Evidence Part 2

Laxus was walking down the street when he was approached by a girl. He recognized her immediately as the girl in the alleyway. In fact, she appeared from an alleyway. The girl was up to Laxus's stomach in height; she was pretty short. She was also somewhat flat chested, having A cup-sized breasts. The girl had light brown hair that was in pigtails and dark brown eyes. This girl looked petite and fragile. Her attire consisted of blue jean shorts, a white tank top, and flip flops. Laxus wondered in his mind how he could ever make out with this girl; she looked like a child. She also was NOT his type; at least by the looks of it, she wasn't. "Who are you?" Laxus finally spoke.

"M-My name is Emily." The girls said. She had a soft and angelic voice, but it had no effect on the tall blond in front of her. "I'm a huge fan of yours!" She added, the words pouring out of her small lips quickly.

"And you put me under your spell, did you not?" Laxus rolled his shoulders in a slow motion, grunting as he did so. Once he stopped, Laxus looked down at Emily. "You erased my memories, gave me fake feelings, wasted my entire day, made me kiss you, and you made me hurt the most important person in my life." Lightning began to bounce off of Laxus, but he took deep breaths through his nose to calm himself. His grandfather had raised him not to hit women unless they were truly evil.

"Well, I- . . . . y-yes." Emily shifted on her feet uncomfortably and looked down at her feet. "I just- . . . I like you." Emily's face turned red. "A lot!" She added. "I watched you during the Grand Magic Games and I've heard about you from Sorcerer Weekly." Emily played with the helm of her shirt nervously. "I think you're just . . . misunderstood."

"Wha-" Laxus was taken back. No one has ever said that to him before. Well, no one except you. Technically, you didn't say it; you showed him through action. You made Laxus feel better about himself. You didn't judge him on his past; instead you forgave him. You didn't treat him like a monster; you treated him like a friend. "You're right." Laxus replied. Emily's head snapped up, a little spark in her eye. "Someone's already told me that though." He added, the spark in the girl's eye dying out.

"How old are you anyway?" Laxus raised an eyebrow. He couldn't get over how young Emily looked. 'I'll be sick if she's under sixteen.' He thought, 'I'm not interested in being a child molester!' Emily looked back down at her feet and puffed her cheeks out, pouting. "Fourteen." She mumbled. 'You've got to be freakin' kidding me!' Laxus thought. His stomach sank and he started to feel like he was on a moving vehicle. "But I'm almost fifteen!" Emily added as if it would change anything. "[Name] is gonna kill me." Laxus muttered under his breath.

"Listen, kid." Laxus sighed, "I'm twenty-three. One, you're WAY too young and two, I already have a girlfriend."

"I know. Sorcerer Weekly has the two of you on the cover of at least three volumes." Emily grumbled. She crossed her arms over her chest and stomped her right foot on the ground. "Besides, she isn't your girlfriend anymore. I'm sure she broke up with you after seeing us, right? You're single now and free!"

Laxus's mood turned dark instantly. His nose flared, lightning sparked off of his skin, and he glared daggers at the girl in front of him. "You've got some nerve, kid." He snarled. "You need to wake up out of this fantasy you've created because it ain't real! I don't have any feelings for you nor will I ever! You're just an average citizen to me; nothing more, nothing less. The only person that I have feelings for is [Name] and I fully intend to get her back even if it kills me." Laxus turned to walked away, but Emily grabbed his arm and clung to him. "No!" She shouted.

"GET OFF ME AND WAKE THE HELL UP ALREADY!" Laxus yelled and blasted the girl with lightning. An explosion went off and Laxus stood still as the dust cleared. He glared down at the whimpering girl who was on the ground, twitching from the after effects of the lightning. Tears were running down her face as she kept still. Embarrassed and ashamed, Emily ran off while wiping her tears away. Laxus sighed in relief and walked away from the area.

The Lacrima Vision went away, leaving only the small blue lacrima on the ground. You blinked a couple of times, not believing what you just saw. Did I just get played by a child!?! You shouted at yourself in your head. Thinking back on it, you never did get a good look at the girl. You just saw Laxus kissing someone that was not you. That girl was irrelevant to you. But you'll be sure to pay her a visit later.

"Sorry." You mumbled. You turned your head to look at Laxus who was staring directly at you. "Don't apologize." He shook his head, "It was my fault." You smiled at him, something Laxus missed. Then you punched him in the arm. "Ow!" Laxus groaned, grabbing his arm. "What was that for?" He looked at you, waiting for an answer. "You let a fourteen year old put you under a spell?" You raised an eyebrow and smirked. Laxus's cheeks turned red and he looked away from you. "Shut up." He mumbled. You laughed lightly at Laxus's behavior; you missed this. You missed laughing with Laxus and watching his face go red.

"I love you." Laxus said, his voice low. You looked up at him, making eye contact, and saw that he was staring directly into your eyes. "I love you, [Name]." He repeated, leaning in closer. As Laxus's face came closer to yours, you felt your cheeks heat up but you didn't stop him. You wanted this. His lips smashed against yours and you melted into the kiss. You felt one of Laxus's hand on your cheek and the other rubbing up and down your sides.

While you two were focused on each other, Zen, who had watched the whole thing, stood up and limped to the door. He was happy for you, but he was also hurt. Zen had grown to like you over the past few days. You were different from any other girl that he's met. However, it was obvious that you didn't feel the same. Zen was a mature young adult; he knew when to quit. He knew the last thing you two needed was another psychopath.

Zen went back into the restaurant unnoticed by both you and Laxus. You two were too occupied to pay him any attention.
