating back.

“ Can you see the history repeating itself?” Nidhima whispered.

“ I can.”

Him:- Just got out from cafe, what are you doing?

Her:- Good, you are a boss so you can leave anytime you want to, but as you know I am an employee, we still have forty five minutes before lunch. 🥲🥲

Him:- Aww, if you are hungry then ask for an early break na!🤔

Her:- Nah! He won't give. Let it go. ☹️

Him:- Okay! I have to go, have a meeting with clients. Eat in your break!! You havent eaten break fast in the morning too. 🙄😒

Her:- Stop treating my like kid. 😒🥴

Him:- Don't worry, after that rainy day in our apartment, I stopped seeing you as a kid 😉😋

Aarohi's heart came in her mouth as she saw  the message. Heat running in her cheeks as she bit her lip, trying hard not to smile. But whom she is kidding?

A smile adorned her beautiful plump lips as crazy and funny feelings started run all-over her body, mind and soul.

“Aarohi, you can get lost in your dreams later. Can you please pass the folder you are reading here so I can make a report on it?”

Her colleague said entering her cabin. Aarohi immediately changed her expression to neutral and gave the file to her.

That woman shook her head smiling and she left Aarohi opened WhatsApp again and started reading their conversation again and again, only to stop her breath everytime at the very last message he sent...

On the other hand.

Abhimanyu looked at his phone as a crazy smile adorned his lips, she isn't replying and he is not sure whether she is angry or blushing at the message he sent, Whatever that is, he is now sure he can handle her anger because Aarohi Varma is changing. She is now getting attracted to him, like a butterfly to a flower.

“Where are you at?”

“ Sir I am near Punjagutta sir.”

“Where is that again? I am in... Wait it's showing something like Madhapur?”

“I will send you the location sir. It will take around 20-30 minutes to reach here.”

“Okay, I will be there.” Jai said as he started driving his rental car towards the destination the manager has sent him.

He has came to Hyderabad to record a new song of tollywood and would stay around two weeks here as he is singing multiple songs for the same film.

He almost reached the place when he suddenly  saw something, rather someone. His heart skipped a beat looking at the familiar oval face with white complexion and what caught his attention was that nearly eight month belly.

Something tugged in his heart to see his first crush like that. Nidhima Thakur. The first girl to rage his teenage hormones like no one and the first one to whom he gave his virginity and also took her's ofcourse!

He parked the car and saw the cafe there. Getting out of his car he walked towards where she stood.

He suddenly saw her body tense. He felt himself tensing up too.

“Nidhi.” He whispered making her turn to look at him.

Her eyes turned glossy immediately to look at him.

He clenched his jaw looking at her. Years had passed but the passion is still  burning like an inferno.

“ Jai.” Nidhima whispered making him take a huge breath.

“Nidhima. Let's leave.” Jai heard a man as he honked making him frown.

He looked at Nidhi and then at him. And again at the belly. Clenching his jaw and fist he turned and left to the building leaving Nidhima stand rooted at her place. Wondering how much has it passed, to finally see him, Again.
