So this is my one shot of one my favorite stories, The Last Virgin Standing! Loved everything about it. Luke passed away but i'm glad that she picked Tyler because he's a sweetheart. Dedicated to @laughterandjynx, she's an amazing author for creating this amazing book! Hope you guys like it!

The Last Virgin Standing one shot: Tyler and Charlotte

Five years later:

“Not too tight, Tyler! The jeans have to be loose on him” I yelled at him while I was next to him.

“I’m right here, Char and it’s not too tight. It’s fine, right buddy?” he smiled at our son while putting on his clothes. We’ve been together for five years and he can still make feel all warm inside.

Wearing a slim cut black pants and a blue button down shirt, he was still handsome. The ride with us over the years has been up and down, but we’ve made it through with the talks and lots of kissing.

“What time do you think we’ll get there?” He asked me.

“If you dress Max anymore slower then it’ll take forever.”

“I’m not slow, he’s just fussy” I mumbled an whatever as I put on my black heels to go with my dark red dress. It’s the five year anniversary of Luke’s death; we celebrate it every year by going to his grave to tell him how life has been for us.

With our two kids, Max Lucas (two) and Rose Madeline (five), we’re gonna take them with us. Max looks just like Tyler and Rose looks like me but with brownish blonde hair.  I have been telling them about him for a while but I leave out the whole virginity game in high school.

Emma and Ian, who got married last year and have one kid Charlie that was born four years ago, come with us too then we all go out to dinner to talk about random things. “You ready, Mrs. Bradshaw?” he wrapped his arms around my waist.

“Yes Mr. Bradshaw” I said but give him a small, sad smile.

“Hey, you know he’s in a better place.”

“I know, I just miss him so much. Wish he was here with us and his own family. We talk about our high school years, him making fun of how I still watch ’50 First Dates’ on our date nights.”

“I know. I always tell you that everything will get better for you. He’s still in our hearts.” I nodded in agreement and we stayed there in silence as he holds me, swaying together, he kisses me on the cheek then on the neck.

“I love you, Charlotte.”

“I love you too, Tyler” I turn to him and our lips met for a passionate kiss, but it was cut short when Maddie came in to our room. “Mommy, are we going to see your friend again?” she said as she hugged my leg.

“Yes sweetie. You remember Lucas?” I kneeled to her level and she nodded a yes. “Well we’re gonna say hi to him so he can see how much you have grown.”

“But how can he see us when we can’t see him?”

“He can, he’s always with us okay?”

“Okay.” I hug her and we both say ‘I love you’. Tyler grabs her and carries her pecks her on the cheek. We see Max coming to us too, laughing and he carries him over his shoulder.

“Don’t hurt them, Tyler”

“They’re fine, Summers they’re tough as nails like their daddy.”

“After all these years, you still call me by my last name.”

“Yes.” He pecked me on the lips and said we should get on the road. He took our kids to the car as I grabbed my purse and the kids things for emergencies. I felt my phone vibrate to see that I received a text from Emma saying that they are almost there to our house so we can all go together on the road.

I look back sometimes and think that if I didn’t try with the game, I wouldn’t have met Tyler. Or even got to know about Ian and Emma’s past or found out that Beckett was gay, not even have the confidence to tell Luke how I really felt for him. But there are times that I still think that if I said no to participate in the game, I wouldn’t know anything about them and Luke would still be alive.

But I have dwelled on that too long and can’t be so negative. If Tyler can make French toast every morning for our kids since it’s their favorite and not cry, then I can think about Luke without getting emotional. I sigh deeply, locking the front door of our two story house and make my way to our car.
