On the run

I didn't mean to kill her. It was an accident. She just got too close and I pushed too hard. I can never get that image out of my head. The girl failing down the stairs until her neck snapped at the bottom of the stairs. The feeling I got when I ran down the stairs with her blood on my hands and found out that she was dead and it was all my fault. I will never get that image out of my head or forget about what had happened. After that, I ran out and into my car. Now I am driving to someplace where no one can find me.

As I was driving, I was listening to the radio and heard they found a dead body. I turned the radio up and listened to every word they said. The person on the radio said it was Emily. That was the person I killed. I hoped they didn't have any suspects, at least not yet. Sadly, they had found finger prints on the body and witnesses seeing someone running out of the house just as she died. They were able to identify it to me! My life was ruined. I pressed harder on the gas pedal and drove faster, breaking every speed limit possible and going through every red light. I heard that they thought I was dangerous and that I should be reported to the police if anyone knew where I was. Luckily, no would soon. Everything will be over soon, I thought.

After hours of driving and being on the run, I found the place I was looking for. It was an abandoned building that looked like something out of a horror movie. There were no windows so no one could see inside the place. That was a good thing. I parked my car and jumped out. Walking towards the only door, I felt my nerves begin to kick in and me starting to freak out. I knocked on the door twice and waited for someone to open the door. Soon someone opened the door half open and looked down at me. He was a tall person with a beard covering his chin and some of his mouth. He carried on looking at me and not saying a word. I said, "I was told to come here if I was ever in danger. I was told by Charles." The man stood behind the door closed it, leaving me outside. I didn't know what to do until I heard a rattling noise behind the door and soon it opened and the man pointed me to go inside.

As I was walking, I could hear all sorts of noises. Some people were talking, some were shooting with a gun and some people were shouting at each other. I walked into a big room that had a table in the middle and chairs around it. There were computers in every corner and pictures of different people. Some were men and some were women. I looked at the table where everyone in the room seemed to be. Once I entered the room and walked towards them, they stopped talking and looked at me. Charles were there and he started to walk towards me. "What are you doing here girl?" I took a deep breath in and said, "I need your help. I killed somebody and people know that I did it." Charles carried on looking at me. He didn't blink or look disgusted at me but instead he gave me a hug and said, "Welcome to the team."

From that day on, I have become a professional killer and I haven't lost a night's sleep over the people I have killed. To this day, I am still on the run and I will kill every body that knows about the person that killed Emily. Who knows, maybe the next person I'll kill will be you!
