I looked up after writing down the persons order, the girl was twisting her long blonde hair around her pointer finger, I cringed. Was she trying to flirt with me? She doesn't look cute doing that, she honestly looked an idiot.

"Your order will be up in a bit, you can sit at a table while you wait, have a good day" I said without looking up again. I rolled my eyes as she walked away, swaying her hips thinking she looked good, it seemed more like she just had a hip surgery. I put the order in and then looked up to see a guy, 'oh great' I've been told I'm pretty, and I know this for sure because almost every guy tries to get my number and it is rather annoying.

"Hey baby girl, can I get a black coffee and your number?"

"What size coffee do you want?" I asked ignoring his attempts of getting my number

"I don't care, large I guess"

"Cool Beans, your drink will be up in a bit"

"Will I get your number then?"

"Sure" I said, I was joking with him though, I wrote on his cup and then made eye contact with him, like I just wrote my number on the cup, he walked away smirking. I chuckled to myself, I actually wrote, "1 800 - never in a million years, guys are disgusting" I can't wait to see his reaction it'll be priceless. I was about to go on brake when I heard the front door open, I looked up and started to say the standard greeting when I noticed the cargo pants, Doc. Martins, and t-shirt that said Girl In Red on it, I looked up further and saw she had earring with rubber ducks hanging from it. I stopped talking and just gawked at her, she was stunning. I hadn't realized she was up at the register until she started to wave one of her hands in front of my face, I snapped out of it and shook my head, getting out the funk.

"Um- wh-what can I get- get for you?"

"Cute. Can I get a iced mocha with extra whipped cream and chocolate drizzles? Please?" I nodded my head very fast, she let out a chuckle, oh my god it sounded so sweet to my ears. I started to blush and she walked over to a table and pulled out her phone, I made her drink for her because I was about to go on break, I then made a drink for myself and grabbed two cookies. I then walked over to her table and put her drink and a cookie down in front of her.

"Its- it's on me. Um- do you mind if- is this seat taken for the sitting?" I mentally face-palmed myself for stuttering and "seat taken for the sitting"? I am a complete idiot, the girl chuckled while nodding her head. I sat down on the edge of the chair, and took a small sip from my drink, I was nervous and I am an idiot, as stated before. She looked at me and my hoodie which said King Princess, she pushed her hair back making sure I noticed her earrings. I nodded in acknowledgment, and she grinned.

"I have King Princess Tickets wanna come with me?" 'Is this a proposal? I would obviously say yes, but like...'

"Um yeah, that would be cool. When is the concert?"

"Tonight, what about I wait until the end of your shift and then treat you to a dinner? Then we can go to the venue" I nodded shyly, she tilted my chin up with a finger, "Your cute" I widened my eyes, is she for real? "Thanks, so are you" I said while looking down self-consciously. She let out another one of her chuckles and then took another sip of her drink.

A/N: So my teacher has up do daily writing warm ups, one of the prompts she set up was write about someone seeing someone for the first time, and this cane naturally, and im proud of it
