The Northern coast chapter is the largest and most powerful chapter in the wasteland

They are currently led by Elder Aaron Belleza

The Northern coast made an expedition in the North in 2100 where they were successful establish a power base there and with the Bellezas's ancestor name Eric Belleza have a radical view on the Brotherhood though they may seem follow it's doctrine they made some changes to adopt at the slowly new circumstances as he has a vision where they could not be the strongest forever just like their country USA and he believes that in order to maintain it, they must do some compromise just like their country have done before

Like due to the changing circumstances they also search for agriculture tech as well as to boost their economy as well as sharing technology only the most basic nothing more nothing less and even that was reluctant with heavy decision by the Elder Eric

Then they also made their territory and it's people to be under their protection in exchange for supplies and tax and recruits to replinish and increase their number which many of the citezen especially parents are willing to send their children for the hopes to have them a better future despite warning it would not be so easy to be a member

even then they still have a militia since the brotherhood could not be anywhere even though they have the largest number in the tens or a hundred thousand among their numbers both from recruit and those who are born in their Order

They also have quite tolerance to acceptance of Ghouls and Super mutants to the point even letting them join their ranks

One of the famous of this is The Ghoul (Cooper from TV series) being a veteran soldier and experiance of wearing a power armor before trained them the old and new ways and time to time have visited them to train new generation when he is in the mood especially those he saw with a potential to be great soldier or even a leader one of his best Students is Ronan son of Aaron saw his potential and even train him personally like many others before him

Oldest among their members are the Ghouls who have successful to join the Order and after careful consideration since they still have that xenophobic mentality, as long as they prove themselves, and they are the perfect teachers due to their age and experience

When they re-establish communication with the rest of the Brotherhood and hearing this, they almost gotten into war in 2106 thanks to diplomacy and charismatic Eric was able to avoid it and even with little success change some doctrine in the order by the High Elder of that time

After that, they have exterminated raiders and mutants that hostile towards them which they have completely free from inside threat by decades of extermination in 2130 thanks to the combined effort of the Brotherhood of all it's members in the Northern coast

They also discovered an empty Vult with it's inhabitant appeared to be dead, they discovered it to be some kind of an armoury with many power armors are inside with the latest T-65 are also there but with quite a few suite along with it's schematics which made them able to built more suits albeit in a slow space which they completely replace their T-45 due to it's weaker  armor for it's Knights and paladins, successful squires and initiates might be given T-45 armor if they are shown some promising quality which are few exceptions and they are the Elites of their peers with only Knights and the above are better than them

Their Veteran Paladins would wear T-65 armor due to it's costly construction with Paladins and below them are only T-60s

Not only that, they are able to reactivate Tanks and start to built them but in limited quantity as their firepower and armor far surpassed even the most heavily armed squad of power armored Knights and paladins

By 2180 they found 2 Helicarrier by accident in one in their patrols in the underground the marvel of the ship was such an overwhelming letting it slumber is not an option, they study it's technology first before they even use it and it was design as a power projection and an invasion platform

The Helicarrier itself was run by 4 cold fusion cores that which can make the Helciarrier in theory to be in operation forever and they made it into their Mobile base of Operation

They made it a secret not wanting the other Chapters would know, after they complete their study and fly it in 2185, they then gifted the other Helicarrier

Along with the Helicarrier was also jets and helicopters that are in the Helicarrier

The Helicarrier itself was built to be self-sufficient it has it's own factory and food production facilty which was why they made it such secret and rarely be put in the front line

Northern coast itself has more resources which they take their advantage of, which a reason why they have many high quality equipment along with few factory running

They shared this to all of the of this to the other chapters, especially in Midwest where they have quite a good relation due to their both shared doctrine and ideology and pragmatism

The 2nd Helicarrier was made into the High Elder's flagship and mobile base of operation and they use it's bases to built better and more heavily armed airships which they would used more in offense and power projection as the High Elder begun to realize of the stagnation of their power and approved to adabt after the Enclave made it's appearance

When the Enclave appeared and made such an impact that it changes the Brotherhood in it's status que waking them up, realizing the Northeren and midwestern coast the only one have enough power to fought and stalemate the Enclave until it's destruction by a Vult dweller which they aided

some place in the North they found 10 Liberty Prime a tressure trove but time consuming as they could nod find the power source to turn on the powerful robot until the 1st Liberty Prime was activated and immediately make copies of the power source and further upgraded other Liberty Prime for durability, firepower, and mobility they plan to build more for now 10 was enough but still cautious of sending even a single one to the battlefield 

They at least maintain good relationships with the minuteman  and to some extent railroad, even the radical Northern chapter has hostile to the synth as it brought them paranoia even the diplomatic Elder Aaron have little patience of their presences

They absulutely hated the institute even more so than NCR, Ronan help the spearhead the assault against their headquarters with Nora (Fem Sole Survivor) and letting her kill her son in the end, Ronan ordered the massacre of the scientist

Another reason of why he hated is because one of his friend turned out to be a Synth that have been programmed to kill his father, Ronan was devastated and enrage at such depravity and make an oath that he will find them and destroy them no matter the cost

Not only that, they have been infiltrated several times and have to kill even those who are not impersonator by accident or willing due to blind anger and it furthers their guilt to themselves and hatred against the institute

Northern Coast chapter have a soft spot to the Followers of the Apocalypse due to their genioune ideology and wanting to help which they put them under their protection even though they do not always get along well

Ronan was in the bridge looking down at the class they saw their fellow Chapter battling some settlement

Ronan was wearing X-01 power armor, he is 6'11 ft tall, (8 ft when wearing PA) muscular built, Black hair and Blue eyes and 40 years old and his rank is a sentinel and has been the 2nd in command by his father believing him to be the next in line despite that not every Belleza was an Elder and they believe more in meritocracy than theocracy

Through the long years they are at least able to upgrade their power armour like increased strength, speed which granted to run without the use of jet packs and most of all endurance as after capturing advanced power armour they were able to reduce energy consumption which the PA could be operate longer

Ronan is with his 22 year old son name Chris who's rank is a Knight captain due to his performance and valour in battle he quickly rose through the ranks just same as his father before him he is also 6'10 same trait except less muscular than his father 

They're Helicarrier slowly descending from the sky showing everyone the might and power of the Brotherhood 

"Why did we even bother to come here again? this chapter is shadow from their glory" Said Ronan as he look to his father "Unless there is some relic that will help the brotherhood and i hope it's worth the trouble and death that we might get"

His aging father of 70 years old and still strong both in physic and mentally

"Elder Cleric told me about the Cold Fusion core, i believe it will benefit us greatly" Said Aaron

Ronan raise his eyebrow "The same one as in our helicarrier?" Ronan ask

Aaron nod "Yes, we can control the wasteland and become the sole power once more" Said Aaron

Ronan snorted "The NCR will never give it up until they all die" Said Ronan

"And that is why, we will deploy Tanks and Liberty Prime for upcoming assault, and you will be leading them my son, while i coordinate our forces" Said Aaron

Ronan look down as the battle ended they are still as powerful and competent as before, from what he heard about from his father the Brotherhood in this chapter fall from grace as there are some of them are cowards only brave due to the belief of the invisibility of their power armor which Ronan scoff even he learn the hard way onto him and their chapter does not shy away of telling the flaws of their armor and how their enemies would esploit it if given the chance and time

"Do you still miss Nora son?" Said Aaron

Ronan sight, Nora a Vult dweller of vult 111 is his lover and have met her in the commonwealth when his father sent him to aid their fellow chapters in the area,

He met Nora in the defense in the police station alongside with Danse, Ronan was captivated by her beauty and tenacity as well as her compassion which is a rare in the wasteland, the two fall in lover to each other after they have been aquintance and feel sorry for her dead husband

They almost got into a fight when the director of the institute revealed to be her missing son whom he also made a promise of helping her to find, luckily Nora saw how far gone her son is and with a heavy heart have agreed the destruction of their base and she volunteer to kill her son

The two then rekindled sometime after they have their space, and birthed him a another son named William now 8 years old transferring between the Brotherhood and the Minuteman where she is the general and have trained highly competent force and the only one who made at least some peace treaty between the two powerful faction in wasteland

Their war started again as the peace did not last, Ronan himself have fought and killed many NCR and hated by them of how much he can be stubborn and genius when it comes to war as he sometimes snatch their victory away from them

"Yes i miss her, i will be visiting her after this operation" Said Ronan having several lovers and have many children in the process to keep the bloodline running and many are initiates in the Brotherhood and would choose their career though he hopes his son from Nora would follow his footsteps

"And i plan to put another baby on her" He added which made the occupants to chuckle

Scene Change

Ronan wear his Power armour along with his Death Company which consisted of 150 Elite paladins under his command and they are known to be one of the most elite units in the Brotherhood and they accept operation that is too suicidal for others to accept and joining their rank are difficult due to high standard requirement their numbers can be exceed if anyone have the requirments of course and they are current only 150

Then the paladin guard which guards the Elder and are hand picked by the Commander of the guard and then there's the Old Guard which are the Elite of the Elite with their Commander being a Ghoul who served for 150 years in the brotherhood and have proven his loyalty time and again

Ronan look at the pile of dead as he along with his father walked towards Elder Cleric

Quintos greeted them "Brothers of the Northern Coast chapter i welcome you" Said Cleric "Thank you for answering our call"

"I hope this relic would be worth in the end Elder Cleric" Said Aaron "We already hunted down remnants of the Enclave and they won't not hesitate to destroy such relic to deny us of our prize"

"I assure you Elder Aaron we will get this Relic" Said Cleric with determination in his tone, with the Northern Coast Chapter is here he fully believes that they have higher chance of winning since they still are that powerful and competent in his eyes as they have both quality and quantity needed to win the war

"I believe Knight Titus is coming here, hopefully he has the head and there would be no bloodshed" Said Cleric

"As long as there is NCR in this area bloodshed will still be spilled, unless they are willing to hand is over then there will be battle" Said Aaron

Cleric chuckled he then looked at Ronan and his Son "The esteem sentinel of the Northern Coast Ronan Belleza one of the best of our times" he said

"Going here just as duty demands us that such tech should not be fall to those who are unworthy and not trust worthy to wield such power" Said Ronan luckily Nora was not here or she might rolled her eyes and would not have bed with him which can be troublesome for him

"And i hope this Knight Titus delivered the relic and we may not need to spill bloodshed" Said Ronan as Aaron rolled his eyes

They then saw a Qiunjet one of the things that they discovered and build after finding the Helicarrier and shared it to all chapters of the Brotherhood

"Ah Knight titus has arrive, we shall see if his... prize authentic" Said Cleric

Ronan and Aaron looked to each other Ronan shrugged as he goes down stairs and sat there while Aaron was given a chair and sat alongside with his fellow Elder

They din't need to wait long for him to arrive, there a young adult man enter with a head

Aaron raise his eyebrow "Young" Said Aaron "And appeared to be... i bold to say not experiance enough" He said as he looked at the young man as he glance at Cleric "You know something?'

Cleric was stone cold at that as they are waiting for the young man to present the head "Indeed i have... let us wish he is truthful"

Hearing that Aaron catch of what his fellow elder means and silent for now looking at the event unfold "Likely a squire where his knight died" Though of Aaron hell his grandson was young but still able to climb up rank up fast due to his merits and guidance from them

The young man drop in his knees and present the head

"You're wearing the Knight's red" Said Quintos as an itiniate take the head from the suppose knight, Aaron could tell that the two know each other the way they're looking

"This is interesting" Though of Ronan hearing the two elder talk he wanted to see event unfold as he smirk, which the young man appeared to be intimidated by his presence 

"There's your knight?" Quintos ask

"He's dead" Said the young man

With it Aaron spoke "This is not the 1st time young squire to have their charge dead" Said Aaron easing Maximus nerves but the fear is still there which Quintos nod in agreement

"Is it?" Quintus ask as Dane reach them as she gave him the head while Max was silent

A cleric took a scanner and scan the head "I fear you lied then" Said Quintos

As the scan finish he reported "No artifact my lord" he said

Ronan smirk wider while Aaron could only shake his head as the rest of the brotherhood in the area look in disappointment

"Just as you lie now" Said Quintos with a sound of disappointment as he drop the fake head

"Wait" Max stood with a pleading tone "Wait, wait" Two knights pinned him down "Wait wait wait!" a cleric start chanting as another knight with a pistol approach him intending to execute him "Please, listen to me!. i can get you the real head" as a pistol press against his head which made him even more afraid

"Confess" Said Quintos

"Don't kill me and i can lead you to it!" Said Max as he panting "I can help you!"

Before the knight pulled the trigger Dane kneel "Please, M.lord!" She said with a pleading tone

Hearing that, Ronan raise his hand that stop the Knight from pulling the trigger "Let her speak" Said Ronan in a casual but authoritative tone

With it, Dane continue "My injury was my own doing not his" Said Dane

Aaron raise his eyebrow at the girl "Do they fallen in this deep?" Though of Aaron internally frown but still he have to admired the girl's loyalty to the man

"Pease... Please i know where the head is!" Said Max desperate

Dane feeling his desperation  plead more "For the sake of the brotherhood please listen to him!" Said Dane

Quintos was also impressed at her loyalty even though he frown at her action "Such a display of loyalty don't see that much  anymore" Said Quintos as he raise his hand as the knights let Max go

Max stood panting

"Boy... you are lucky" Said Ronan as he clasp his hands as Max gulp in fear at looking at him directly Ronan stood from the stair as he looked at the two elder "Well it's a war then"

"It is war" Said Aaron as he waved his hand as their chapter made preparation for deployment "Prepare the Liberty Prime i want to end this as soon as possible with less casualty in our side as possible" he said as he stood "I'll see you in my Helicarrier, the Airship can provide some support to the ground" he added as he look at the smaller Airship compared to the gigantic Helicarrier

In this fic the Brotherhood of Steel is a bit more competent and powerful compared to the cannon
