Hello guys! We haven't talked in a while. So, how are you enjoying my story? Sorry I haven't been updating lately. With Christmas and everything, it's just been crazy. This chapter also has a little inspiration from CICCIChan's Garroth, Laurance, Dnate, Zane, Aaron, X reader book. I'm also not a huge fan of One Direction. I just like some of their songs. ---Y/N's POV---

I'm still a little shocked that Laurance 'loves' me. I mean, he kissed me. I'm still adjusting to...everything. Me and him are still in the forest walking home. Destiny, I could tell, was about to explode. I hope she doesn't get too crazy and end up reveling that she can turn into a cat. Laurance suddenly broke the silence.

"Hm, I've always wondered what your singing voice is like. D-Do you mind singing?" He asked me.

"Sure! I've always loves singing! I may not have the best singing voice but I'd say I'm pretty good." I responded.

"Why don't we sing a duet...? J-Just because—" He began. I cut him off.

"Yeah! I'd love to! You know the lyrics to Drag Me Down?" I asked.

"Mmhm!" He said. I giggled.

"Alright! Let's do this!" I said. Destiny meowed loudly in the background with excitement. I cleared my throat and sang the first verse.

Before me and and Laurance could finish, someone intrupted.

"NOBODY CAN DRAG ME DOWN!" That was Destiny. She freaking gave away her secret! Great! Laurance stared at her.

"U-U-Uh....w-what just happened?" He asked, looking confused as heck.

"U-Uh, long story short, Destiny is a human with a cat form." I said. Laurance stayed silent. Destiny cleared her throat and walked up to Laurance. She reached out her hand, expecting a hand-shake.

"Allow me to introduce myself! I am Destiny Ta'lee II! Yes, fancy, right?" She asked. Laurance shook her hand awkwardly.

"S-So....you're a human....and a cat...?" He asked.

"And a meif'wa!" She said, "I'm sorry, I couldn't contain myself! My ship was sailing right before my eyes and I couldn't handle it!" She yelled.

"Ship? Oh great." Laurance blushed and slapped his face.

"Teehee! Wanna know my super cool backstory!" Destiny waited. "I'll take that as a yes! So, long ago—" She paused, "Wait...d-do I smell....." She began. I slapped my face.

"Destiny, let me guess, you smell s—" I started.

"SUSHI!" She yelled. Then she ran off in the distance.

"W-What was that all about?" Asked Laurance.

"Destiny goes CRAZY for sushi. So...she goes crazy when she finds it/smells it." I said.

"I see, so...should we go after her or what?" Asked Laurance.

"We should, but I have a really bad feeling about this." I said. We began to walk in the direction Destiny ran off to.

"By the way, your singing voice is beautiful!" He said. I blushed.

"Heh, thanks." I said.

"We should do that again some time." He said.

"Yeah, maybe." I said. Then I herd Destiny scream! "Hang on, something happened!" We started to sprint. When we found Destiny, she was tied up-side-down on a tree. I guess it was a trap...? I looked down and saw a plate of sushi.

"NYAAAHH! GET ME DOWN!" She screamed. She wailed her arms around as if she was trying to fight. I face palmed and walked over to her. She stopped moving and looked at me. A confused look came over her face. "What!? Are you gonna help me or what!?" I sighed.

"I'll get her done, Y/N make sure that whoever set this trap isn't coming any time soon." Said Laurance. I nodded. Laurance climbed the tree that Destiny was stuck to. He slowly got closer to her. Then he got his sword and cut the ropes. Destiny screamed as she fell to the ground and face-planted. She quickly got up.

"Heh, thanks Laur!" She said.

"Um, 'Laur'?" Questioned Laurance.

"Yup! That's my nickname for you now! I hope you grow attached to it because I'm gonna call you that all the time!" She said. Laurance sighed. Then I herd walking towards us.

"Oh no..." I said. Then the person spoke.

"Come on Timberly the eighth! Stop stopping in the middle of the—" The man stopped when he saw us. I face palmed. It was the Chicken Shaman.
