---Laurance's POV---

I watched as Y/N ran away from me.

"Y/N wait!" I called out. Oh no... She doesn't like Shadow Knights. I can't lose her! I was...just getting a liking towards her. More then 'liking' her. I'm saying...I was starting to... Love her. But do I? I've only known her for a few days.

I spied on her. She snuck out of the village with her stuff. I followed her to stop her. She soon entered the forest. I didn't let her know that I was following her. I wanted to see where she was going. She stopped in a very beautiful part of the forest and cried. Her cat comforted her. She stroked her fur.

"I don't know what to do, Destiny. I was starting to...have feelings for him. But...he's a Shadow Knight! I can't be In love with a monster like him!" I herd her say. Destiny meowed sounding concerned. I came out from behind a tree and got her attention.

"Y/N...please." I said. She turned quickly to me. I saw her pick up a dagger from a pocket in her cloak. Tears streamed down her face and hit the ground.

"Stay back! I know what monsters like you can do!" She said. I took another small step forward. Destiny hissed at me.

"Please, I'm not like any other Shadow Knight." I said.

"You're lying to me!" She said.

"Y/N...it's me! Laurance!" I took another step forward. She held the dagger out.

"Stay back! I can cut you to shreds if I wanted to!" She yelled.

"Y/N...ever sense Aphmau left me to Garroth I—" I began.

"Yeah, yeah. I know that you're hurt about that! And it's not gonna change my mind about killing you right now!" She said. "Go be with someone else!" She said in a louder tone. I smacked the dagger out of her hand and walked closer to her. She took a small step back.

"WELL WHAT IF I WANTED TO BE WITH YOU!?" I asked. Then I grabbed her shoulders and pulled her closer. Then I was kissing her.

---Y/N's POV---

I was scared. Was Laurance gonna murder me!? He's a Shadow Knight after all! I took a step back. Then he said something that shocked me.

"WELL WHAT IF I WANTED TO BE WITH YOU!?" He stepped up closer to me and grabbed my shoulders.

He pulled me closer to him. Our faces grew closer and closer to each other until we were stopped from our lips touching. I blushed hard. I slowly looked down and saw that I was actually kissing him! I'm Kissing a Shadow Knight! What do I do!? Do I pull away!? Do I continue!? I couldn't pull away. His grip was strong. All I know is that my face is probably red as a tomato. He stopped kissing me and I stare directly at him with my mouth open. I was shocked. And he was blushing too.

"Please, I really do like you. No, not like you, I love you. So Please, don't be afraid. Sometimes things in the past could be scary. But this is the present. And it's different from the past. So please don't be afraid! I need you!" He said. I hesitated.

"I-I...I don't know what to s-say...y-you...kissed me...I-I've never kissed anyone before..." I paused and began to cry again. "I'm sorry. I should have believed you. I just...really don't like Shadow Knights. But I guess not all are the same." I said. 

"I understand. Shadow Knights are horrible things. But I'm not like them." He said. Then I hugged him.

"I believe you." I said. And he hugged me back.

It was now night. Before me and Laurance walked back, we looked up at the stars. The night was shone beautifully. The stars twinkled and the moon glowed bright. I smiled up at it. Then a shooting star flew across the sky.

"A shooting star!" I said.

"Make a wish!" Said Laurance. Then I made my wish.

I wish that Laurance could be happy with someone he truly loves

And I hoped for that person to be me.
