Ok guys, so this will be the last part of the story. I'm so sorry I'm lousy at updating, but I'll try to update every 2-3 days and at least 2 chapters every weekend. Thank you to all you amazing people who actually read, vote, and comment. I appreciate every view. Have fun reading!

Gemini watched as the shadow figure reached towards Pisces. She couldn't do anything now, just like she couldn't do anything when Pisces was taken, except get herself kidnapped too. Then she couldn't find a way out, and Cancer fell through the ceiling and she couldn't stop him from getting hurt. Now something was going to happen to Pisces as well, and she couldn't do anything.

Wait.

Gemini could do something. She wasn't helpless and she wasn't useless. She could help her friends. She could help them now.

In the three seconds it took for Gemini to think all this, the shadow had gotten closer to Pisces and was about to touch her. Gemini took a deep breath. Then she grabbed Pisces by the back of her shirt and yanked her backwards, putting herself in front of the dazed figure. She looked up at the shadow figure and had barely a second to register the red eyes staring at her before it touched her.

It felt like the world was spinning like a top. Then Gemini plunged into a dark, cold place.

Cancer had seen it all. The shadow figure reaching towards Pisces. Gemini trading places with her. The figure touching her an instant later, its shadow body dissolving and seeming to seep into Gemini's. Gemini passing out a moment later. Pisces crying through the whole thing. Now Gemini was sprawled out on the floor, her head in Pisces' lap.

Cancer knew the first thing he had to do was get help. What had Gemini been doing when he woke up?

Oh yeah, she had been tapping the walls. But why?

Cancer suddenly remembered. It was from a movie he had seen. The main character was stuck in a room, and he had tapped the walls and listened until he found one the sounded different. He was able to break through the wall there. Cancer began doing it. He was lucky. Barely a minute after he had started, he found a place that sounded hollow. Taking a deep breath, he swung his fist until it hit the wall.

And broke through.

Cancer had no time to rejoice. He continued hacking at the wall until there was a hole bog enough for him to crawl through. After quickly explaining to Pisces where he was going, he very awkwardly crawled through the hole. At the end, Cancer tried to flip himself onto his feet, but ended up falling on his head.

"Owwwww...." Cancer moaned.

He heard another moan and assumed it was an echo, before hearing another. There was someone there.

"Hello?" Cancer cautiously said.

"Can...cer?" A voice replied.

Cancer peered into the darkness, dimly lit by the light from the room behind him. He saw something move and jumped, before he realized that it was Scorpio.

"Scorpio! What are you doing here?" Cancer exclaimed, rushing to the side of the battered male. Scorpio was covered in dust and chunks of ceiling. Cancer pushed the chunks off of him and helped him to his feet.

"We came looking for you," Scorpio winced, rubbing his neck. "And I think the ceiling fell on us."

"Thanks. Pisces and Gemini are her too, but Gemini..." Cancer trailed off.

Scorpio looked around. "Aries and Sagittarius were with me, but they must have gotten buried by the ceiling."

Scorpio and Cancer looked around for the other two signs. Cancer lifted a large piece and found Aries under it. Scorpio came over and they dragged Aries out. The muscular male was bruised and battered so much, he looked like a 10-year-old shoe.

Scorpio sat beside Aries while Cancer dragged Sagittarius out from a pile of dust and rock. Both signs were badly injured.

"So what were you saying about Gemini?" Scorpio questioned Cancer while they waited for Aries and Sagittarius to wake up.

Cancer explained and Scorpio listened with a grave expression. "She must be possessed by a spirit." He said softly.

Cancer nodded. "I'm going to check on them." Cancer walked over to the wall and crawled through the hole, again falling on his head.

Gemini was in a dark, cold room. She couldn't see, touch, hear, taste, or smell anything. It was like a dark void. Suddenly, there was a voice.

"Ahh...It feels so good to have a body again. However, being a spirit does have its advantages. I still like being in a human body though." It was a woman's voice, soft and high-pitched.

"Who are you? What did you do to me?" Gemini shouted.

"Oh, you're still here? What a shame. Well, you should know that my name is Anastasia, and I have taken control of your body."

Gemini's mouth went dry. This crazy woman was possessing her?

"Turn around, dearie." The voice said. Gemini slowly turned to see a beautiful woman wearing a long white gown.

"Where are we?" Gemini asked.

"Why, we're inside your mind, I though you knew that," The woman said. "Time to wake up."

A window opened up beside Gemini, and see looked through it. It showed to roof of the room she had been in, and Pisces' worried face looking right at her. The image moved to show the walls of the room. Gemini realized that this must be what her eyes were seeing. However, she had no power over them, or the rest of her body.

"Gemini!" Pisces' worried voice said, "Are you okay?"

"I'm perfectly fine," Gemini's voice said, "Now get me some tea."

Gemini was confused, she hadn't opened her mouth. Then she remembered that the woman was controlling her.

"Pisces, it's not me!" Gemini screamed, "Pisces!"

"She can't hear you, she can only hear me." The woman said. There was a thump behind them.

The screen moved to show Cancer, with his head on the ground and his legs in a small hole in the wall. He did an untidy somersault and walked over to Pisces.

"Pisces, Scorpio says that Gemini is possessed. We shouldn't trust her." Cancer told the small female.

"Yeah, she just asked me for some tea." Pisces moved away from Gemini.

Anastasia swore under her breath.

"Come on my friends, its me, Gemini. I defeated the spirit and drove it away. Please trust me." Gemini's voice said.

"No, don't, she's lying, its a trick! Don't trust her!" Gemini shrieked.

"You are beginning to irk me, child. Do not annoy me further if you want your precious friends to live." The woman said angrily.

Gemini was about to reply when Scorpio tumbled into the hole.

"Stop! Don't move!" He shouted to Gemini. "We know you are possessing her, so get out NOW!" Scorpio yelled.

Anastasia simply sighed. "Now why would I do that when I finally have what I want?" She spoke with Gemini's voice.

"This isn't what you want." A small voice spoke up. "You want to be free. I can tell. And the only way to do that is to let go and move on." Pisces tried to convince her.

"She's right. You've been here for a long time, and the best thing to do is to move on." Gemini also tried to convince the stubborn spirit. Anastasia looked like she was going to accept, when her face turned stone cold and she laughed.

"You don't know what I want. I want to live again. And I have this perfect opportunity to do so. I will not let go of it so easily."

"Then we'll make you." Suddenly, all three signs lunged for Gemini and pinned her down.

"Fools!" Anastasia laughed. "All you are doing is harming your poor friend."

Then Gemini thought, If they can attack her, I can too. She lunged at Anastasia, bringing her to the ground. "Get off me!" The woman screamed as Gemini struggled to pin her down.

"Not until you get out of me." Gemini grit her teeth and managed to get her knees on the older woman's shoulders and her hands gripping the woman's neck.

"I'll strangle you." Gemini threatened.

Anastasia sighed. "Fine, I'll leave, but only if I can possess someone else. Deal?"

"As long as that person is far away from here, go ahead." Gemini growled.

Anastasia disappeared and all went dark.

Gemini woke up a second later, the shadowy body drifting away from her. She sat up and told her friends about Anastasia. They were all happy that Anastasia was now far away, but Cancer and Scorpio told them about Aries and Sagittarius and they wondered who else was hurt.

30 minutes later

Everyone had been found and Leo ans Aquarius were rescued. Aries and Sagittarius woke up and found that they were not as badly hurt as everyone thought. All of the signs were happy to be back together. As they left the haunted house, never to return again, they smiled and laughed at their incredibly strange adventure.

Just a few blocks away, a young woman slowly stood up and smiled. "I'll get those brats eventually..."
