Bendy and Bandit were at the Banker's booth, talking with the Banker. When Doc and Goldi came back, Banker quickly noticed them enter and addressed them.

"A-A-And where did you tw-did you two run off t-too?" He asked

Doc just returned to his desk while Goldi went up to the Bank booth and began to explain.

"Buddy's fam'ly finally came back" She said, trying to stay calm and almost utterly failing

Bandit and Banker both let out a loud, sharp gasp. They were shocked by that news. Buddy and his family had finally come back for them? After all these years? Banker began to squeel like a young boy seeing a toy in a toy store while Bandit let out a loud 'YE-HAW!' and pulled out his banjo, playing a little tune in celebration. Bendy watched the two of them with a smile before frowning a bit. These guys hadn't been abandoned like him and his friends, and it was very likely that he'd have to go home soon, so...

"Not only that..." A voice came from the shadows

Bendy jumped and quickly hid behind Banker, who took a step back in surprise. Out from the shadows came Lorelei, who had a bit of a smirk on her face.

"...but Buddy's kid had a surprise fer us, but especially fer Bandit" She said before turning around and holding out a hand

A tiny hand took Undertaker's and a puppet that looked like a young girl slowly stepped into the light. She had a dark blue dress with a white apron, black shoes, and a matching blue bow in her long white hair. Her hair kinda complimented her pale wood and her piercing blue eyes. Her expression made it fairly clear that she was rather nervous.

"Banker, Bendy, Bandit, I'd like y'all ta meet miss Lillybeth White" Undertaker said with enthusiasm

Lilly slowly walked up to Banker, who looked down at her and giggled nervously.

"Um...Howdy. I'm Lilly" She said, holding out her hand

"U-U-U-Ummm...B-B-Banker, nice to-to m-m-m-meet you" The banker replied with a nervous chuckle, shakily taking her hand and shaking it

Bendy poked his head out from behind Banker in curiosity. Lilly noticed him and took a step back, her nervous smile replaced by an expression of shock. The little toon quickly took off his glove and wrote something on the floor in front of him. Even though it was upside down, the young puppet could easily make out the word 'Bendy' before looking up and seeing the little demon point at the word, then at himself.

"Is...Is that yer name?" Lilly asked, tilting her head

Bendy nodded and gave her a small smile, holding out his hand. Lilly took the hint pretty quickly and grabbed hold of the Toon's hand, shaking it gently. When their hands parted, Lilly looked up at Bandit, who took notice of the little one's stare and knelt down, extending his hand.

"Howdy, there. Th' name's Showdown Bandit, but everyone 'round 'ere just calls me Bandit" He said with a smile

"...Lilly" The young puppet replied

Lilly shook his hand for a few seconds before wrapping her little arms around Bandit's neck, pulling him into a tight hug. Goldi and Undertaker let out a couple of 'Awwwww's at the sight while Bandit blinked in obvious surprise before patting Lilly's back.

"Umm...Okay, I'll bite, what's happenin' here?" Bandit said in confusion

Lilly quickly let go and rubbed her arm in embarrassment.

"Right...um...in the show, once things are fixed up...I'm gonna be yer daughter by adoption" She said

Bendy and Banker shared a shocked gasp while Bandit's jaw dropped. He blinked a few times and rubbed his eyes to make sure he wasn't dreaming, but when his eyes opened, she was still there. Bandit slowly stood up, still staring at Lilly, who had a slightly worried expression on her face, as the realization slowly came to him.

"I have a daughter..." He trailed off in a quiet voice

Bendy and Banker looked at each other, and then looked back at Bandit with smiles on their faces. Bendy began to bounce in place while Banker began to quietly chuckle. Bandit quickly let out a lout 'YEEEEE HAAAAWWW!!!' and hugged Banker tightly.

"I have a daughter!" Bandit shouted excitedly

He and Banker shared a laugh while Bendy, after running in place, gave Lilly, who was watching Bandit's every move, a very unsuspecting hug. Lilly, again, due to her in-show backstory, tried to squirm out of Bendy's grip, but it was no use. The toon wasn't letting go and he was far too excited to see how scared Lilly was until...

...she suddenly started crying.

Bendy, Banker, and Bandit all stopped their little celebration when they heard a high-pitched wail. Bendy quickly let go of Lilly, who happened to be the source of the noise. Lorelei and Goldi came in closer to see what was going on, Bendy took a step back away from Lilly, and Bandit knelt down to see what was wrong. Lilly looked up at him for a second before hugging herself and reducing her loud cries to soft whimpers. Bandit put a gentle hand on her shoulder, which caused her to flinch, and used the other hand to slowly lift her chin.

"You okay? What happened?" Bandit asked softly

Lilly shuddered before tightening her hands on her arms. That's when Ms. Undertaker spoke up.

"Bandit, she reacted in a similar way to a surprise hug from Goldi," she explained "so maybe she just can't handle surprise hugs"

"You're close" a new voice came in

Everyone looked in the same direction as Barbra and Julia came in with a bunch of labeled boxes, some of which were made of steel. Barbra knelt down and began to explain as Julia took her boxes out towards the stage area.

"You see, part of Lilly's back story is the fact that she was...badly abused, so hugs that come out of nowhere are gonna seriously overwhelm and scare her" she said

Everyone was both confused and relieved that they had an answer, though it was unsatisfactory, until Doc spoke up.

"Where did you get the idea of a character being linked to abuse?" He asked in a slightly firm voice

"Actually, it wasn't my idea. It was my grandma Lydia's idea. I didn't want to go with it but she tampered with the character sheet when I was little so I really don't have a choice since I lost the file for it on my computer"  she said before picking up her stack of boxes and heading for the door.

Bandit, while the others started chatting, soon turned his attention towards the shivering child in front of him. He contemplated on whether or not he was going to do what he was thinking of doing, but his body moved before his mind did after a while.

Slowly, Bandit gently wrapped his arms around Lilly, who let out a shaky and surprised gasp. She slowly looked up, seeing Bandit gently and genuinely smile at her, before she started quietly sobbing into his vest.

"Shhhh, shhhh, it's okay. It's okay" Bandit practically whispered

Bandit tightened his grip on Lilly a little bit and started stroking her long white hair. He continued to say a few words of comfort, but they barely did anything. Then Bandit got an idea. Whenever he was upset like this, Buddy would hold him close and sing him a gentle little song. Maybe he could do the same. Bandit smiled and looked down at Lilly before gently starting to rock her back and forth. He opened his mouth and began to sing.

Lilly raised her head to look at Bandit.

Lilly leaned her head back onto Bandit's chest as her quiet crying turned into small gulps of air.

Lilly's eyes slowly began to close. She didn't even realize that she was tired after what happened until now. She smiled to herself as she let herself get somewhat lost in her father's voice.

"Always..."

Bandit didn't even realize that everyone was staring at him until he finished his little song and looked up. Carver was giving Bandit a side look along with a smirk, Goldi had a look that mixed joy with total disbelief, Ms. Undertaker gave Bandit a knowing smile, Banker had a smile on his face and a hand on his chest, and Bendy had a look of absolute wonder on his face. Bandit would've blushed if he was able to, so instead, he looked back at Lilly, who now had yet to move.

"There. That's better, ain't it?" He asked softly

Lilly didn't respond. Bandit would've worried, but the steady rise and fall of her chest made it clear that she had just fallen asleep. Bandit, being careful not to wake her, slowly weaved one arm under her legs and picked her up bridal style before slowly standing up.

"I-Is she-Is she al-alright, B-B-Bandit?" Banker asked in a quiet tone

"Yeah, she's fine. I think I put 'er to sleep, though" Bandit replied with a chuckle

Just as Bandit said that, Julia and Barbra suddenly walked in. While Julia picked up the Banker's booth and Doc's work area, Barbra addressed the others.

"Alright, everyone. We've gathered what we could for now..."

"...It's time to head home" She said
