"Hey Hiccup, good morning" Jack greeted.

"Your in a good mood?" Hiccup asked

"Well you see" Jack said pulling a velvet box out of his pocket and opening it to show a beautiful diamond ring.

Hiccup almost lost his balance in shock. "Where did you get that ,dont tell y-".

"Of course not Hiccup, this belonged to my grandmother. Grandfather told me to give it to his future granddaughter in law. This was his last wish" Jack explained.

Hiccup took a breath of relief, he knew Jack could do anything to make Repunzal happy and that involved many irrational ideas which Hiccup also got dragged into.

"So your gonna give it to Punzie" he asked.

"Of course but not right now. I want to find a stable job first" Jack anwsered.

"Good to see your finally start to act mature. Your lucky at least you get to marry the person you want to" Hiccup said thinking of his own luck.

"Hey buddy, dont be upset. I am sure there is a lot in store for you in life" Jack said patting his back.

Suddenly Toothless came running towards them, barking loudly.

"What's the matter buddy?" Hiccup asked worried until he heard a voice.

"Hiccup you there?" A feminine voice shouted.

"Oh god, its Astrid.  Help me Jack" Hiccup said and ducked.

"Hiccup? Hiccup?" Astrid said coming near his store.

"Hiccup's not here, he left me in charge" Jack replied smoothly.

Astrid gave him a disgusted look and and muttered "God help that one legged idiot"

"Ok when Hiccup comes, tell him his father will not be home for a few days. Mr North's granddaughter is coming so he will be there for her protection" with that she left.

"Phew! Thanks buddy" Hiccup said coming out of his hiding place.

"No problem, I will be going now Repunzal said she has to tell something important." Jack said standing up.

"Good luck" Hiccup said waving to his bestfriend.

To Elsa

Grandfather needs me,  he was always there for me. He always protected me and showered me with gifts and with a friend like Merida. Merida promised that she will be my tongue. She will always be there for me. No one can hurt me. I also have Grandpa Manny.

Elsa was reassuring herself. The packing had started. Her grandfather had even made lot of security safety for her.

She was most nervous to meet her parents. It would be damn awkward considering the fact they tried to kill her.

For once in my life I feel lucky that I can't speak.

"Elsa! Elsa! Elsa!" Merida said snapping her fingers in front of Elsa's face. Trying to get Elsa out of her daydreaming.

Elsa finally snapped out of it. She made hand signals that meant what happend.

"Lunch is ready, after that I was hoping we can go to the forest. This is gonna the last time we could there" Merida suggested.

Elsa nodded smiling and stood up. They both went to have their favourite lunch.

"Catch Angus!!" Merida said throwing a stick to her black and white dog Angus.

Elsa was sitting quietly making flower chain crowns for the little deaf girls that lived inthe school.

Merida was now playing soccer with the boys.

"Ahh my little angels, the light of my school and apple of my eyes. I am gonna miss them alot"Manny said silently watching them quietly from his office window.

"I will always protect you two"he whispered.

"Sandy nice to see you again" he said turning to the small man with golden blonde hair and tan skin with amber eyes.

Sandy used to be one of Manny's student. He couldn't speak. He is now a private body guard.

Sandy belonged to a poor family who abandoned him on Manny's door. He was brought up by Manny.

He was like a son to Manny and a uncle to Merida and Elsa.

"Sandy you are the only I can trust, I want you to silently follow them and protect them. I know how sneaky you can be." Manny said.

Sandy smiled giving him a thumbs up.
