Branch gets jealous of Poppy and Viva.

It was morning and Branch woke up and turned in his bed as his hand landed on the side of the bed, but he felt it empty, and he woke up and saw that his girlfriend was gone. He sat up and yawned as he looked around and saw her clothes were gone and sighed.

He got out of bed and put on his robe when he smelled food, and he walked out and into the kitchen hoping to see his beautiful pink girlfriend who sometimes cooked but he saw it was Floyd.

Branch frowns a bit and sits at the table. Floyd turned around and saw his baby brother. ''Morning Branch.''

''Morning Floyd.'' Branch greeted.

The blue troll brought his little brother some coffee and Branch drank it.

''So, is Poppy still sleeping?'' Asked Floyd noticing that Branch was alone.

''Nope, she wasn't there when I woke up.'' He replied quietly.

Floyd looked at him. ''Must be with Viva.''

''Who else?'' Asked Branch trying to be cheerful but couldn't.

''They seem to be spending a lot of time together lately.'' Floyd pointed out as he sat down with two plates with toast on them and had them cut into triangles the way Branch use to like them.

''I know, and I didn't mind at first because they got a lot of catching up to do since they've been apart, but she always with Viva.'' Branch sighed with his head on the table.

Floyd was about to say something when John Dory came in. ''Morning bros.'' He greeted as he got coffee.

''Hey John.'' Floyd greeted.

''So, what's the juicy gossip?'' He asked.

''Branch is jealous.'' Floyd replied drinking.

John Dory looked up. ''Poppy got some handsome male troll she's talking to?'' Asked John Dory surprised.

''No, it's Viva.'' Branch sighed as he lifted his head.

''Wait you're jealous of Poppy and Viva?'' Asked John Dory.

''Yeah, I am. I know they are sisters, and they were apart for years and I want them to catch up on that lost time, but Poppy is always with Viva. Like last night we were supposed to have a date night but when I went to go get her, she had forgotten and her and Viva were having a girl's night and the only reason she was over here and stayed the night is because she felt bad that she forgot our date night then this morning she is gone before I'm up.''

Flashback....

Branch was on his way to see Poppy and knocked on her door as he heard giggling and it opened and he saw Poppy.

''Hey Branch!'' She smiles.

''Hey Poppy.'' He kisses her and she kisses back.

''So, you ready?'' Branch asked.

Poppy looked confused for a moment. ''For what?''

Branch felt his heart drop. ''Oh, um we were supposed to be on a date tonight.''

Poppy's eyes widened. ''Oh, that was tonight?'' She asked.

''Yes.'' Branch replied.

''I forgot I was so busy with Viva that... oh man um I can get ready.'' She replied.

Branch sighed and took her hand. ''It's ok Poppy, we can always reschedule it.''

''I'm sorry Branch. Tell you what come get me in an hour and we can spend the evening and night together.'' She said.

Branch smiled and left and came back to see Poppy was hugging Viva and left.

They had a quiet bite to eat at the stand and they went back to the bunker and hung out together, then went to bed but making out.

Flashback over...

Branch sighed looking down.

''Oh Branch.'' Floyd said rubbing Branch's back.

''That's rough Branch but hey at least she spends all her time with sister, I could understand if it was another guy.'' John Dory replied.

''I don't know what to do. I don't want to her to feel guilty about not spending time with me, but this has been going on for a month.'' He replied.

The brothers stayed quiet.

''Well, I guess I have to practice with Kismet here, we are working on a new song, so I'll be gone'' Branch said.

After moving to Pop Village, the trolls made a home just for practicing it was about 10 minutes from the bunker and Branch left.

John Dory sighed and looked at Floyd.

''I wish we could help Branch.'' John Dory sighed.

''I got a way we can help him. I'm going to need your help.'' Floyd smirked.

John Dory listened and nodded agreeing to the plan.

Later Floyd walked to where he heard Viva and Poppy were and saw they were swimming in the village pool and he went overe.

''Hey girls.'' He greeted.

They looked up and swam over to the side. ''What's up Floyd?'' Asked Viva.

''Nothing came to enjoy the day and trying to stay away from John since it's only me and him for some months.'' Floyd shrugged.

''Wait where is Branch?'' Asked Poppy.

''Oh, he said he told you.'' Floyd looked confused.

Poppy got up and looked at Floyd. ''No, Branch hasn't told me anything I haven't seen him today.'' She said feeling worried.

''Him and Kismet finished some new songs, and they are leaving for a tour today. I came from saying goodbye to Boom.'' Floyd replied.

''How long are they going to be gone for?'' Asked Viva.

''5 or 6 months and they got a new female director which most of the guys are crazy over.'' Floyd shrugged.

''That's crazy, Branch would never leave without telling me.'' Poppy said feeling worried and sadness.

''He said he told you and that you said it was fine.'' Floyd replied.

Poppy gulped thinking back to a conversation but didn't remember it.'' No, he didn't.''

''Then maybe he thought he wouldn't notice he was gone.'' Floyd replied folding his arms.

''What are you talking about?'' Asked Poppy not liking how Floyd was looking at her.

''Well, he's pretty sad says that you've been ignoring him and with Viva all the time that maybe time away would be good for you.'' Floyd shrugged.

Poppy felt guilty and sad. ''Oh no. Have they left?'' She asked.

''They should be gone here in a couple minutes.'' Floyd replied.

Poppy ran as fast as she could past the trolls, and she ran until she saw the bunker and ran past it as fast as she could to the building they would practice at, and she saw it from a distance and saw Rhonda about to take off.

''WAIT!'' She shouted as she ran, and John Dory saw Poppy coming and he took off. Poppy didn't see Branch and she ran inside the building. ''BRANCH! YOU HERE!''

She was looking around wildly, and she heard the bathroom door open and there was Branch whose eyes looked red like he had been crying.

''Poppy? Are you ok?'' He asked going over to her.

She lunged herself into his arms hugging him and felt her eyes fill with tears. ''I'm sorry honey.''

Branch hugged her tightly.'' What's wrong?'' He asked concerned.

They pulled out of the hug, and he saw she was crying. ''I-I'm sorry I'm a bad girlfriend.''

''Poppy...'' He replied.

''Look, I'm so sorry I've been ignoring you. You're crying and about to leave without telling me please don't go. I want you here.'' She begged grabbing his vest looking at him with tears in her eyes.

Branch was confused and looked at her. ''I'm not going anywhere.'' He said.

''But Floyd said that you and Kismet were going on tour.'' She replied.

''Yes, but in a couple months.'' He replied.

Poppy gulps and realized it was a set up. ''What?''

''Yeah, but I doubt you would miss me if I left.'' He shrugs and breaks out of her grip.

''That is not true!''

''Oh really? Because you've been ignoring me for a month, you forget about our dates, and you only came over last night to make up for forgetting and then this morning your gone. It hurts Poppy. I know you want to make up for the lost time with Viva, but you're completely forgetting about me.'' Branch replied letting it out.

Poppy sighed and felt bad realizing that she hadn't been with Branch.

''I am sorry Branch; I have no excuse for it. Your right I do want to make up lost time with my sister so much that I forgot about you and the others.'' She sighed looking down.

Branch felt bad and sat down. ''If Floyd hadn't said anything, would you have noticed that I was even gone?''

Poppy sat down. ''I would have eventually.'' She replied.

''I love you Poppy so much, I admit I'm jealous of Viva, she gets all of your attention, and this morning I was hurt, I thought I would wake up with you in my arms, but you were gone, you couldn't stay a morning with me and that hurts it wasn't the first time. Love your sister and hangout with her but also leave room for me.'' He sighed hugging her.

She hugs him. ''I will Branch. In fact, I'm going to make it up to you.'' She smiles.

He hugs her and kisses her deeply as she kisses back wrapping her arms around him.

''I'm gonna get Floyd back for worrying me.'' She giggles.

''Hey, I had nothing to do with this.'' Branch replied.

''I know, come on Branch take me to the room.'' She bit her lip.

He grins and kisses her as he takes her to the back.
