Out for a ride...
The TARDIS shook violently, causing The Doctor to fall on top of Donna.
"Oi! Get off of me, Spaceman!" Donna yelled pushing him off of her.
The Doctor got up and went back to the controls. Donna stayed on the ground, putting her head on her arms and looking up at him.
"I'm just going to stay down here, since I end up down here half the time, anyway!" Donna said.
The Doctor laughed and ran around the console, pushing buttons and pulling levers. "Yeah, well, you do that."
When the TARDIS was silent again, Donna sat up. "Are we there yet?"
"You sound like a five year old on a road trip." The Doctor said, teasing her.
Donna opened her mouth to say something sarcastic, but she changed her mind, as the door of the TARDIS blew open.
"DOCTOR!" A girl, in a black leather jacket, black jeans, and straight black hair, walked into the TARDIS. Apparently, she knew the Doctor, but the Doctor didn't know her.
"What? Who are you? How...?" The Doctor stammered.
The girl looked at the Doctor and glared at him. "Who am I? Who are YOU and why are you in the Doctor's TARDIS?"
The Doctor blinked, obviously, very confused. "What?!"
The girl repeated her question, crossing her arms. "Who are you and what are you doing in the Doctor's TARDIS?"
Donna pointed at the Doctor and frowned, also confused. "He is the Doctor..."
"No, he's not." The girl said, frowning. "The Doctor wears a black suit with a bowtie and sometimes has a stupid Fez on top of his head."
The Doctor nodded. Finally, he understood what was going on. "Ok, That is me. Well, me from the future. Well, I'm not sure how far into the future that is, but the Doctor you are describing is definitely a future regeneration of mine. So..." He walked up to the girl and held out his hand for her to shake. "I'm the Doctor, and you are?"
The girl blinked and took his hand, shaking it. "Well, you do talk a lot, like he does. And, Oh, my God, does that man talk. I'm Clara. Nice to meet you, Doctor... again..."
"Nice to meet you the first time." The Doctor said, grinning.
Donna stood up and glared at them both. "Doctor! Would you please explain all of this to me? Who is she? And how does she know you, when you don't know her? Come on, Spaceboy, speak!"
The Doctor looked at Donna, as if he had temporarily forgot she was there. "Ah, yes. Donna, meet Clara! A future companion of mine! Clara, meet my current companion, Donna!"
"Future companion? What happens to me in the future? Why does she become your companion?" Donna asked, rapidly.
Clara looked at Donna, sadly. "Trust me. You don't want to know."
"But-" She started to say, but the Doctor inturrupted her. "Drop it, Donna. Just drop it."
"Drop what?! ... oh. Oh, fine! I didn't want to know, anyways." Donna said, crossing her arms and looking away.
Clara shrugged and looked at the Doctor. "So, Doctor. The reason why I wanted to see you, well, future you, was because I found something that you might find interesting. But, seeing as you are a different regeneration, I don't know if it will be interesting to... well, you. God, this is confusing."
Donna laughed. "You said it, Miss Gothica."
Clara raised an eyebrow. "Miss Gothica?"
"Yeah, you walk in here like you own the place and you're wearing all black. That screams Gothic to me!" Donna said.
The Doctor got between them and held his hands up. "OI! YOU TWO! Can you just stop it with the arguing and the insults? Rassilon knows how annoying it is... Now, Clara. What did you want to show me? Well, future me?"
Clara nodded and turned around, walking out of the TARDIS. "Follow me."
They followed her out of the TARDIS, ready for yet another adventure.
