It was about an alien planet where the color orange was outlawed. It was, in fact, punishable by execution to be in possession of something orange. If a person so much as set eyes on the color, they would be subjected to immediate neural reimaging. Violent debates broke out about the different shades of red and yellow. How red did a yellow have to be to count as orange? How yellow did a red have to be? If you were to possess a shade of, say, vermillion, would it result in a smaller punishment? Would there be a punishment at all?

In order to solve this problem, red and yellow were promptly banned too.
