In a gloomy condo room. The morning streaks of sunlight crept through as a flawless figure dressed her uniform. Her golden brown hair tied in messy bun as she wore her skirt around her curvy bare waist.

She buttoned down her white shirt and tied her tie. On went her blazer and shoes. She lined her beautiful eyes as she pulled out her hair pin letting her thick hair cascade on her hips. After giving it a good brush and making it shinny she set out for another day at school.

Byun Baekhyun, a beautiful young maiden with divine features and white flawless porcelain skin. Silent and serene with her petite frame,she was an adorable creature.
Her heart was big and kind. Yet it carried many untold stories.

It missed many people. A certain big eared boy that left her a crying mess and a broken heart.
But she yearned for his return. He was all she had. Her only hope.

She was late as usual so she vaguely remembered bumping onto someone that morning. Baekhyun had been too interested at looking out the window when the teacher about a new student.

The world beyond the dark walls of her broken heart was better. It gave her a reason to smile. She often smiled. Her eyes still faked it.

Class was boring. The midgets thoughts flowing off hand. As it ended it was the best thing for Baekhyun as she dashed out of class in speed.

Unfortunately the girl slipped and fell but a pair of strong arms cradled her petite fragile frame.

He let go and get as she was about to leave he held her arm.

"Do you really not remember me or are you trying to avoid me? Byun Baekhyun." The voice had asked her as he pulled her before him.

Confused and frowning she tossed her head to a side trying to wonder who the giant was and how he knew her name.

As she studied his features she her eyes grew wider. His dark black hair styled in a coma. His brown orbs and almond eyes,his perfect nose and plump lips. Most importantly his big round ears. She knew at once who it was. Her best friend who she's been waiting for so long.

Shocking the taller she unexpectedly jumped on him wrapping her arms around his neck. Chanyeol chuckled wrapping his left hand around her hip and his right hand around her waist. That was what Baekhyun was. A child at heart.

She pulled away crying and hiccuping. She shuffled a note book from her bag and scribbled something, showing it to the taller.

"Park Chanyeol. When did come? I thought you forgot me. How did you recognize me?"

Chanyeol was confused to why she didn't speak. Nevertheless he smiled and responded.

"I never knew you would grow into a handsome young girl with such striking beauty. Well I came yesterday and Baek you were a constant memory that never failed to fade. I looked for you in every girl I saw. And found my best friend instead. I missed you so much." Chanyeol tucked her hair behind her ear.

"I missed you too Channie. So much that I cried my self to sleep for days. It hurt a lot."

"I am sorry. I promise I would never leave again." The taller hugged his best friend again. The girl nodded into his chest.

"But why aren't you speaking?" Chanyeol asked looking at her.

"That's since she is shy." A rude voice sounded. As the two looked at the direction a penguin like girl with big round eyes and black straight hair stood looking at them. With a grim face.

"Kungie. Please be nice. Thats Chanyeol. My friend."Kai whisper screamed at her and introduced her to Chanyeol.

"Chanyeol this is Do Kung Soo my girl friend. Baby he is Park Chanyeol my friend. Well I guess Baekhyun you guys already had a introduction."

Her rude aura change and she smiled. But pulled Baekhyun away from him. She quickly scribbled her number and threw it to Chanyeol before getting dragged away of by kyungsoo.

"Man that was fast. You got to even hug her. Guys have been dying to make her theirs." Kai punched Chanyeol.

"Shut up Kai. She's my childhood best friend. And I would protect her from those damn guys. Lets go." Chanyeol growled shutting the later's mouth and left the school.

Baekhyun smiled at the ceiling. He was back. Her best friend and idiot had come back. How she had missed him. She was crying when her phone rang.

Unknown number calling.....

She cut the call. Then her phone buzzed.

Its me. Channie.

Oh I am sorry.

Nah Its okay. So umm what are you doing.

Nothing just lying in bed.

Can we meet. I really wanna catch things up.

Yah sure... Where?

The park down town. Cool?

Yah cool.

The roads were dark and foggy. As they best friends met at the park as they sat on the garden bench.

"So. What did you do when I was away? How are your parents? Your brother?" Chanyeol started a conversation.

Tears filled her eyes. As she gulped back the grief that threatened to choke her. A lump in her throat formed as she blinked back her tears. Shaking her head as she wrote in her note book.

"They are fine. And well gosh how do you expect me to be happy. You big Yoda." Baekhyun giggled.

Chanyeol chuckled. As they started a silent conversations. The park was filled with Chanyeol's chuckles and deep voice. Nothing off Baekhyun filled the park.

Chanyeol was confused as to why his petite best friends giggles had no noise. No sound ever escaped her lips.

According to the giant he remembered Baekhyun to be a very talkative chatterbox. With a hyperactive energy. Her laughter would feel like honey and the way her voice turned angelic when she sang as she played the piano.

She was barely ten years old but had the voice of a legend. And Baekhyun was never this shy.  Well she was but to the extent of not even talk to her best friend or anyone.

Chanyeol wanted to know..
