Comment: The movie is a thriller with a pretty deep emotional touch

Joseph is a 2018 malayalam movie written by Shahi Kabir and directed by M Padmakumar. It stars Joju George as the main character.

The movie starts with Peter, the second husband of Joseph's ex wife,  receiving a medal from police for an honorable work done by Joseph. The plot unveils from there.

The plot revolves around the events that follow Joseph as he realizes that his wife's death was actually a murder and decides to investigate the case unofficially.

There was not any scene that could be labeled as unnecessary and the directed had succeeded well in letting us too know the pain of the character.  I do not think that the scenes could make us go through it. The scenes were not capable of making the viewers cry,  the movie was not intended to totally immerse us in our own tears anyway.

All the songs and background music felt to be fresh and meaning full. The scenes in the songs were heart warming and beautiful.

The movie can definitely be recommended to be watched to anyone who is looking for a thriller with a sentimental touch.
