So before i start, to begin with, this will be REALLY long, also this is an au me and EvenBlueish76  made so i'll explain what it is quickly so no one gets confused, Sonic and Demon are brothers and Demon's the leader of the vampire clan, Fleetway, EXE and Dark are brothers too, Fleetway is the leader of the Demon clan and EXE is dating Demon, Scourge, Silver, Gadget, Super and Hyper are from the angel Clan and Zonic is from the fairy clan, and note this ship is the only one i'll ever accept as Sonic being seme and it's him and Zonic, i'm fine with Sonic being uke or seme in this ship, there's also a witch clan and a hunters clan, now lets get to the story!

The day had been normal to begin with, Zonic and his friends were having lunch, while the vampires slept the day away and Fleetway and his brothers had duties to attend too, it was mostly boring for the demon brothers, mostly Fleetway since all he wanted to do was spend time with his sweet little angel boyfriend, not that he was actually sweet

"Fleetway how long until we finish?" EXE muttered out of annoyance

"How am i supposed to know?" Fleetway huffed as he threw the piece of parchment he had in his hands onto the dark oak table, "Amy wants all five clans to sign this she and Cream have already signed it before sending it here since the last meeting turned out horribly, since Demon and Sonic got upset, not that i can really blame them, since they were forced to walk through the sun in those stuffy clothes so they wouldn't burn to ash"

"Plus all you want to do EXE is go fuck your boyfriend" Dark rolled his eyes as his older brother's cheeks went dark red as he glared at the youngest who had a blank expression

"He's asleep Dark! Why the heck would i wake him up just cause want that sort of attention?!" EXE glared "Plus look what happened when you woke Sonic up in that tree what? 3026 years ago?! He attacked you and almost killed you!"

"Well you slit his throat didn't you?" Dark rose a brow as EXE went quite "Plus you kept your relationship a secret for about 987 years didn't you? and you've been dating for 3025 years, so why don't you get married already" he said plainly

"You know what this can wait" Fleetway said as he interrupted his brothers argument, "Cause what we need is to get out of this room before we loose our minds"

"That's the best idea you've ever fucking had" EXE said as he was already opening the large ashen doors

"HEY" Fleetway yelled as he then sighed and shook his head as he watched Dark follow, before he too stood from his chair and walked out of the room

"So Z~" Scourge smirked at his friend who tried his best to ignore as he drank his fifth coffee of the morning "Did he keep you up all night again?"

Zonic chocked on his coffee as he his eyes were wide and his cheeks red as he then glared at his friend who laughed at his reaction

"If your referring to me having to deal with not being able to sleep because of my injured wing and Sonic had come over to make sure i was doing alright before leaving an hour later cause he needed to eat, then no he didn't keep me up" Zonic glared as he explained, while his cheeks remained red

"Scourge, you probably shouldn't tease him" Silver sweat dropped as he sat in front of the two as Gadget watched silently next to him

"What? I wasn't doing anything wrong" Scourge scoffed as he rolled his eyes

"Well maybe, but he hasn't slept properly and your annoying him which might end up with you both having minor injuries" Gadget spoke up calmly as Scourge went quiet, realising that was what was to happen eventually

"Fine I'll stop" Scourge groaned in annoyance, before he felt someone hold him from behind

"Hi Cutie~" Fleetway smirked as he watched Scourge's cheeks go bright red

"I thought you were busy today" Scourge huffed as he crossed his arms over his chest

"Yeah well me and my brothers were loosing our sanity" Fleetway said simply as EXE stood somewhat behind him while Dark had run off to find his boyfriend Super and their friend Hyper "EXE's here cause he doesn't want to disturb his boyfriend~" Fleetway smirked as EXE rolled his eyes and began to walk away "Hey!"

EXE didn't respond as he grumbled to himself, until he accidentally ran into someone and they both fell

"I-I'm sorry!" he looked and saw it was Streaks, the witch that they had met a few weeks ago who had been looking for white witches, Valarious, one of the vampires that lived in the mansion on the edge of the dark forest wore all black as to shade himself from the sun helped Streaks and EXE up,

"It's fine" EXE stated, he couldn't get mad since it had been his fault, but he was still annoyed that he had bumped into the other and they had both fallen

"A-are you sure?" Streaks asked as his ears lowered, EXE just nodded as Streaks smiled a little

"Now it's just getting crowded..." Gadget mumbled, before realising something "Wait, why aren't you in witch territory? And why is a vampire out in broad daylight?"

"Was bored, plus i didn't want to be around when one of the nosier vampires woke the two of them up" Valarious sweat dropped

"I was looking for a rare herb I need to get for a particular potion i'm brewing" Streaks frowned

"We just happened to bump into one another" Valarious shrugged "And i offered to help"

"Yeah okay, well i need more coffee" Zonic muttered as he stood and just as he was about to walk away their surroundings began to blend into new ones, they had been in the centre of the fairy village out front of the cafe they always visited and were now standing in a field of tall grass mixed with varieties of wild flowers, but it was also the dead of night

"What the-" Super blinked as he Hyper and Dark were with them now, everyone had no idea where they were, but Streaks could feel the static energy of witchcraft as he looked down and saw a bowl filled with bloodied water, feathers laid scattered and small bones from what he didn't know

"Okay....where are we?" Silver frowned as he looked around, suddenly out of nowhere an arrow came flying past him, he paled as his quills and feathered wing raise in alarm

"Well shit" Scourge cursed as he saw that they were completely surrounded, but...none of them had any wings or characteristics of vampires, so they could be witches, but that assumption was gone when they noticed a familiar hedgehog walking towards them, there fur was a dark shade of blue, but his left eye instead of being red, it had a scar running through it and it looked as if it were blind, he walked around them and looked them up and down before stopping in front of Streaks, who hid behind Valarious, terrified, almost like he knew where they were

"Demon?" Fleetway asked, said hedgehog looked over at him with an unamused look in his eyes, but a blade was suddenly at his throat and he looked into the other's eyes scared

"I'm going to ask you a question" They stated "And i want an honest answer understood?"

"Y-Yes" Fleetway answered, as it began to dawn on him that this wasn't exactly the one he made an alliance with

"What the hell are you?" 'Demon' asked, as he looked the one before him up and down again, an ever growing suspicion in his eyes

"I'm a demon, so are my brothers" Fleetway answered, and silently hoped that the one who pressed the blade to his throat believed him

"What about them?" He asked as he glanced towards Scourge and his friends

"The ones with feathered wings are angles and the other one's a fairy, have you never seen any before?" Fleetway asked cautiously

"The only creature i know of are witches, and i know for a fact you have one with you" 'Demon stated as the blade was pressed harder drawing a small amount of blood

"We don't even know where we are" Scourge growled "We were in Fairy Village what? Five minutes ago? and now we're here, Plus what the hell?! I thought you and Fleetway were friends or something Demon"

"That's not my name, and i don't know what your talking about" The hedgehog with the blind eyes stated as he then pointed to small blade towards Scourge, who tensed up but kept his glare

"Sir, we should be heading back, it's almost sunrise and we won't be able to catch the witch we were hunting" An Echidna stated as they came closer "But what do you plan to do with them?"

"We already lost them hours ago and...we'll bring them with us, then we'll decide if we kill them or not" the blue hedgehog answered as he motioned a few others to come closer, as they then tied the groups hands behind their back

"This is not how i imagined my day to go...." Zonic muttered tiredly

"This isn't how any of us thought it'd go" Scourge rolled his eyes as they were then being lead in a random direction by the people that they had been surrounded by

Shard had been sitting in his cousins room while he slept on the bed in the darkness, Shard was looking through the book Sonic had presented to him, looking at the old drawings that were inside and frowned, he missed them, he missed his friends and his mother, and now that their biggest secret was no longer hidden at least that was a weight off of his and his family's shoulders

He sighed to himself as he then pulled the book towards his chest as he let a few tears fall, he and his brother Metal had been in a cave guarding a relic for 58,094 years...and he'd been fourteen and his brother eighteen when they were tasked with their mission...Maurice and Ogliver, which were his cousins birth names were much older than him and Metal, Maurice or as he goes by the name now Demon had been twenty the last time he'd seen him before his disappeared and Ogliver or his preferred name Sonic was seventeen when he left to try an find the oldest out of the four, neither them or the group they left with returned

He saw the broken look their carer Zails had when they gave up the search and his Father told him that everything would be fine and they'd see the two of them again soon, he believed him of course

"Shard?" his ears perked up when he heard Sonic's voice

"Yes?" He asked with a smile, despite the tears that were in his eyes

"Are you alright?" Sonic frowned as he looked down at the younger hedgehog

"I'm fine" Shard smiled at him as Sonic rose a brow as he then saw the book in the others hands and sighed

"I miss them too" Sonic spoke softly as he went and sat beside Shard

"Why did this have to happen?" Shard asked quietly

"Why does anything happen?" Sonic gave a small smile "It's because if nothing happens then we're never here to begin with, and where's the fun in that?"

"I guess your right" Shard smiled

"Now since you've been stuck inside for most of the day wanna sneak out?" Sonic smirked as Shards eyes light up with excitement

"Yes!" He giggled

"Well we gotta be quiet" Sonic chuckled as he headed for the door out of his bedroom, which was just filled with a desk covered in old sketch books, loose papers and an assortment of pencils and inks

Shard followed happily as they snuck past his brother Metal who was arguing with Demon again, Shard and Metal had been staying with them in the vampires mansion, since they'd had enough of sitting alone in the caverns they were in, and they'd been there for an extremely long time

"So where are we going?" Shard giggled as Sonic lead him through the forest

"Well you know Zonic right? Well we're going to go visit him" Sonic smiled

'I like Zonic, he's so nice!" Shard beamed as they made it to a small cottage on the edge of the fairy village, but something felt off, the lights weren't on and the fairy's scent was faint like he hadn't been there since earlier that day

"Some things wrong...."

They were sat in a room that was made from a wooden frame and animal skins made up the walls as a small fire sat in the centre of the room boarded by a ring of rocks, the one they sat before had an unreadable expression as their dark blue eyes scanned over them as 'Demon' and the echidna stayed with the brown hedgehog as to make sure that no harm came to him

"So" They spoke, they only seemed to be in their 20's, "i've been informed that your not from around here, since we've never seen other creature besides witches" they looked towards Streaks who cowered slightly "and it seems you've got a witch with ya"

"How can you tell who's a witch and who's not?" Gadget rose a brow as he asked, the echidna went to step towards him, but the older male put his hand up and only turned to Gadget with a small smile

"It's quite easy to tell when you've been trained to hunt them" They answered "As of the way we can tell, their eyes tend to glow slightly brighter than us mortals and from your kinds as well, which reminds me, he's neither witch, mortal or like any o you" the male said as he pointed towards Valarious

"Well I'm a vampire" Valarious let out a small grin, before it turned into a scowl "And if you hurt Streaks then I'm gonna have a nice bloody snack" he hissed

"and what makes you think we'll be faised by your threat?" 'Demon' asked

"Because no one hunts witches from where we're from Maurice" EXE stated, as he saw the other tense and glare

"How the hell do you know my name?!" Maurice growled

"You told us duh" Dark scoffed

"I never told any of you" Maurice growled

"You no, but the one we know yeah" Valarious rolled his eyes

"Care to elaborate?" The echidna asked as they looked at them in suspicion

"I'm pretty sure we're from over 50,000 years in the future considering Demon is still mortal and going by his birth name" Gadget stated, the three males in front of them stared at them unsure if they were telling the truth or not

"And how would i be alive if your from the far into the future?" Maurice scoffed

"Probably because your the leader of the vampire clan, and like i don't know turned me while i was running from the last angel leader Amelia, cause i was sentenced to treason cause i gave you a lot of information" Valarious shrugged, while everyone stared at him "What? I didn't like her rules and found that it was more entertaining to be on his side than the angels"

"Wait you were an angel?" Scourge said in disbelief

"Yeah so? Because i'm pretty sure we should be talking about other things besides me" Valarious rolled his eyes

"Should we just kill them?" The echidna asked the brown hedgehog

"No" he said as he looked at them, while the two other mortals in the room stared at him

"What?!" Maurice exclaimed "Why?!"

"Because," He paused "I doubt they would be lying with their lives on the line, besides i want to know more about them, and i want to know why the witch is so important"

"Well for starters, that witch is my boyfriend" Valarious growled

"Why in the name of chaos would you date a witch?!" The echidna growled

"W-we don't hurt people anymore" Streaks said quietly as he stuttered "N-not since high the witches Malice and Mephiles killed their sister I-Iblis a-after she cursed M-Maurice..."

"What?" all three males stared at Streaks as his face was pale and his hands shaking

"I-it's what i-i learn't when i was younger...when high witch Nicole taught me and the others around my age about our history...n-no one likes what happened and w-we tried to fix it by removing the curse that's on e-every vampire...no one's wanted to be free from the curse...not even Maurice and h-his brother accepted..." Streaks explained despite how scared he was, Maurice was silent as he only stared at Streaks

"for the last few months in our time all the clans have been at peace with one another" Zonic muttered "besides the occasional disagreement between the leaders of course, but there's always going to be disagreements"

"And how do we know any of this is true?" The brown hedgehog asked

"You don't" Fleetway shrugged "But we've told you want we know, and what we're doing here, which we don't know how we got here"

"Witch craft" Steaks answered as everyone turned to look at him again "Where we were someone had casted a spell, which i-i'm guessing brought us here..."

"Geez that would've been helpful to know sooner" Scourge scoffed, as Streaks ears lowered, which cause Valarious to glare at Scourge who just stuck his tongue out at him

"I will bite you" Valarious growled as he showed fangs as he glared at Scourge

"You do that and i'll rip your heart out of your chest" Fleetway snapped at him, the two just glared at each other and growled

"Wanna try me?!" Valarious growled, but before Fleetway could reply

"Fleetway you do know that Valarious is loyal to Demon and if anything were to happen to EXE or Zonic he'd get his head put on a pike remember" Dark spoke loud enough for everyone to hear, "So arguing and fighting is the worst thing you could do right now"

"........" Valarious had gone paler than what he usually was as he realised that Dark was right

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEIR GONE?!" Demon yelled at the guards that were sat outside the large household in the centre of the demon's territory

"W-we don't know where they are" the guard known by Vector recoiled back in a panic "T-they left earlier today and h-haven't returned"while his companion Mighty tried not to flinch as the angry vampire snarled at them as he then turned and stormed off, already annoyed about the argument he had earlier with Metal and because his brother and Shard had run off, he wasn't worried about them because all Sonic really did was go hunting or go hang out with his boyfriend, he most likely would've taken Shard, but Metal didn't know that

Demon decided to go find his brother and his boyfriend and ask if they've seen EXE, or knew where he was at least, he eventually found his brother, but was struck by confusion as he saw his brother's expression of worry, Shard was trying to calm him down and there was no sight of the one that Sonic had interest in

"Where could he have gone?" Sonic muttered as the panic in his voice was evident

"I'm sure he's fine, and maybe he went to his friends house?" Shard asked

"Then he would've left a note for me like he usually does" Sonic frowned

"Have either of you seen EXE or his brothers?" Demon asked as he interrupted them

"No, because I've been distracted trying to find where Zonic is" Sonic answered as glanced towards his brother and continued to frown "But that's not the only thing, i can't find any of his friends either"

"That's alarming..." Demon muttered

They were currently following Maurice around after 'Clawd' the leader of chief as he called himself had ordered, he was meant to 'house' them while they stayed, but also to be kept an eye on by him, Ogliver and Zails, since they were some of the strongest hunters the village had

Maurice kept glancing at them, the things they had said were stuck in his head and he didn't know if he should or could believe them, everything was too far fetched, but he had a feeling his brother or his cousin Shard would believe their 'Stories'

but his brother would most likely threaten them first, since he always threatened Shards friends whenever the youngest asked him to come hang out with him, in turn it cause Shards friends to be him not to invite his cousin since he terrified them and he doubted that the group behind him would be treated any differently, especially the witch

The group in question were still somewhat confused on how they ended up here exactly, but they knew they were far back in time, since everyone here was...mortal, it was rare to see mortals back in their own time, since they lived in a secluded area on the islands that made up their world, and they were sure that the mortals that once lived there among them were long gone

"So uhh" Scourge said trying to make conversation, Maurice glanced back warily as he continued walking

"Just because the chef said that you were to stay with me, doesn't mean that makes us friends" The hedgehog before them stated bitterly

"I'm starting to prefer the version of you we know" Fleetway muttered under his breath, cause at least Demon didn't have a problem being around any of them and he respected new comers more than this version, his brother may be wanting to be left alone a lot, but when he wanted to spend time with people he was always the one to bring a bit of mischief

"That's kind of obvious since he's so inclined to kill us" Zonic stated with a blank expression as he walked along not using his wings to fly since they were still injured from an incident a few months ago, Maurice didn't say anything as he turned to face ahead once again, soon enough leading them to a small hut much like the one they had been in while talking to Clawd

"OGLIVER" they all winced as the voice yelled out in anger

"What the fuck has he down now" Maurice muttered as he went inside the others behind him following hesitantly, when inside they saw something they didn't expect

Ogliver was glaring at a taller fox with two tails who looked pissed, while Ogliver's hands were bare showing the shimmering symbol of white witches, they weren't surprised, but Maurice immediately got defensive 

"Put your fucking gloves back on!" he hissed, making the two before him turn to the half blind hedgehog before their gaze went to the creatures with wings and the two without "And none of you saw anything!" He growled as Fleetway put his hands up while everyone else copied or winced

"Dude like i said we know our version of you and whatever you've told us about when you were mortal" Fleetway stated as he gave a soft glare "So we fucking know what you are despite the fact that you think we don't"

"Fleetway, just shut the fuck up" Dark glared at his brother "Your just going to piss them off and get us all killed!"

"I'm only being honest Dark!" Fleetway scoffed as he glared at Dark, the two started arguing making EXE face palm and turn back to the hedgehogs and fox before him

"Just ignore them...They argue often...Which is why i often ditch them" He muttered

"Tsk who the hell are they?" Ogliver asked as he put his gloves on

"Why does it matter?"Maurice asked "The chief said they were to stay with us until he decides what to do with them"

"Hmm well they seem to know quite a bit about you' The fox which everyone presumed was Zails, since he'd been mentioned in various things that they'd been told by Demon and Sonic

"It's creepier than when that witch made you fall in love with them" Ogliver pretended to gag which made his brother turn to him and glare "What? I've already told almost everyone around the bonfire" Ogliver grinned

"Fuck you" Maurice growled as he then went rummaging through a small crate that was off to the side and turned back to the small group behind him "Well lets begin this horror shall we?" He said bitterly causing both Dark and Fleetway to pause their argument as they turned to the mortal before them "I have three important rules, one you are not to harm ANYONE while your here, the result will be death if you do, two whatever you hear or see while you are in this hut you are not to TELL anyone or i'll personally put your heads on a pike and three that WITCH with you is dead if he does any magic, understood?" He stated as he glared at each of their pale faces

They were only now getting a look at how Demon used to act, he was far crueller than how they knew him and how cautious they had both been when it came to their marks and how much they had to loose

"What do you mean they've gone back in time?!" Sonic yelled out of pure horror as he stood with his brother, Shard and Metal before the high witches Bernadette, Sally and Nicole, who stood around a table made of ancient stone

"One of the witches back from when you were mortals performed a spell of summoning, they didn't know what they were bringing to them, but feathers of a dove, wings of a bat, bone of a still born witchling and blood of a rotten corpse combined with whatever words they said, it must have summoned your companions and Bernadette successor' Nicole sighed as she explained 

"Why would anyone need to summon them?" Shard frowned as he didn't completely understand why it'd be necessary for them to be brought back in time

"I do not know, but they won't be able to return unless someone goes and retrieves them" Sally explained

"God damnit, why did it have to be during the witch huntings?" Demon muttered as he then sighed 'What do we need to do to get there?"

"we have something that'll be of use, but...it requires a great deal of magic that either you could provide, but it'd kill you once you return here, or one of us can go with you, but it'll take a few days for our magic to restore enough for us to return" Bernadette sighed "I'd prefer the second option, since it's far less dangerous for all of us"

Demon nodded in response, while Metal looked at the high witches then at his cousin

"But...wouldn't that cause some sort of rift in time? Since there'd be two of us" Metal stated

"That's the thing about time travel magic" Nicole smiled softly "Once we leave the time line we don't exist or already exist in, it'll be as if nothing happened, time fixes it's own errors, its how it stays balanced, the other you will not even realise an encounter with a version of them from far in the future, while you remember everything"

"So it wouldn't matter what we say or do" Sonic mumbled 'Does that mean i can kill Primrose?"

"Oh my- No Sonic, you can't kill Prim" Demon face palmed as Sonic groaned in annoyance

"But didn't she have a crush on Sonic?" Shard asked innocently

"Something like that" Sonic stated "So how does this work then?"

"Well" Bernadette began to explain

they were currently sitting at a large table filled different foods close to the centre of the village they were in people were playing music that hadn't been heard in centuries, the entire village was celebrating something that Hyper didn't know 

Shard they recognised seemed to be twice as innocent as from when they knew him, he was laughing with a few others that were with him, one that looked a lot like Shadow, Silver's boyfriend, there was also a bee that was making jokes making his companions laugh, but they also seemed to have an aura of discomfort as he then noticed Sonic, well Ogliver giving then glares every once in a while, Metal sat beside him but his attention was on the hedgehog that sat next to them, he was green with magenta eyes, he was smiling as he listened as the other talked

none of them had mentioned them, but he was definitely far older than the four hedgehogs they met in this place, but Maurice was more occupied by the feast before them, in all honesty they'd been so used to him and Sonic drinking blood they found this impossible

A lot of them kept their eyes on them of course, especially Streaks who stayed close to Valarious who didn't touch any of the food that was set before him, he knew what would happen if he ate it and didn't like the though of it as he sat there, Streaks was silent as he at small bits from the food he had been given, but it was the fox that sat by Maurice that spoke 

"Why aren't you eating?" He asked as he looked to Valarious

"Well for starters I'm technically dead, so I can't eat mortal foods" Valarious shrugged, it made a lot of the mortals around them pause and look at him, while the fox continued looking at him in the eyes

"Then what do you eat?" He asked

"Blood" Valarious stated "My kind have to live off of it, or our bodies begin to decompose, then we're nothing but a rotten corpse, I mean I could've stayed an angle, but I would've eventually fallen prey to vampires or demons, cause at the time we were at war with each other, I was sentenced to treason cause I was helping Demon and his brother, but meh, being a vampire has it perks" a small grin made it's way to his expression

"So you gave up the ability to fly to drink blood?" Ogliver scoffed "That's stupid"

"Well not really, vampires can heal faster than anyone, but the actual price was far worse" Valarious stated

"And what price might that be?" Maurice rolled his eyes 

"I can't walk in the sun or I'll turn to ash and that my wings would rot away, no one understood why it was that way, but it was" Valarious stated it was silent for a moment

"I keep forgetting how fucked up the vampires are" Scourge muttered

"Yeah well Sonic and Maurice are probably the oldest vampires in history at this point" Valarious shrugged, Maurice knew who he was talking about, as did Clawd and the echidna

"and who exactly are they?" Ogliver rose a brow, he always got curious when there was things people purposely didn't answer, his older brother stiffened a little, he wasn't entirely sure how true it was, but the group of creatures glanced to him, but it was EXE who spoke

"Are you sure you want to know?" He asked, his expression blank yet there was a darkness in his eyes that shimmered and glowed in the light of the flames, yet Ogliver just shrugged with a nod, EXE just sighed "Your brother is known as Demon from our time, from what he's told us, he was cursed by Iblis when he went out on a hunt, he never told us what happened in the weeks before you went looking for him, but you were killed as were whoever went with you, Demon or Maurice hated what he did and did something and found that vampires blood if consumed could turn anyone, so he gave you some of his blood and neither of you have told us much from the years until we met about 3928 years in our time when our war was just starting" he finished and everyone had fallen silent at hearing what he said

"That's....that's not possible" Ogliver stated as he looked to the other

"Well EXE would know more than us since he's been dating Maurice for like 3724 years" Fleetway shrugged "Surprised their not married yet actually"

"Fleetway!" EXE hissed his cheeks flushing a bright red as he glared at his brother 

"What? Sonic complains that all he hears is you two fucking each other" Fleetway snickered as his brother went redder, Dark just sighed as he ignored their bickering as he sat with Super and Hyper, but he glance at Maurice as saw he was barely grabbing any concept of what was happening, he found it odd seeing him like this, but it was to be expected, yet he glanced to Sonic's boyfriend, who's had his head on the table obviously asleep, and probably the best he had slept in weeks, since his injured wing wasn't in contact with anything around them

Scourge sighed as he face palmed, he was always questioning why he like Fleetway, and never found an answer, he just did and didn't want to be without the demon clan's leader, he found it comforting that the other loved him so much, even with the brawl that happened between them

things went on like this for awhile to the point EXE was ready to rip-out his brothers tongue, but Valarious only bite Fleetway's shoulder, Fleetway's eyes widened as pain went down his back, but Valarious had let go almost immediately after he bit the other

"Do you ever shut up?" Valarious asked as he licked the blood that covered his mouth

"Do you ever not bite people?" Fleetway glared

'i was only doing it, because I don't want you to get us killed" was the vampires response made Fleetway paused, before he started grumbling to himself, realising the other was right, Valarious just rolled his eyes

It had been days since they had found out what had happened, but now the high witches had done all that needed to send Demon, Sonic, and whoever else was willing to go with them into the past to retrieve the group that had gone back those days prior 

'you sure this will work?" Sonic asked as Bernadette handed him a small cloth bag

'Of course, now, when your ready to come back, hand this to Streaks, he should know what to do with it, if not I've left him instructions, everything that's needed should be in there" She spoke to him, Sonic nodded as Shard stood beside him looking over his shoulder out of curiosity, while Metal and Demon stood a few feet away and watched silently "But if your ready to leave then the spell is ready"

"Right, thank you" Sonic nodded with a small smile, to him it was strange that he and his family had forgiven the witches after what had happened, but after all they were all witches, and they were all older than most others in their world now, and he and his brother had changed while his cousins had begun too

"I hope their all okay" Shard frowned worriedly

"I'm sure their fine" Metal stated but Demon scoffed and rolled his eyes

'Then you obviously haven't been around Fleetway that much, he's probably got them all on the thread of life and death" Demon muttered as he pushed himself off of the wall he'd been leaning on, but stayed clear of the sunlight "but lets get this over with"

"So you can play with your boyfriend in your bed?" Sonic scoffed as Demon glared daggers at him, Shard got confused as Metal shook his head with a sigh as the four of them followed the high witch

one moment the sun had been setting and everyone was preparing for a 'hunt' as they called it, while the other stayed behind to prepare food and other things for when they returned, no one had expected the bells to ring that indicated that witches had come to them, the children and a few adults had run into some of the huts, while those able to fight stayed, yet the blame had been pinned on the angels, fairy, demons and vampire and some weapons had been aimed to them, yet when the fight had begun they too were targets for the witches

"Holy shit" Scourge cursed as he had to dodge the witch that had went for him, he'd lept into the air and startled the witch, but Maurice took action as he made a quick move and decapitated the witch "I'm never time travelling again...." He muttered

"Shut up and stay out of sight and range, that way you'll be doing us and yourself a favour" Maurice glared, his green eye reflecting to moonlight

but elsewhere something else was happening as Zonic was unable to fly and was defensive as a witch came towards them, but his eyes narrowed as they froze and let out a choked gasp, and he blinked a few times when he was met with Ogliver, or so he thought, but one thing caught he eye, the blood round his mouth and the lack of weapons and his eyes widened as realisation hit, but also the nausea from the blood

'You all right?" Sonic asked worriedly

"i-i'm fine" Zonic lied of course, being cornered by a witch that wanted to kill him and the blood that was no doubt everywhere, yet he was startled as Sonic picked him up bridal style and rushed over to somewhere safer, which happened to be where Scourge was, and where Maurice was struggling against a witch that had tackled him, Sonic said nothing to Scourge as he handed the angle the fairy, who's cheeks were red and left Scourge absolutely confused

yet Sonic went straight to the witch that had Maurice pinned, there was a crack that made Zonic sick and Scourge wince, the blue of the two didn't look, while the other did and saw Sonic standing between the half blind hedgehog, who was startled by the actions of his 'brother'

"get up and defend the village Maurice" Sonic spoke to him, to Maurice it was odd hearing his brother use such a tone with him, but looking into the bright emerald eyes, he realised they were different

"Wh-" Maurice never finished as Sonic pulled him up and glared

"Are you seriously going to let people die because your asking question?" Sonic snapped and bared his fangs at the other "We can talk when we're done" that was the end of the conversation as Sonic disappeared from sight, leaving the bleeding corpse of the witch

Maurice balled his fist but knew what the other said was right and ran off somewhere to continue the fight, leaving the angle and fairy alone

'What the hell just happened?" Scourge muttered

towards the entrance Ogliver and those who stood with him were struggling to fight against the witches that had attacked, EXE among them, taking joy in killing the witches, not having killed anyone in months due to the peace treaty that was offered by the fairly leader and the angel leader

yet EXE never saw the one that came from behind him, but he was startled as he heard a thud from behind him and glanced back and saw the similar miss coloured eyes that seemed to glow, there was a bloody smirk as Demon looked to EXE

"Blood's always looked so tasty on you~" Demon purred as EXE's cheeks had gone red, yet EXE only smirked back

"Nice to see you too, but aren't you gonna kill the witches?" EXE asked slyly

"As if i'd let them hurt you~" Demon smirked wider as he glanced beside him and saw one coming towards them, yet he made no move to attack until they nearly hit him with a spell, he grabbed them by the throat and listened as their scream died in their throat as he drank 

no one knew how long the fight had been, but when it finished, they were burning the bodies of the witches and burying those who had given their lives to protect the village, yet the small group that had been staying in the village were being blamed for this, while unaware that there were four others, during the fight they were easily dismissed as the ones everyone knew them as, but as some of the people in the village moved to grab them

"I wouldn't do that, unless you wanna die" Sonic spoke up as he stood a fare way away from where everyone was, his brother with him, each covered in blood, and both with board expressions, Shard stood with them, as did Metal, they all froze

 "What the hell" Clawd muttered as he looked between the two that stood with him and the four that stood apart from the small crowd

"oh shit" Valarious muttered as he wiped his bloodied mouth, while Zonic had to cover his mouth and look away, Sonic only hummed as he pushed himself from where he and his brother stood and walked towards them, Shard followed and went towards Zonic worriedly while Metal and Demon stayed where they were

"They had nothing to do with the attack, okay? It would've happened regardless of their presence or not" Sonic shrugged as he pushed the blade that was aimed for Fleetway away 

"How can you be so sure?" Someone spoke, despite being confused and shocked that he was there

"I mean I loved through it once already knuckles" Sonic grinned and something flashed through his eyes "and last time a witch got you and sliced open your side, you were nearly dead when we found you, but you lived" he shrugged, Demon just sighed and shook his head

"they...weren't lying...were they...?' Ogliver whispered as Sonic tilted his head

"About what?" He asked curious 

"We told them you were technically dead" Fleetway stated

"Ah I see, and no they weren't lying, they probably told you a lot of things, doubt they would've lied at all since me and Demon would have Fleetways head if he did" Fleetway winced as Sonic smirked at him

"Your always going to be a fucking creep" Fleetway growled lowly

"I mean your not wrong" Sonic snickered, it was silent for a moment after that

"Do you have what Bernadette gave you to give to Streaks?" Demon muttered out of annoyance

"You think I'd misplace something like that?" Sonic shot him a sharp glare, to which Demon countered with his own

"Great" metal face palmed as he walked to his brother completely ignoring his cousins argument that was sure to come

yet the small group of mortals watched, Ogliver watched the two that looked like him and his brother argue, he glanced towards Maurice and saw he too was watching them, neither of them ever fought, they'd yell at each other, but it never turned into a fight

"How old are you?" Maurice spoke, it caused the arguing pair to fall silent and turn to him

"Should we tell him?" Sonic asked "I mean it wouldn't matter since when we leave the timeline it'll be like none of this ever happened" he shrugged, Demon just sighed and looked back to Maurice, it was odd to see his old eyes and clothes, but in a way it was... nice...

"I'm 58114, Sonic is 58111, Metal should be 58112 and Shard's 58108" Demon answered, everyone had fallen silent in the crowd, while Maurice swallowed the rising lump in his throat

"So I'll...." Maurice never finished, but Sonic seemed to know exactly what he meant and winced

"It's something that can't be changed, and it's something that will take time to be forgiven, the two of you will be alone for years, not knowing if your really safe, or if your the only vampires that have lived, but over time you'll learn not everything is as it was, but you should never blame yourself for what you do" Sonic answered as he glanced to his brother and then back at the two

'but how would Metal and Shard be alive?" Clawd was the one who asked this time

"that... We don't know, only in the last few months have we found that they've been alive this whole time, and only recently have they been living with us, but we really have no idea how they are alive" Demon stated, but glanced to the horizon and saw the sun was rising 'hmm... We should be leaving'

"yeah, I mean witch blood is nice and all, but it's really thick and a large amount at one time is horrible to deal with" Sonic muttered

"Your boyfriend is here and is gonna be sick if you keep talking about blood" Scourge muttered as he was making sure Zonic didn't fall as Shard frowned

"Shit, sorry Zonic" Sonic frowned as he went over to the fairy

"I have no idea how you two are able to stay together since you drink blood and he gets sick every time he sees or smells it" Demon muttered as he watched them but then glanced at Ogliver and saw his wide shocked eyes and smirked a little, but then looked back to Sonic and saw he was giving the brown bag to Streaks, who blinked before realising what it was for

'Wait what did you mean that we wouldn't remember any of this when you leave?" Clawd asked

"the timeline will fix itself, we would have never been here and anything said and done would have never happened, High witch Bernadette said it's how it works, so nothing in the past changes"  Metal stated as he glanced back at them, it was silent for a moment, no one had realised Streaks had already performed the spell as they spoke and it seemed they were all back in the witches village, a lot of them blinked while a lot of them didn't care, they were just glad they were back

"Never again" Scourge muttered, and everyone seemed to agree with him
