So we've come to the end of Show Me Your Smile! Thanks for joining me and the bois throughout their story, however absurd it gets at times. Kudos to blaziken01trainer and @_Micah-Drew_ for sticking with me once more and reading my stories!

If you caught my recent announcement, yes, I have two upcoming Pokéfics for 2022, one of which is Mindy. Mindy is about that one annoying girl in Sinnoh and her redemption arc/very slow death with the help of her new frenemies, the Lake Trio, Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit. Mindy will be published starting May 2022! Here's the cover!

Synopsis:
「Every villain has a redemption arc. I'm jealous. Will you grant me one?」

For as long as she's lived, Mindy's known as a tormentor. Ask the trainer who gave her a Medicham in exchange for a Haunter holding an Everstone. Yes, that Mindy, the true villain lurking in Sinnoh.

Called out for her vile nature, Mindy is made into an outcast. Now forced into invisibility, all she wants is to be accepted by society again. When the Lake Trio enter her house one day, is it the start of her redemption arc... or a slow death?

The other Pokéfic is a spinoff to SMYS featuring Aomine Rae, Kyo's sister! Just thought I didn't really do her that much justice and there's a lot of potential in her, so she'll be the main character of this new Pokéfic titled Harmonia!

Synopsis:
Unova's soundtrack, lauded as the best in the world, is distorted the moment Lenora, an archaeologist who retired from her Gym Leader duties, makes a discovery in the Abyssal Ruins. Her successor, Cheren, grows anxious as his plans to secure his guest's good first impression of Unova is ruined, affecting also his student, Icosa, who is just as excited to meet her. Said guest is Aomine Rae, a Normal-type specialist hailing from Johto. The foursome must now work together to resolve the musical crisis before the regional assessment which is happening in six months. The more the mystery unravels, however, the less optimistic they become that peace will return before the deadline.

So yes, some similarities between SMYS and Harmonia are featuring two Gym Leaders as part of the main cast, the MC having Normal-types only (Kyo has a Ditto in SMYS, Rae goes to Unova with Noko-Noko, her Dunsparce) and the events being set after game canon (SMYS takes place 3 years after HGSS; Harmonia occurs 1 year after B2W2 which is also 4 years after HGSS and the year XY starts). Oh, and having four people in the main cast.

Well, other than that, Harmonia will explore more of Unova's secrets and stories, basing off the games and the manga and I will only start writing after Mindy is completed.

What's going to happen from now till May? Depending on the prompts for ONC this year, I might write another original novella on my other account or write offline while plotting for both stories.
