The two of us were once again alone thanks to those two. It was after school and the two were somewhere off. Suzumu is probably hitting on girls while Kuroneko is helping out a teacher

"Mafumafu" I called out

Mafumafu turned his head to look at me "Yes?"

"Do you have a crush?" I inquired Mafumafu's face suddenly turned red

"I... ah... yes..." he replied quietly as he looked away

Is it me...? No no... It's impossible...

"Do you mind telling me who it is?" I stood up and leaned closer to him to see his red face

Mafumafu turned his face and was shocked when he found out our faces were inch close. He shooked his head and leaned back "Promise me you won't tell anyone OK!"

I just nodded in response. Mafumafu took a deep breath before exhaling "I... I have a huge crush on... K... K.... Kuro-chan..." he stuttered

Ah... I shouldn't have assumed

"Since when?" I asked

"Since middle school..." he replied and looked away

"What did you find in her?" I asked once again. I just can't believe the truth

"She's kind...

Really...

"She's helpful...

Well maybe...

"She's cute!

She is...?

"She has a splendid voice!

But yours is way better

"And most importantly... She's always there by my side when I need her..." he finished

I can be there for you too you know... wait... why am I saying this like I have a crush on you...? I don't have a crush on you idiot! I-I only like Lon!! Just Lon!

"I see..." I nodded and sat back down again

"H-How about you Soraru-san? Do you have a crush?" he asked awkwardly

"Yeah..." I replied

Mafumafu's face lit up, my response must have piqued his interest "Who is it!?" he asked excitedly

"Lon" I replied shortly

"Lon...? Who's that?" he asked as he tilted his head to the side

"A friend of mine..." I replied

Mafumafu seemed to be more confused but his eyes suddenly widened as if he found out something "Don't tell me she's your dead friend!"

I glared at him. He shouldn't have used those kind of words "I-I'm sorry!!" he apologized with a bow

A sighed and ruffled his hair "Yeah... You are right about that... she is dead but she'll remain in my heart..."

"I didn't know Soraru-san can be romantic as well~" Mafumafu teased with a chuckle

"Oi! A guy like me can also be romantic you know!" I yelled with a pout

"Aw~ Soraru-san is so cute when he's pouting!~"

"I am not! You're way much cuter than me!"

"E-Eh! No Soraru-san is!"

Our fight between who is cuter continued for minutes in the end, we both laugh it off

"But I wish I was able to meet the girl you fell for" Mafumafu spoke

I stared at him for seconds before replying a "No"

"Eh!? Why!?" he asked

"Because you might fell for her since she's cute, kind, and she's always there when you need her"

"Eh... But I already got Kuro-chan, why would I take her from you?"

"Well maybe you'll find her way much attracting than Kuroneko"

"Eh! I'll never betray my love for Kuro-chan!"

"You don't know, Lon is very attracting you can never compare her to your Kuroneko"

"That is not true!"

"It is true"

"Yahoo!~" a familiar voice spoke. Mafumafu squeaked when he suddenly felt weight on him

We turned our heads and saw Kuroneko "K-Kuro-chan!! Geez.... stop scaring me like that!" Mafumafu pouted as blushed form on his face

I suddenly had an urge to grab Mafumafu's hand and walk away...

"Hehe" Kuroneko playfully stuck out her tongue

Mafumafu shook his head before giving Kuroneko a warm smile

He really likes that girl...
