Taurus X Scorpio

Taurus is a guy and Scorpio and Aries are girls. All other signs are the same.

Taurus was walking to school one sunny day. He was calm and content, but that changed once he got to school. He was just about to walk in through a side door he always took when someone yanked him sideways into the nearby bushes. Taurus was startled. He looked around, wondering who it could be, when his eyes landed on Scorpio and Aries, the two biggest pranksters in the school. Wherever they were, a hilarious and embarrassing prank was about to happen. This was not a good sign. Taurus tried to stand up, but Scorpio yanked him back down. "What are you-" he started, but Scorpio placed a hand over his mouth. Aries stifled a giggle and pointed over his shoulder. Taurus turned to see Mrs. Jansen, the meanest teacher in the school, striding up to the doors. As soon as she pushed them open, a bunch of whipped cream plopped onto her head. Unfortunately, just then St. Mathew's large, dairy-loving German Shepherd, Rex, was passing by. He ran up to Mrs. Jansen and jumped on her, causing the teacher to fall flat on her back with a shreik. Scorpio, Aries, and Taurus stood up. The two girls were laughing their heads off while Taurus was shaking his head. This was exactly the kind of thing that happened when Aries and Scorpio were around. Mrs. Jansen shoved Rex off of her and looked at the three. "You little-" she screamed.

Taurus, Scorpio, and Aries were in Mr. Allen, the principal's office. He sighed. "Aries, Scorpio, you know the drill. I'll be calling your parents and you have 2 hours of detention. Taurus," Mr. Allen looked at the boy over his glasses,"I'm very shocked. You have a perfect record and would never do something like this. But I know what Mrs. Jansen saw, and so I, unfortunately, must give you detention."
Taurus sighed. He had tried to convince Mr. Allen that he was an innocent bystander, but he had rejected all of Taurus' excuses. He was nervous and angry about this turn of events. The two girls beside him, however, looked bored. "Whose detention with this time, Mr. Allen?"
The rather portly principal squinted at a piece of paper on his desk. "Why, I believe its with Mrs. Jansen."
The three students froze. This was the worst day to play a thick on Mrs. Jansen.

~Time Skip: Eight Hours~

Taurus stood at the door of Mrs. Jansen's classroom, licking his lips nervously. After a minute, he took a deep breath and walked in. Mrs. Jansen was there, with Aries and Scorpio. "Nice of you to join us, Taurus." She said in her sweet, silky voice that tricked everyone into thinking that she was wonderful and kind. "Please, take a seat." Taurus sat down in the desk between Aries and Scorpio.
Mrs. Jansen smiled evilly. "Now that we're all here, let's begin."

~Time Skip: Two Hours~

Everything in Taurus hurt. His arms, his legs, his back, his head. Heck, even his neck hurt! Jansen had made them clean her classroom from floor to ceiling, sweeping, dusting, and wiping every nook and cranny. She had only let them go when every inch was spotless. Taurus sighed as he started the long walk home. Scorpio joined him. "I'm going the same way. Funny, huh?" She asked. Obviously trying to lighten the mood. She talked about how hard it was to set up the prank, get all that whipped cream, and make sure that Rex was in the immediate area. But it was worth it all, she said, to see the look on Jansen's face.
Taurus walked silently, trying to keep his cool. However, when Scorpio said, "Too bad you got caught up in the prank, huh?" Taurus snapped. He rounded on her, yelling about how it was all her fault and how she didn't care about anyone else who got caught up in her stupid little pranks that she just pulled for attention. Tautus finished his rant, breathing heavily. He saw the hurt and shock flash through Scorpio's eyes before she turned and ran. Taurus felt guilty, but he was still mad, so he let her run.

That night, Taurus thought about what he had said and felt even worse. He decided to apologize to Scorpio tomorrow.

The next day, Taurus came to school, ready to find Scorpio and apologize. But she was no where to be found. Taurus looked all over for her, but he couldn't find her. So he asked Aries, who told him that Scorpio didn't come to school that day. Taurus wondered if it was because if him, and decided to apologize the day after. But Scorpio didn't come then either. Taurus knew now that something was wrong. After school, he went to Scorpio's house and rang the doorbell. A young girl opened the door. "Are you looking for Scorpio? Because she's in her room and I can't get her to come out. Can you help?"
"I'll see if I can." Taurus replied.
He walked up to Scorpio's room and knocked on the door. "Scorpio? Are you there? Its Taurus. Please open up." Taurus called. He listened closely and heard shuffling, but it was getting farther away, not closer.
"Okay, I'm coming in." Taurus called before he opened the door. He had to push hard to get it open, there was something heavy blocking it. Taurus put his shoulder to the door and pushed, moving whatever was behind it. He then walked in and saw that Scorpio had moved her dresser to block her door. Taurus looked around. The bed covers were ruffled, and the chairs around the room were empty, as was the open closet. Just then, a pile of blankets in the corner shifted. Taurus crossed the room and threw the blankets away, revealing a messy-haired, wide-eyed, shivering Scorpio huddled beneath them. "Scorpio? What happened?" Taurus asked, kneeling beside her.
"I'm a terrible person." She whispered. "I don't care about anyone...and no one cares about me."
Taurus felt a hard ball of guilt in the pit of his stomach. "Th-thats not true."
"Yes it is." Scorpio whispered. "You said it yourself."
Taurus felt terrible. His words had forced Scorpio into depression? Taurus clenched his jaw and stroked Scorpio's messy hair. "That's really not true." His tone was more soothing than before. "I care about you. That's why I'm here."
Scorpio looked at him with wide eyes. "You promise?" She asked hesitantly.
"I promise." Taurus said softly.
Scorpio surprised him by flinging herself into his arms and sobbing. He caught her and held her tightly.
"I promise." Taurus repeated.

The next day at school, Taurus talked to Aries. He told her about his visit to Scorpio's house and that she would be coming tomorrow. Aries looked thoughtful. She told him that Scorpio was diagnosed with depression a year ago, and that they had started pranking people to distract her from doing any self-harm. Well, that explains it, Taurus thought. He felt terrible at making Scorpio even more depressed, but happy that he had been able to help her out of it. Tarus thought about his words the day before.
I promise.
Taurus did promise. He would help Scorpio through this. He would be there for her.

Now and forever.
