This was something I wrote when I was wanting to write a one shot book for all the Avengers, but when I settled on a Bucky book, this was left unused, so I'm putting it here :))

"We had this umm... " Natasha trailed off and lost her words, putting her head down and swallowing shakily

"Graduation ceremony?" You finished for her

The redhead just nodded in response and wrapped her arms around her stomach. She was about to ask how you knew, but you answered before she could ask

"When you... When you were in the Red Room, did you see a small girl around 4 years old, crying and shaking with fear in the corner?" You stuttered

Again, she nodded, but slowly- she didn't know where you were going with this and was quite scared to find out

You nodded and pointed to yourself before smiling at her

"That was me" you whispered so quietly that you didn't think she even heard you, but when she lifted her head back up, her eyes were swimming in tears, but they didn't fall

"When I was there, I did meet this one girl. I saw her as my big sister for so long - I still do, actually. She took care of me, even though it was forbidden. I cried so much the day that she left and I never thought I'd see her again. But, as luck would have it, I did manage to find her again and we're as close as we were back then" you smiled to yourself, remembering the little girl

"What was her name" Nat replied, trying her best to hold back the tears, as she looked over your knowing face

You put a hand on your best friend's cheek so she looked directly at you

"Natasha Romanoff" you spoke softly before she attacked you in a hug, to which you hugged back tightly, finally reunited with your 'Big Sister'
