Sei Godain was a friendly and very polite young man who goes to True Cross Academy as a student.

His life at the school was decent.

He had good friends and a cool yet weird roommate.

Supporting Parents...

He thought his life was always going to be normal...

That is until...He begins to see "them"....

And by them...I mean demons...

To be honest, he didn't think demons exist until now. At first he thought it was his imagination playing tricks on him and brush it off. But now...he was actually seeing them...

They begin to whisper to him.

They kept whispering suicidal thoughts in his head and all he wanted was them to stop.

Why...out of all the people in the world for a demon to choose...

Why pick on him?

He didn't do anything wrong.

They were still there.

Continuing whispering those horrible thoughts.

Telling him to kill himself.

Telling him no one will miss him.

Telling him to do the world a favor and go die.

He didn't want this...

But however...It all ended soon when he met him...

Rin Okumura.

Most people would avoid him because they say he's a delinquent.

But...He was more than that.

Rin told him to not look at them in the eyes.

Sei was shock by this and ask him could he see them too?

Rin nods. After class, they had a conversation and he told Rin he thought he was going insane. He then wondered if they were only ones who could see them but Rin reassured him and said they weren't the only ones.

When asked by Rin if he has been injured lately, Sei curiously responds that he hasn't been injured in ages; thinking rather hard, Sei wonders aloud if his problem is due to the True Cross Academy's seven mysteries.

Sei then continues to explain to Rin that they became a popular topic over the summer. It was probably around the time he began to see demons. Curious, Sei had asked Rin as to when he was able to see demons, which Rin responds to by saying that he's an apprentice exorcist.

Then the next day, Sei's problems weren't over when one of the demons attacked him and pleaded with it to stay away from him.

He thought he was a goner but like a hero, Rin came to his aid and defeated the demon.

As he was in the infirmary, Sei is told by Rin that if he continues to act scared, then demons will continue to chase after him.

This cause Sei to admit that he must be a weak person for being able to see demons. As he calls out that he wants things to go back to the way they were, Rin leaves, demanding that Sei wait for him there, as he walks out, Sei then sees Rin's tail, learning that Rin may have a secret of his own.

Several days later, he returns to school and learns that Rin is a half-demon. At first, this scares him but then he got used to it, knowing that Rin was not a bad person.

Ever since that day Rin saved him...

Sei looks up to him. Rin was not only his friend but his hero.

He was forever in his debt.

Because of this, he now wants to spend time with the half-demon.

But little did Sei knew...

He know nothing of Rin.

Rin had more secrets than he was letting on...

Especially since he's the son of Satan and because of that...

He was hated by his peers....
