Guys. A friend has gone and done it.

I'm in a roleplay group now. Of Transformers. Robots.

And that's all I've been drawing for the past few weeks. Character design and concepts.

Some of this wasn't shown to the group because it was concept art and not really offical, so I'm just warning ya now.

The same friend that got me into it drew the first design based off of a rough sketch I had done in a notebook.

Next is the first full body that I had done myself. Adjustments are made later.

It was downhill from there.

I should explain him a little so you get the general idea of him, as of posting this chapter. Elf is a average sized mech, around 15 ft. tall. He is a do-good, empath, overly polite type. High sensitivity with the five senses, and hates physical contact. Cannot raise his voice louder than conversational level. My god, does he like shiny things; he's like a magpie (good thing he's a mineralogist). His job includes scaling large areas and judging where to generally set up mining areas. Had a kid with another mech but doesn't know where the hell they are since he was stuck on a deserted planet for a good couple thousand years (would be a novel explaining what happened right there).

Buuut you're here for the art, right? That was just a quick rundown so you get the gist of him.

I drew a lot in my school work, so we'll go through that first.

Above you read manga style, right to left. This partially explains why he doesn't like being touched. He's average size for a mech, so picking him up right now is probably a 40 ft. character.)

That's it for school work. I dabbled in my sketchbook too.

The one work above where Elf is crouched in a cat-like fashion is called his alt-mode, or alternative mode. Like the original Transformers, only not as fancy for simplicity. His alt-mode resembles a cheetah.

Pictured above is Elf at a bar...the concept is pretty new compared to some of the drawings above it. The friend (who got me into this) and I came up with the idea that since he has high sensitivity, we could use alcohol as a character development shtick.

I'll post more of him later! I love my new mech baby.
