It is only 3 days left before the semi-final of Nation League between England and Nederland. All 3 Lions players pushed themselves really hard since Nederland  is a great team despite being on 12th place in FIFA world ranking. After done their training session, Danny quickly takes shower and walks home as he promised Isla to watch her in action for NXT UK. After puts on his casual clothes, he makes himself out to the arena and takes his place in a front row seat since he has a VIP pass. That day, Isla is scheduled to face Danny's maternal cousin, Toni Storm. Danny then took a picture of the arena before the show starts and upload it to his Instagram

Meanwhile, at the backstage;

"So, Courtney. When will you and Danny make it official?" asked Toni.

"Who knows. We're taking it slowly right now", said Isla.

"Make it quick, please. You two are so cute together", said Toni. Isla blushed.

"By the way, T. If I not mistaken, your little brother is a football player too, right?" asked Isla.

"Yes. He just debuted with Getafe last summer", said Toni.

"How old is he now?" asked Isla.

"20 years old. Don't tell me you're interested with him. You're already have Danny", said Toni. Isla chuckled.

"No, I'm not. Just asking though", said Isla. Toni chuckled.

"I just messing around with you. No hard feeling, ok?" said Toni.

"Yeah, I don't mind", said Isla. Then, both of them getting ready for the match.

Later after the show;

Danny went to the backstage as he allowed to do so by WWE as he had a VIP pass. Danny then found Toni with Isla. Danny then quickly hugs Toni.

"Great match, cousin", said Danny.

"Thanks. Enjoy yourself so much, aren't you?" asked Toni.

"Of course I am. You know it very well that if I'm not a football player, I might be a wrestler now", said Danny.

"So, you're alone. Where are your friends?" asked Isla.

"They can't come. Besides, they are not really a fan", said Danny.

"I see. By the way, when will you be going to Portugal?" asked Toni.

"Tomorrow morning", said Danny.

"Goodluck. We'll be cheering on you", said Isla.

"Thanks", said Danny. After few minutes, Danny asked permission to go home.

3 days later;

Every player already in their kits and just waiting for the coach's briefing.

"Okay. For today's match, this is our line-ups. Goalkeeper; Pickford. Defender; Chilwell, Maguire, Stones, Walker. Midfielder; Barkley, Rice, Delph. Forward: Sancho, Quinn, Sterling. Walker, you're the captain today. Question?" asked Southgate.

"No, coach", said all players.

"Good. Now, bring the final to us", said Southgate.

Later in the match;

Nederland kicks off the match. Wijnaldum pass the ball to Babel. Babel then sprint with the ball but was cleared by Walker.

20th minutes of the match;

Maguire kicks the ball far but Rice managed to get it. Rice then run with the ball before passed it to Sancho. Sancho then makes a run before crosses the ball when he near the goal line. Danny then jumped high before heads the ball but the ball hits the post before out of play. Danny seems frustrated.

43rd minutes of the game;

Pickford kicks the ball high and it reaches Rice. Rice then run with the ball and then he passed it to Danny. Danny then dribbles passing through defender until he enters the penalty box before shoots the ball to left corner of the goal. Cillesen tried to save the goal but failed as the ball enters the net for England takes a lead with 1-0. England players are celebrating that goal as they are one step closer to reach the final of Nation League.

During half time;

All players enter the changing room.

"4 goals in 2 games. Good start for you, Danny", said Sterling.

"But still, I missed many chances today", said Danny.

"Don't worry about it. Just do it better for the 2nd half", said Rashford. Danny just nodded. Then, Southgate came in and gives them instruction about the 2nd half. Later, all players back to the pitch.

The referee blew his whistle for the 2nd half. After Sterling passes the ball to Delph, all forwards started to move up a bit. Delph then passes the ball to Rice before Rice passes it to Danny. Danny then runs with the ball. Then, de Roon and de Ligt approaching him but Danny managed to send the ball through them and it reaches Sancho. Sancho then runs with the ball and dribble through Dumfries before shoot the ball but Chillesen managed to catch it. During 60th minutes of the game, Danny dribbled the ball passing through some players before suddenly de Ligt tackles him causing his knee so badly landed on the ground. It forced the medical team to take him out and Southgate replaced him with Rashford while Lingard came in to replace Sancho 10 minutes later. 3 minutes later, de Ligt managed to score the equaliser after heading the cross by Depay after Nederland was awarded a corner kick by the referee. The match ended with 1-1 after the full time whistle was blew dragging the game to the extra time.

England's side started to look bad after Walker accidently scored an own goal at the 97th minutes of the game before Promes made sure that Nederland reach the final with his goal at 114th minutes of the game. The match ended with a score England 1-3 Nederland.

Later at the changing room;

Southgate was furious from the result.

"What the fuck is wrong with you today? Quinn only gets 1 goal score, while the other offensive players fail to score the goal. Walker, you are the captain but you yourself gives an own goal for them? I want all of you to go back and think about what you're going to do for the 3rd place play-off a day after tomorrow. Now, wash up and go back to the hotel", said Southgate before left.

"C'mon everyone. Let's go. Don't worry. We'll do better in the 3rd place play-off", said Kane.

"So, mate. How's your knee?" asked Sterling.

"Doctor told me to rest for a week", said Danny.

"So, you'll miss the 3rd place play-off", said Kane.

"Yes", said Danny.

"Don't worry. It just for a week", said Sterling. Danny just nodded. Then, after wash up, all players make their way to the bus and return to the hotel.

Later in the hotel room;

Danny gets a FaceTime request from Isla that he accepted.

"Hi, Danny. I saw what happen. Are you okay?" asked Isla.

"No", said Danny.

"What the doctor told you?" asked Isla.

"He said I need a break from football for a week", said Danny.

"It just a week", said Isla.

"JUST A WEEK? WE HAVE SWITZERLAND IN 2 DAYS!" shouted Danny.

"You don't have to shout at me", said Isla angrily.

"Sorry, Courtney. I don't mean it. I just... You know", said Danny. Isla cooled down a bit.

"Frustrated?" asked Isla.

"Yes", said Danny.

"Now, listen to me. Just take a break for 1 week, okay. When you come back, make sure you're better than ever. How's that?" asked Isla.

"I think I can do that. Thanks, Courtney and sorry for yelling at you just now", said Danny. Isla smiled.

"It's okay. But please don't do it again or I don't want to talk to you anymore", said Isla.

"Oh, c'mon. Don't be like that. I don't really mean it", said Danny.

"Just joking. I think you shall go to sleep now. It's been a hard day for you", said Isla.

"Yeah. Thank you for talking to me. Really appreciate it", said Danny.

"Not a big deal. Goodnight, then", said Isla.

"Goodnight", said Danny. Then they hung up.

"Darn, Courtney... When will you be mine", said Danny to himself before fall asleep.
