The year was 1476. Wallachia is in flames as the Ottoman Empire descends upon the kingdom like a purging flame. After a bloody war which has inflicted countless death and misery on both sides. Inside the dungeons of a castle, a rat scurries around the doors. The rat stops as a whistle catches it's attention. The rat follows the whistle inside the cell. What follows was a simple squeak. When the Ottoman Guards checked on the sound, they were horrified to see that the rat had been impaled alongside a slew of other animals. Inside the cell was none other than Vlad The Impaler. In the final days of his life, Vlad The Impaler would leave a bloody mark on history. But that would not be the end of his life as he would become the Vampire known as Dracula. For centuries, his reign of terror and cruelty knew no bounds until he was defeated by Van Helsing. But instead of killing the Vampire, Van Helsing forced the weakened Dracula into serving him. As Dracula became a servant of Van Helsing, Dracula would come to faithfully serve Van Helsing and all of his descendants all the way up until the latest heir of the Hellsing Organization: Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. One night, Alucard was tasked by Sir Integra to hunt down a lone Vampire responsible for the murder of countless people in the countryside. Alucard tracks down the Vampire inside a house. As Alucard enters the house, he finds that the Vampire has already slaughtered the people inside. The Vampire turns around to face Alucard.

Vampire: You have come....No Life King.

Without hesitation, Alucard unloads his Jackal and Casull Pistols at the Vampire. The Vampire screams in pain as the bullets tear into his body. As the Vampire falls to the ground, Alucard walks over to the Vampire who was bleeding on the ground. Alucard aims his Jackal Pistol at the Vampire.

Alucard: You didn't even try to dodge my bullets. Was all this wanton slaughter just to get my attention?

Vampire: I....I was a message....just for you....Count....

Alucard: Then speak before I send you to Hell. 

Vampire: Go....to Silent Hill.....

As the Vampire delivered his message, Alucard fired his Jackal Pistol, blowing the Vampire's head off. After completing his mission, he reports back to Integra. As the Sun rose, Alucard rested within his Coffin at the basement of the Hellsing Manor. As Alucard slumbers, his dreams fall back to the day Van Helsing defeated him on that day in 1897. 

Van Helsing: For all flesh is as grass and all the glory thereof as the flower of the field. The grass withereth. The flower fadeth. But the word of our Gods abideth forever!

As Van Helsing thrusts the stake into Dracula's chest, the defeated Vampire turns to Van Helsing. 

Dracula: Have I been...bested, sir?

Van Helsing: Yes. You are bested. This is no nightmare from which you'll soon awaken. Your castles are plundered, your dominion in ruins, your servants destroyed and the girl has fled this place forever more. She will never be yours!

Dracula was seen weeping tears of blood, not saying a word as Van Helsing plunged the stake deeper into Dracula's chest, causing him to scream in pain. Van Helsing then grabs Dracula by his coat and pulls him up towards him.

Van Helsing: You are judged and found wanting, Vampire King! You have nothing! You are nothing! Nothing!

As those words echoed in Alucard's wind, he was awakened by the sound of banging in his coffin. Without hesitation, Alucard rises from his coffin with his pistols ready. However, he found no one in the room. When he checks his coffin, he finds a message written in blood. "Go to Silent Hill". After that, Alucard reports this to Integra. 

Integra: Silent Hill? 

Alucard: The maggot Vampire I killed told me to go to Silent Hill.

Integra: Strange. Silent Hill is a town located in Northeastern United States. The Hellsing Organization has kept tabs on the town. It's a hotspot for various paranormal activity. 

Alucard: It seems that this maggot Vampire was insistent on me going to Silent Hill. I am tempted to answer this call. 

Integra: I do not believe that is wise, Alucard. You may be powerful, but from what our intel has been able to gather, Silent Hill is not a place you wish to go to. 

Alucard chuckles at this. 

Alucard: I respectfully disagree, Master. Whatever is calling out to me in this Silent Hill has no idea of what they have called upon. Give me the order, my master. Give me the order and I will hunt down whatever evil lurks within Silent Hill! I will show them true power! I will strike them down without a moment's hesitation or the slightest hint of regret! Give me the order, my master!

As Alucard insisted on going to Silent Hill, Integra took a moment to ponder her options. It was clear that someone or something wanted Alucard in Silent Hill for an unknown purpose. She felt it unwise to send Alucard into Silent Hill, not knowing what was waiting for him. Despite this, Integra saw no other option. 

Integra: Very well, Alucard. Go to Silent Hill. Seek out what calls out to you. Search and destroy. 

Alucard smiled as he bowed to Integra.

Alucard: And so it shall be done, Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. 

With that, Alucard had been given permission to leave London for his solo assignment to Silent Hill. In that moment, Alucard would heed the call to Silent Hill.
