"Francis let me go!" 

"Let me think... non." 

"Well you at least take the blindfold off?" 

"Non." 

"The blanket?" 

"Non! Now shush so I can take you to your surprise Iggy!" 

Francis chuckled to his husband. He was taking Arthur to a special place for a special surprise. Sure he had to wrap him up in a blanket prison and blindfold him to get him to come along, but he wouldn't want to leave when they got there. Francis just knew it. 

"I highly doubt my talking is making you stop moving," Arthur mumbled, trying to look at his husband but only looking past his head. 

"You never know Iggy," Francis laughed, making the Englishman smile. 

"No fair! You're making me happy with your laugh!" 

"We're here!" Francis told him, setting Arthur in a chair. He undid the French blanket and grinned. "Go on and remove your blindfold!" 

Arthur took the blindfold off, blinking at the light. He looked around, going wide eyed at the place before him. They were sitting under a tree that was on a small hill. At the bottom of the hill was a pond. A few rabbits hopped around at the bottom. It was a nice little field but held even more meaning to the two. He looked at the tree and saw that Francis had a picnic basket hidden in a branch. 

"Surprise!" Francis told him with a grin. 

"You found the field we used to hang out in has kids?" Arthur asked, looking up at him. 

"Oui! I thought it would be a nice place to have a picnic and snuggle with you. Plus, today is a special day Iggy." 

"Our anniversary," Arthur said, rubbing the ring on his finger. "How long has it been?" 

"I have no clue!" Francis chuckles. "Now let's get that basket down so we can eat!" 

"Alright," Arthur chuckles, standing up. He knew today was going to be a good day. After all, it was nice to see the place that started a spark between the two love birds was still around. It was the best surprise Arthur had ever gotten.
