"Jackie, if you are indeed a superhero like you claim and look to be, have you saved any damsels in distress during your epic quests of bravery?" Roman asked eagerly.

Jackie, Jameson, and Roman were sitting on the hero's bed surrounded by Jackie's plethora of Spider-Man merch, a plush Spider-Man sitting in the prince side's lap.

"I wouldn't call them damsels in distress, but yes I have helped out a few lovely ladies in my time as a hero." Jackie admitted with a slight blush, a smirk lighting up Roman's face.

"So then, is there one in particular that catches your eye?" Roman prompted eagerly, Jameson laughing silently as Jackie's face flushed a bright red hue in embarrassment.

"N-no, I mean they're all wonderful people and everything, but I-I haven't-there isn't-"

"Come on, surely there's a special prince or princess in your life that you want to be with!" Roman interrupted stubbornly, folding his arms across his chest with a pout.

"Why don't you ask Jameson if he has a crush on someone, I'm pretty sure he does." Jackie mumbled to change the subject, Roman's attention immediately turning to the mute.

"Well, spill the beans then!" Roman exclaimed impatiently, Jameson quickly shaking his head with a panicked expression.

"Why the hell are we talking about crushes anyway? What are we, teenage boys?" Jackie scoffed, earning an offended look from Roman.

"Romance is not just something young men talk about, it is important for everyone!" Roman huffed, the hero rolling his eyes.

Jameson tapped his chin thoughtfully before getting distracted, glancing out the room to watch Marvin preform magic in the room across from them with the door open.

Patton was watching eagerly with a wide grin, his excitement rubbing off on Chase as he sat by him and occasionally shot looks at Patton when he wasn't paying attention.

Jameson smiled and nudged Jackie, gesturing to Chase and Patton. 'I haven't seen Chase smile like that ever, I think he really likes that Patton chap.'

Roman followed their gaze, shrugging a bit. "Patton is nice to everyone, I wouldn't be too terribly excited."

"But Chase...he looks genuinely happy." Jackie murmured, looking over at Jameson and Roman.

"Why don't the three of us work together to see what we can make happen?" Roman suggested with an excited smile.

"I dunno if Chase even swings that way, no offense." Jackie sighed, looking back at Chase and Patton.

'We can still try.' Jameson signed with a shrug, smiling faintly as he watched Chase put his hat on Patton with a smile.

Roman was quiet a moment before his eyes lit up as he got an idea. "I know just what to do for them..."
