The sirens were loud as they arrived on site of the fire at Cadmus. People were shouting through the windows for help as the flames grew larger. Just then the second floor was engulf in flames and the blast sent the two workers out the window, falling towards the ground below. 

Kid Flash didn't give it a second thought as he ran towards them. He quickly traveled up the side of the building, catching the men whom were falling. He quickly lands them safely onto the roof but loses his gripping and begins to slid down ward. Wally suddenly grabs hold onto the broken window. 

"Hey it's Flash Boy!" yelled on of the fire fighters down below. Wally rolled his eyes.

"Kid Flash! Why is it so hard?" Wally said as he hung on.

Robin and Aqualad quickly ran forward. Robin hearing what the fire fighter said gave a tiny chuckle, then he typed onto his wrist computer. 

"So smooth" Robin's computerized voiced said. Robin shock his head as he watch his best friend.

"Does he always run ahead? We need a plan, We---Robin?" Aqualad said but stopped when he looked down and saw that Robin was no longer standing beside him. Aqualad sighed. Just then, Robin's signature laugh was hear. Aqualad quickly looked back onto the scene ahead of him.
Out of nowhere Robin did a front flip onto the firetruck and quickly shot out his grappling hook and swong towards Kid Flash. Robin landed on the window seal and reached down to pull Kid Flash up and into the building. 

Aqualad shock his head and ran towards the fire fighters, he soon managed to get to the second floor window, where his team had entered just moments ago.

Inside the room, Robin was busy typing his way on the computer. Kid Flash was off in the corner digging through some files.

"Appreciate the help." Aqualad said harshly towards Robin. 

Robin turned around with a smile on his face. He pressed his wrist computer, "You handled it. Besides, we're here to investigate. Poetic Justice, remember?" Then he quickly went back to typing on the computer before him. Wally let out a small moan, letting Robin know that this wasn't any fun, searching through files. Out of the corner of Robin's eyes he could see Aqualad walking around. 

A loud beep broke the silence. Robin turned towards Kid Flash who smiled widely at him.

"There was something in the--" Aqualad said but was cut off by Kid Flash speeding in. 
"Elevators should be locked down." said Kid Flash.

Robin rushed in and almost fell over. He lost his balanced and braced his hands on Wally's shoulder and arm. He was a little lightheaded all of a sudden. Wally quickly looked over at him, worry written on his face, but Dick patted his shoulders. He had to push it aside and fully focus on the mission at hand. He shook his head and pulled up his holo screen from off of this wrist computer. 

"This is wrong" he typed into his wrist. "This is a high-speed express elevator. It clearly doesn't belong in a two-story building." 
Aqualad stepped forward a bit, "Neither does what I saw'' he said. Kid Flash and Robin glanced over at him. He quickly walked forwards and pushed the elevator doors open. They joined him and glanced down wards into the long and dark elevator shaft.

"Whoa" said Kid Flash and he moved back an inch.

"And that's why they need an express elevator" Robin typed. He then shot one of his gadgets to the ceiling of the elevator shaft and then he jumped down, Aqualad and Kid Flash grabbing ahold of the wired rope and following their team mate downwards into the darkness.

Robin quickly typed out once he stopped. 
"I'm at the end of my rope." He was very surprised, he had never made it to the end of his rope before. He quickly swinged back and force, giving his body momentum to jump forward. Robin sat down on the small edge and pulled his holo screen up while Aqualad helped pull Kid Flash off the rope and onto the edge. Robin worked his computer magic and bypassed the security. Aqualad pulled the doors apart, reviling project Cadmus to them.

Kid Flash then quickly raced forward, leaving Aqualad and Robin behind. Aqualad looked down at Robin who just shrugged his shoulders and ran off after Kid Flash. Aqualad sighed and followed him.

Robin came to a stop as he saw Wally on the ground. He quickly signed to Wally.
'Are you okay?'

Wally just nodded his head as very large creatures began to wall down the hallway between them. Aqualad soon ran and stood by Robin's side.

"No. Nothing strange going on here'' Aqualad said. Wally soon sped over and stood by Robin, as they watched the creatures walk by.

Dick typed quickly on his wrist computer. He was stressing out a little bit, he knew Bruce was going to be seriously mad at him. Wally then tapped him on his arm, breaking him from his thoughts as the doors before them slid open.

"Okay, now I'm officially Whelmed." his wrist computer said. His eyes grew wide, along with Kid Flash and Aqualad. As they walked in, Dick went straight towards the computers and began working on them, to find out anything. Wally and Aqualad were discussing about the name Cadmus and the creatures while Dick went through the intel for him.

"They call them Genomorphs'' Robin's computerized voice came out off his wrist computer, "They got superstrength, telepathy, razor claws. These are living weapons!"

Wally walked over and stood next to Dick, looking at his holo screen.
"For who?" Wally questioned but Dick didn't answer him. He continued going through some of the info before him, this was all very interesting.

"Wait, there's something else here." came his computerized voice. "Project Kr."

Aqualad turned and walked over towards the others. 
"The file's triple-encrypted. I can't--" his wrist computer said.

"Don't Move!" shouted someone and all three of them turned to face the person. Dick squinted his eyes looking at the person. 

"Wait. Robin? And you're Aqulad, and Kid Flash right?" he said. 

Dick reached over silently and grabbed KF's arm and signed to him real quick with a smirk on his face.
'At least he got your name right' 
Wally glanced over at Dick. Dick smiled bigger at him and then turned his attention back to his holo wrist computer as Wally and Aqualad talked. 

[beep] 

At the sound Wally looked over his shoulder at Dick and then back in front of him, "Dick was doing something" thought Wally.

Just then, the guy yelled for the Genomorphs to attack. Dick quickly moved forward before Wally even noticed and threw a few smoke pellets down, causing the whole room to be covered in grey smoke. They could hear growling and hissing coming from the creatures charging for them.

Dick quickly shoot one of his tools up and was pulled out of the smoke, leaving Aqualad and Kid Flash down below. 

Wally quickly took some of the Genomorphs down but more came so head began to run ahead, calling out for Dick. 

"Robin? Robin!" he yelled as he ran past Aqualad.

The alarm were blaring very loudly now as Dick messed with his computer. He sighed as he continued to work fast. Dick soon felt a familiar gust of wind behind him.

Wally was soon next to him and Dick let a small smile form on his lips, he was hopeing that leaving him behind that he wouldn't be hurt, but he needed to get the elevators working for them.

"Way to be a team player, Rob!'' Wally said. 
Dick turned his head to look over at his best friend, scrunching up his eyebrows to look all confused and innocent, even though he knew what he did. 

'Weren't you right behind me?' he questioned him, signing quickly. Wally exhaled and shock his head, then turning back to see Aqualad running their way. Robin smiled, Wally was the only one to call him Rob, a nickname for his superhero name, he loved it when Wally called him it. 
Soon a green light flashed and the elevator doors opened before them. Wally and Dick quickly got inside.

Aqualad just made it inside as the Genomorphs banged against the door.

Wally then looked up at the numbers as saw them increasing, indicating that they were going down more floors, not up towards an exit. Aqualad saw this too and spoke up, "We're heading down?"

Wally turned to face his best friend and yelled at him, "Dude, out is up!" he yelled pointing upwards.

"Excuse me?" Robin typed on his computer and at first Wally thought he was talking about the fact that he kinda yelled at him but Robin quickly typed some more.
"Project Kr, it's down on sub-level 52.''

Dick looked directly at Wally. He was silently telling him that he wasn't mad at him at all and Wally gave him a small nod. While Aqualad seemed kinda stressed out.

"This is way out of hand. Maybe, we should contact The League?" said Aqualad, turning to face the two.

[Ding] Level 52

The doors slowly slid open, the room had a red glow to it.

Dick shot Wally a tiny look then ran forward. Wally turned to Aqualad and said, "We are already here" before speeding off to be with Dick. Aqualad just shakes his head as he follows them.

"These two are getting us, and myself in so much trouble."

Just then a Genomorph appeared and telepathically sent objects flying towards them. Dick quickly threw at bird-arang at it but it froze it in mid air. They all three quickly ran off down a hallway. Growling could be heard behind them. Wally ran a bit faster, but still kept an eye on Robin. 

Dick came around the corner to see Wally blocking a large metal door that read: Project Kr, on it.

Wally waved at them to hurry up before entering inside. He turned and watched for Robin to come inside, then Aqualad he kicked the metal container out of the way so the door could close behind them.

Dick sighed and went straight towards a small panel and began to lock the door shut as Wally ran over towards more computers. 

"I disabled the door, we're safe." his wrist computer said. Robin looked up at Aqualad who looked down at him, clearly not looking happy.

"We're trapped'' he said and turned away from Robin. 

Robin crunched his eyebrows up and watched Aqualad walk away, his eyes then falling onto Wally's. Wally quickly sign to him, 'You okay?'

Dick lowered his head, breaking eye contact with Wally. He then nodded his head but didn't look at him. Wally sighed and turned around, sending Aqualad a small glare. He then turned his attention back towards the computer system.

"Uh, guys. You'll want to see this'' he said and pushed a button, lights soon came on and beeping sounds were heard. Aqualad and Robin walked forward to stand next to him. 
''Whoa" said Robin's computer.

Inside a class containment was a young man. He appeared to be unconscious. The letter Kr were printed on the glass doors. 

Wally was the first one to walk forward, Dick turned and watched his best friend slowly move to stand before the glass container. 

"Big ''K'', Little ''r'', the atomic symbol for Krypton. Clone?" Wally suddently said and turned to face Robin. 

"Robin, hack'' said Aqualad and Dick nodded before he began to work. Wally looked back at the person in the glass container then walked towards Robin. 

"Weapon designation Superboy. A clone force-grown in....16 weeks!?!" said Robin's computer.

"Whoa" said Wally,

"For DNA acquired from Superman'' came his wrist computer.

"Stolen from Superman" said Aqualad. "And these creatures are?"
Robin began to typed some more on his computer then showing the screen to Wally, so he could tell Aqualad. Wally gave Robin a look, he was confused as to why he was doing this, he's never down that before but Wally pushed the thought aside and read what he saw.

"They are Genomorph Gnomes. Telepathic, force-feeding him an education. Dude! They're making a slave out of the big guy's son.''

"We contact The League now'' Aqualad said. They all three tried but got nothing. Wally looked over at Dick for an answer.

'No signal' he signed and shut down his holo computer. 

''We're in too deep, literally." Wally said and looked back over at Superboy in the glass cell.
