(For all those who've been ridiculed for being who you are. You are beautiful and amazing in all the ways that matter. To those whose pastime is to ridicule people, may you step on Legos for the rest of your life {I ain't cussing here.} and you deserve a special circle of Dante's hell.)

Recess was the worst time of the day for Naina. She constantly asked God why she had to endure this torture. Sadly, God wasn't all too responsive. 

All she had ever wanted was to read her book and have a little lunch. But, Aleena and her gang of mean girls (most of them dumb Karens) always annoyed her with their fake high-pitched voices and silly giggling. But their dumb taunts always got to her. 

No amount of taunting and jeering could ever change Naina's love for books; But, the taunts were too much. They always were too much to bear. But Naina wasn't the only one. These girls with their false high-pitched voices, fake masks to hide all of the ugly stuff, and their bitchy demeanor were sharks. They could smell the blood in the water and then God help the poor person whose blood it was. And suffice to say, they had male counterparts as well. And all of them were obviously, dating each other. It was all very disgusting.

One day these Gucci girls crossed the line too far, too fast.

"Hey, battery!" said one of the dumb Karens.
I simply chose to ignore the comment on my spectacles.

Bitch gang (A/N SORRY NOT SORRY) sauntered over to my table and picked up my tiffin. Well, if this isn't going well.

"Did you not hear her, Naina?" Aleena asked in her oh-so-fake sickly sweet voice.
I looked at Aleena and shook my head while continuing to ignore her.

The next thing that I knew was Aleena's hand coming hard on my cheek. Suffice to say, it hurt a lot. I was stunned into oblivion.

For a few seconds, I could not comprehend what in the whole wide world had happened.

Next, I only saw red and felt red. 

I could vaguely make out the laughter of those idiotic girls but all I could see was that smug grin.

Oh, how I wanted to wipe that fricking grin off her face. 

But, I only stomped off in rage towards the girls' washroom. I was breathing too hard. After splashing some water on my face, I managed to calm myself down. 

The rest of the day went by in a blur. I could barely concentrate on the lectures when all I wanted was to slap Aleena back hard (I was also angry that I had missed the golden opportunity). Finally to my relief, the last bell rang. I decided against my thought of slapping Aleena. I didn't want to stoop as low as her, but I was still angry somewhere.

Just as I was about to get out of the classroom, I heard some screaming. I turned to see and I was baffled. It was the mean girls yet again.

But strangely, they were fighting among themselves. These girls NEVER fought. It mostly involved the Karens screaming at each other mindlessly. I was curious to see how this fight played out.

Finally, one of the girls snapped and slapped Aleena hard. 

Like, one could hear the crack of the slap echo in the empty classroom. I thought of intervening between these girls but I reconsidered. Aleena's face had turned an angry red and she did something I never thought that I'd get to see Aleena do.

She started wailing like a banshee. And then she lunged at the said girl who'd dared to slap her. Needless to say, it was a catfight. And soon enough, our class teacher came and separated the girls. And the worst part was that All of them were dragged to the principal's office.

But I was on my way home and didn't know what happened next. I also couldn't care less because Aleena getting slapped by one of her own minions and getting dragged to the principal's office had satisfied me.

I wasn't a person hell-bent on revenge or a really vindictive person.

 But seeing that spectacular debacle of things, my soul was finally calmed.
It was not revenge but... Let's just say Karma.
And karma was definitely one hell of a badass bitch.

(A/N I know that this was really different from before LOL. Hope y'all liked it and please excuse my excessive use of cuss words. Also, I used Aleena instead of Alina because I LOVE ALINA STARKOV. SHADOW AND BONE IS AMAZHANG.
