[Intro] This was written for a competition that asked for a poem with the theme 'I would love to...'. Their examples were filled with 'write about what you'd like to do in the future' and other rather basic things that reminded me of things I had to do when I was around 11... no shade. So, I tried to make it my own by doing as they asked and mixing my own thing in it. Needless to say; I didn't win a thing.

I would love to...

I would love to go travel around the world and go on excursions

I would love to read books in different versions

I would love to be moved by foreign views

I would love to see art as immortal as tattoos

I would love to graduate and succeed

I would love to prove wrong those who disagreed

I would love to lessen the burden for the ones I hold dear,

To make all the dark clouds above their heads disappear.

To make sure that the things that were wronged are set straight

Even if, for some, it is already too late

I would love for those that aren't there to know

That even though I might be slow,

I'll get through with my head held up high

Maybe a bit broken, but I won't deny;

That I'd love for them to know

Something I should've told them long ago

I would love to, more than anything else, have them with me

So, they themselves could see;

I would love to be... happy
