Innocent
Bree's hand was shaking uncontrollably. It was like an earthquake was happening on her right hand. Her black hair started to fall on her shoulders and her eyes filled up with fear, horror and sadness. The air grew tense and everything started to disappear, but the little girl standing in front of her. The gun in Bree's hand started to shake and couldn't stay still. The bullet inside started to rattle and Bree couldn't bear the thought of what she was about to do. "Shoot her." Whispered the man that had the gun pointed at her mother. She had no choice. The little girl had to die!
The little girl looked at Bree with fear and sadness in her eyes. Her little hands began to shake and she collapsed onto her knees without having the strength to stand back up again. Tears started to fall down on her cheek and drop onto the floor. She looked at Bree's mother and then back at Bree. The girl could see the pain and torture that Bree was going through. She knew that Bree didn't want to do it, but she also knew that she had to. The girls brown hair waved in the cold wind and her warm blue eyes began to tear up. She cried and cried, making in harder on Bree. Then, she suddenly stopped crying. She stood up and looked at Bree. The little girl smiled and clenched her necklace that was around her neck. The necklace was a key that had the word 'home' engraved on it. The girl looked around her to see the world one last time. The sky was dark and the wind was cold. The waves brushed up against the bridge and moved in slow motion. No one was anywhere to be seen. The girl wanted someone to see so they could get help, but she also didn't want that to happen. She wanted to see her parents once again.
The little girl that was no more than 8 or 9 years old smiled and held her necklace "It's okay," she said quietly, "I'm ready. I want to see my parents again. It's okay." A tear rolled down both Bree's and the girl's cheek before everything happened in a flash. BANG! The girl fell to the floor and blood poured out onto the stone ground. Bree cried and cried and collapsed to the ground. She kept saying sorry and sorry over and over again until the words just didn't come out. She was dead and it was all her fault! Everything fell silent and you just knew that an innocent life was taken.
Remember that innocent people die because of mean people.
