Another month passed and the five paladins was fighting a couple of galra ships with ease. As they drifted a couple rebels contracted them about seeing a planet being run by galra so the castle headed over. As they took out the last ship together, allura visit it the small planet to try and make peace and she did. They now had another planet joining them and even was given a place to hide since their planet is very far and hidden so it take days for any galra to reach them. The five paladins stayed floating in space making sure no back up came and letting allura get back inside the castle. 

"unknown ship heading out way" coran spoke in the mic warning the five paladins who got ready to shoot. "wait dont shoot, its matt" Matt yelled back on another channel and the atlas came into view. "no way, dad build it" Pidge said excited from her green lion and the rest was puzzled at what the ship was. "yes Katie, what do you think i been making for the army all this time" sam holt said with a laugh. "cupcakes" lance said with a grin. "i could also make a human size blender for all those boys in voltron" sam warned and lance shut up. "please dont listen to him he an idiot and we respect your daughter very much" shiro said with worry since sam could make one. "is anyone gonna ask why their a big ship full of humans in space, i thought they wouldn't get enough crystal to power anymore ships then the battle ships" keith asked a little annoyed.

"well dad sent me a text while i was on a rebel mission and we picked up a crystal after and dropped it on earth then i got to see this bad boy and help finish of the building so i could have first ride before Katie" Matt grinned and said with joy making Pidge pout. "that is so cool" hunk said as he flew around the atlas in the yellow lion checking the lion out. "we here to help back you up in a fight or to help protect planets while you take on the galra, we got our battle ships and soldiers who dont mind fighting aliens to keep the aliens on the ground safe while voltron fights" sam said with joy and all give paladins sighed knowing they have more people to keep an eye on during battle. 

"thanks, we glad to have you all, why dont you park on the planet behind us and we call both settle down to talk face to face" shiro said with a smile. "good idea, i had info to pass on to you guys anyway" matt said like a true rebel. "yeah we need to pass some info on to the rebels and allura wanted to talk to you as well matt" keith said as they lions started to fly back to the lions. "oh man i cant believe my children after fighting a space war, they seem so grown up" sam said with tears. "you could have left him on earth" Pidge sighed. "oh be nice pidge, someone daddy wanted to keep an eye on his little girl" Lance tease. "lance she will slap you and we wont stop her" hunk warned. 

Soon both the castle and the atlas landed on the planet voltron just saved. After voltron did a small walk around and talking to the leader asking to rest here a couple days, what the leader was glad to let them. The five paladins, allura and coran walked back to where the castle and atlas landed to talk with everyone inside the atlas. 

"i go talk to the leader of atlas and try to find a way where they can tag along during a mission without making trouble for us" Allura said with a kind smile. "I'm going to check the ship out to make sure it wont blow up because they messed up the space tec side of stuff" coran said with worry and the two walked away.

"I'm going to talk with matt and other rebels here, they got info for us and we got some for them" shiro smiled. "we just gonna check the ship out" hunk said with a kind smile as shiro nodded and walked away. "wow the crew is made up from both humans and aliens, i knew we saved many planets but i didnt think so many would join up for battle" keith said shocked. "yeah, i wonder if we meet anyone we already fought with" Pidge said excited. "i hope we meet many cute girls" Lance smirked.

A COUPLE HOURS LATER.

"hey Pidge, did you find your crush on the ship" shiro smirked and Pidge blushed. "come on, we know he has to be a soldier or a rebel since they the only guys you met since your crush happened" keith smirked. "we understand we were harsh about your crush last time but this time we talk about it as friends and help you win him over" hunk smiled kindly.

"crush" Lance said shocked and his heart broke a little. 

"Lance" Pidge said with fear, the one person she didnt want to know had just found out. 

"yeah our little pidge here had opened the doors of love" keith smirked and ruffled her hair. 

"but she wont tell us who it might be, we guessed it has to be a soldier or rebel we met in the last couple months" Shiro said with a smile and crossed his arms. 

"lance i can explain" Pidge said with worry, she liked him but what if he work our she liked him and dont think the same. She was so scared of what he might think. 

"a crush, wow that's great pidge, that guy got to be super lucky" Lance grinned brightly and Pidge frown a little. She didnt want him to think her crush was lucky she wanted him to take her hand and like her but what was she kidding. 

"hey, pidge" James yelled from the end of the hall and ran over to the rest.

"oh James" Pidge said with a small smile. 

"you wanna check out my fighter" James grinned. 

"no way, you got permission for me to check it over" Pidge said excited. 

"well what my captain dont know why get me in trouble" James grinned and wink. 

"awesome, hurry and show me" Pidge said jumping up and down before dragging James away. She wanted to get far away from her friends as she could. She wasn't gonna lie she was upset about how well Lance took it. She really did liked him. 

"oh i see what happening" shiro smirked and crossed his arms. 

"what" lance asked. 

"and they dont have a clue" hunk giggled. 

"huh" Lance said confused, he knew he heard those line somewhere before. 

"and his the bottom line our five lions become four" Keith smirked as she changed the lyrist to fit them. 

"wait are you saying Pidge crush is James" Lance said shocked. 

"just look how happy she was to see him and how fast she drag him away, so he wouldn't hear about her crush" shiro smiled. 

"she really dose love him, its nice to know she had someone special  outside our team" hunk smiled. 

"wait pidge cant date James, he a jerk even keith thinks so" Lance yelled. 

"well i do think he a jerk but look how happy he makes pidge, I'm glad he can make her so happy" Keith smiled and patted lance arm. 

"but he just hurt her" Lance said with worry.

"you dont know that lance, he might treasure her" shiro smiled kindly.

"but" lance tried to say. 

"what is with you lance, normally your always so excited when it comes to love or love stories" hunk said with worry.

"i just dont like that guy, he seems fishy" Lance hissed and crossed his arms. 

"lance pidge is free to love whoever and we cant protect her from love, she needs to learn her own way" Keith said with a small smile. 

"i cant trust him" Lance sighed and walked away. 

"what wrong with him, he dont normally act this way" hunk said with worry. 

"maybe he jealous, pidge and him is super close yet he only just found out she liked a guy and its someone he thinks is a show of and will just hurt her" keith sighed and crossed his arms. 

"wow he must really care about pidge to be this hurt about not being told about her crush" hunk said with worry. 

"i dont think that the reason" matt sighed behind them making the three jump. 

"what are you talking about" hunk asked with a worried smile. 

"friends do get jealous if they dont get told first or if they single while the others date" matt started to say.

"yeah that why he jealous because pidge didnt tell him" shiro sighed. 

"but he could be jealous over something else, you know he seems to care about pidge a lot more then normal friends would and they act more then just siblings" matt tried to hint.

"wait you dont mean that lance is jealous because he likes pidge" Keith said shocked. 

"who knows but i feel so sorry for my sister being around so many idiots all the time" matt sighed and shook his head. 

"he always jokes around, he has a silly laugh, he always having a bright smile, cares for pidge in her own way and always cheer her up in his own way" shiro said as they remember how pidge explained her crush. 

"he always going after girly girls and always flirts with girls that the opposite then pidge, so one might guess that was his type" hunk said with worry.

"so pidge crush might have been lance who been flirting with girls opposite to herself so she wouldn't guess he liked her and we just told lance that pidge liked James not him and talk about pidge crush in front of her crush no wonder she quickly ran away with James to hide the face lance might be her crush" Keith said with shock. 

"you three just fucked up my sister love life by making the guy she likes think she likes another and yet I'm meant to be the brother who spoils her life love ... wow way to go guys" matt sighed.
