In 2023 (my year of rest), I read a grand total of:
92 books

Of these,
70 were 'new/first-time' reads
(which I hadn't read before)

and

22 were comfort reads
(which I've already enjoyed at least once – or half-a-dozen times – before)

My reading was (somewhat) varied, with
~70% being Fiction,
consisting of Fantasy, Romance, and Mystery (and, admittedly, rather a few Children's Books)

and the other

~30% being Non-fiction,
consisting of Theology, Poetry, and 'self-help' (among other things)
