The wild storm that had raged all afternoon lashing the city with rain had finally died down as twilight settled; the rising moon glinted on the rain-slicked city streets and the trees reflected the crystallised moon rays. I was on the way home from a hard day at work when the rain started pouring in. The screen was ruined with invading droplets and the sliding of the drivers wipers screeched all around. I just wanted to get home and fast before the storm gets even worse.

When I got off and put my umbrella up, the wind howled like a wolf on a full moon. The pavement was soaking wet which was seeping into my shoes. I felt cold and trapped. The cars zoomed past me as a cold stream went onto my feet. I shivered and sneered. My whole body was shaking as the storm intensified. The trees were dancing in the wind but were also playing tug of war. The rain were trying to stop them but the wind won and soon the trees were pulled off their roots and were flying all over the air. Many trees joined in and they created a hurricane of flying flora. I was immensely in fear as the wind gained speed so the hurricane began to turn green. 

Rain had the nerve to join in because then the clouds were starting to rain on the hurricane and it swirled the water round and round and it ended up spitting all over the people. I screamed at the top of y lungs in fright as i got splashed and soaked at the disgusting water. The hurricane roared aganist me as its harsh winds invaded the whole streets.

I had truly  never felt this much fear in my entire life, i couldn't move an inch and it felt like i have gone numb inside and outside. My blood went cold and i felt sick to my stomach. The hurricane had an evil laugh as it took more objects off the ground. I couldn't move for some reason, my feet were deep rooted into the ground even though i tried to lift a toe up but no success, i was paralysed.

Soon enough, lightning came down. It slashed and clashed all in its path. It struck out into the whole eerie sky. My mind was in hypnosis as the thunder and lightning were mesmerising. I follow the tail of the lightning bolt, whenever it strook, I went, it was like a sudden weight was lifted off my feet. Another growl came from the sky. 

BOOM!

The lightning hit deep into the ground and magma came up. It was glorified by the electrifying electricity of the sky above and the vigourous sound of the thunder having control.  I was in awe of what was set before my eyes but also at the same time, i was petrified of what would become around me. I was still off the ground and below me i can see people in fear and crying and screaming. I felt sorry for them but i was very confused of what was happening myself for what started as a mild, feeble rain, soon turned into an epic showdown for the elements.

Soon enough, the magma became much worse and increased in tempreture and thickness. Everyone panicked and ran as the crimson, scholching lava chased after them. I was still suspended in the air by the winds of fire and water. The rain was kind to me and made sure I didn't get too wet. Thunder was continously shaking the earth and sky, the rain showered down on all the helpless people, It was hard as stone so I think it must have been hail.

I was still mindlessly floating in the air, lightning and thunder were in control and hailstones were their soldiers. It seemed like I was the only one spared. Lightning repetitvely came from the cloud and lit up the sky as they appeared. They were beautiful and yet a horrible sight to see, but still you couldn't help but look at them.

Eventually the wind let me down and directed me to my home. It pointed like a hand and even though cars were flying everywhere and the ground was shaking violently, the elements still kept me safe, I eventually made it to my home and started writing in my diary about this experience.
