I dont know why i feel happy under the rain

Why the thunderous drops calm me

Why the sound of its fall soothes me

Maybe because of that night

When you finally said goodbye

"I can't hold on anymore"

"I love you but this'll make things worse"

A sorrowful farewell

Hearts broke apart

I forced to put a smile

"Whats the worst thing i can say?Things are better if i stay"

That moment the heavens screamed through thunder

As if it has felt my sorrow

As rain drops from the sky

As you walk away

Into the rain

Away from my life

I loved how the raindrops hugged me

Cold but comfortable

Relieved to know you can't see my tears

As it flows freely and joins the drops

How my mind screams like the murderous lightning

Hoping you won't leave

I learned to love the rain

Cause it was my companion

When you walked away

I felt a bit  poetic and the rain gave me ideas (figuratively) ;)
