The forest of color was filled with many shades greens, sometimes yellow, red, orange brown of the leaves often times it was sprinkled with pinks and purple and many other colors of the flowers, that would attract the birds, insects and many of the creatures of the forest.

One creature that was also drawn to the forest's beauty was the fairies. Tiny sprites that hid in the trees and trunks and would dance on the rivers surface or play among the flowers and talk to the many creatures of the forest living there.

One day, a little girl about the age 10 comes wandering into the forest, lost in her thoughts, humming a song while she admires the flowers growing there. A fairy no bigger than the girl's thumb wearing a pink leaf as a dress and had long blonde hair and blue eyes, gasps in fear as she watches the girl walking around, not sure on what the girl's intentions were. The girl then spots the fairy and says "Why hello there. Are you a fairy?"

"Why yes. I am a fairy. May I ask as to what brings you here?" The fairy replies.

I came here cause of the stories mother would tell me of this place. She said it was filled with magic and many other beautiful things here that I could dream about." The girl says.

"I see. Would you like to know more, child? About what makes this forest of color?"

"Yes, I would very much would." The girl says excited.

"Very well. Let me show all of the wonderful things that this forest has to offer. There's the river, meadow, much more."

With that, the fairy then shows the girl many beautiful places, the bright blue rivers, the green meadows that shone brightly with the many different colored flowers growing there, the animals living there like the foxes and deer and birds that sung up in the branches.

As the sun set, the girl unfortunately had to return home to her mother. The fairy and the girl both looking sad, seeing as their fun day together now to come to an end.

But before the girl left, the fairy asks "Can you come tomorrow and play? I had so much fun with you and it would make me very happy if you could."

The girl with a small smile said, "Yes, I can come play tomorrow and every day after that. I love this forest and you after all, are a dear friend to me now."

The fairy happy with this answer gave the girl a kiss on the check before the girl left, leaving the fairy with only happy memories and the beauty of the forest of color behind her.
