Your POV

"Nice shot Kurosaki-san!" One of the guys said as I smile at my teammates. It's been almost a year and a half since I join the boy's basketball club. Most of the guys from last year accepted me as a teammate after seeing my skills on the court. Though some of them still see me as a distraction but they learn to keep their mouths shut.

"(F/n)-chan!" I looked over to see Kise next to her. I know Kise from all the excitement from the girls in my class. I will admit he is kinda cute but other than that I don't see why he's such a big deal.

"Momo-chan why are you with Kise?" I asked as she as Aomine hanged onto the hoop.

"Kise-kun's going to join the first string from now on." She said as I looked at him a bit surprised that he here seeing that he recently joined.

"Hehh, even though you just joined, that's amazing," Aomine-kun said as came down.

"(F/n)-chan do you know where Tetsu-kun is?" Momo-chan asked as I looked where he's at.

"Come on your always with him and it's troubling to understand when you stay quiet when you know. Plus Tetsu-kun is Kise-kun's instructor after all." She said as I looked at Tetsu but she seems to not know I was looking at him.

"My instructor?" Kise said while not knowing about Tetsu had been standing behind him the whole time.

"Yes, he's your senpai, Kise-kun is a second-year but you recently joined. So he said to let you do the same duties as the first years," she explained seeing that she gave up trying to get the answers from me and looked for Tetsu in the gym. I observed Kise more seeing that I might have play with him in a game soon.

"Is that why you're looking for Tetsu?" She nodded as I sigh and walked to grab my water bottle.

"He's nearby you," I said as I kept walking as she sighs seeing I'm not one to give out hints often.

"Uwaaaahahh!"

'Looks like Tetsu finally been seen.' I took a sip of water not being affected by Kise screams.

"(F/n)?" I looked at Akashi as he seems a bit worry. Though we often play shogi after school with Midorima I sorta started developing a small crush on him ever since he asks me to join a party with his dad.

"Do you need something Akashi?" I asked as he looked at me curiously.

"I want you to go against Aomine for today, can you do that?" He said as I nodded but he grabs my arm.

"Try not to go overboard," he said as he let's go of my arm.

'It said than done you don't have to deal with a heart that's beating so fast that it might explode out my chest.'

Midorima POV

I received the ball from (F/n) as she retrieves the ball from being blocked from Murosakibara. We often play together on the same side since Aomine would always want to go one-on-one with her. Yet those two never seem to hold back against each other.

"Midorima!" She passed the ball to me as I caught it and made another 3 pointer shot.

"Nice shot shin-chan!" She said as she patted my arm.

"Nice pass," I mumbled softly but I knew she heard me as she began to jog. I felt my heartbeat but I ignored it seeing that I'm still playing.

'I got to keep my head in the game and not in my feelings.'

Kuroko POV

After telling Kise to clean up with the first years I caught up to (F/n) as she came out in her normal school uniform.

"(F/n) were all going to celebrate Kise-kun for making it to first string. Do you want to come with us?" I ask as thought about it and nodded. Since she changed already I told her we'll meet up at the front gate. She just nodded and head to the gate seeing that I need to change still.

'She hasn't change much since her little date with Akashi. Then again she isn't much of going out,' I finished changing and close my locker and head to meet the others.

'I just hope she gets along with Kise-kun or he'll have a hard time getting along with her.'

Your POV

I sigh seeing that I'm the first one to be done. I see Aomine and Murosakibara or Mura-chan for short coming to the gate.

"Yo did Tetsu tell you were going out to celebrate with Kise?" Aomine asked as I nodded.

"Yeah though I do have a lot of homework to do it doesn't hurt to have some fun every now and then." He smiled seeing that he already agreed with me. I see Tetsu standing beside Aomine and stayed quiet.

"Hey Tetsu you finally made it," I said as Aomine looked and flinched seeing Tetsu there.

"You really need to get over Tetsu scaring you Aomine." He sigh seeing that he not use to it yet. We waited a bit for the new guy to show up but I felt really tired today.

'Must be that time of the month I guess.'

"Yo!" Aomine yelled at Kise who was showing up. He seemed surprised to see all of us waiting for him that he speed up to catch up with us.

"What's up? Ohh!" Aomine surprised him by placing his arm on his shoulder.

"Kise, we're going to have a celebration for you getting into the first string." Aomine said all excited.

"Huh?"

"Let's go everyone!" Aomine yelled to us.

"Yeah!" We said with everything we had at the moment. We began to head to our usual spot where we normally go to grab treat or celebrate.

"Hey Tetsu does Momo-chan know that we'll be there?" I asked Tetsu as he nodded since she had to do her duties as the manager.

Kise POV

"What is this supposed to be?!" I asked as I looked at the pink popsicle in my hand.

"Why did it turn out like this?!" I ask the others that came with me.

"What do you mean? It's your celebrate." Aomine said as the others agreed.

"Why are we having a celebration at a convenience store? And I was the one who boughtall your popsicles!" I ask them in confusion.

"Its fine, you're a model so you have some extra money to spend." He said with a smile.

"Since we bought it in a box it's more cheaper." The tall guy said as the other two stayed quiet.

"And on top of that, another person has joined us!" I pointed at the green haired guy with glass.

"I was originally in the convenience store already. I was just invited by (F/n) then." He said in a mater of fact tone.

"Celebrations are more fun if there are more people." Kuroko said as the girl nodded.

"Well there's nothing bad about eating this once in a while." The new guy said as turn to face him.

"Who are you in the first place?" I asked him.

"I'm Midorima Shintaro, you should be able to remember the faces of the regulars at least." He said as he pointed his popsicle at me.

"Calm down shin-chan he just join the first string today. Give him a day or two and he'll remember our faces." The girl said as I remember now that her name was (F/n). She's been quiet this whole time for me to notice but seeing her in the school uniform she's pretty cute.

"She's right that's the time when you're supposed to listen to your instructor, right?" Aomine said as he finished his popsicle.

"I won," my instructor said as he finished his popsicle too.

"Eh?.... OH WOW! ITS TRUE! Amazing!" Aomine said as he showed it to me.

"That's the first time I've seen it, its rare that you win from popsicles in a box!" I said amazed that he won.

"Aomine do you want this?" The girl said as we looked at it and saw it was another one.

"No way you too!" She didn't seem surprised about and gave it to Aomine.

"Its not that big of deal," she said as I begin to wonder if this is normal for her.

"What, what, what happened?" The tall purple haired guy asked as he came out of the convince store.

"Oh, right now, Kuroko-kun just-Huh? How much are you going to eat?!" I asked as I saw a box of maiubo in his hand.

"Eh? A lot," he said as anyways what wrong?" He asked like an innocent kid.

"Ah, well Kuroko-kun just chanced a win at-" I looked back at the two only to find another person.

"Tetsu-kun, I'll definitely treasure this!" She said all happy she got it.

"Idiot, there's no meaning if you just don't exchange it." Aomine-kun said in a teasing.

"Aomine just shut up if she wants to keep it let her keep it." (F/n) said without a second thought.

"(F/n)-chan is right so just shut up." She said as I face palm in how hectic this group is. I heard a beep coming towards us and a bright light hit my face.

"MOVE!" A man riding a scooter yelled as he came quick causing Aomine to block but push the pink hair girl to the ground.

"Ahhhh, so mean," she said as (F/n) got on her knees to see if she's hurt..

"Momo-chan!" "Satsuki!"

"He took my purse! Someone chase him!" Someone yelled as I drop my bag and chase after the guy and Aomine followed behind.

Your POV

"It doesn't look like you have any mayor injuries. Probably a bruise at most but it would be best to take it easy." I said as I help her up I saw that Midorima used Mura-chan box of maiubo as a ball to stop the man on the scooter.

"Tetsu stay by her side," I said as he nodded.

"Ma'am are you hurt in any form?" I asked her while helping her up. Her hand were red and her knee had some blood on.

'Probably while try to stop him he caused her to fall and she scrap her knee.' I checked my bag and found the travel first aid kit I always carry incase of an emergency and clean up the wound and patched it up.

"Thank you dear but what about my bag?" I couldn't help but smile.

"Trust my Mura-chan and Aomine are fast to catch up and I'm sure they'll be back with your bag right about now." I stated as Aomine came back with her bag in his hand and the thief  knocked out cold.

'He must of gotten seen Mura-chan angry side.'

Kise POV

As we all walked home I couldn't help but feel pretty useless.

"Being able to catch a purse snatcher like that, everyone is so amazing." The pink haired girl said as I learned her name was Momoi-san.

"I agree, it was a good teamwork play," my mentor said as he walked behind me.

'You didn't do anything at all... well I didn't do much either.'

"Kurosaki-san when did you learn first aid?" Midorima asked as she just smiled..

"It didn't take that long to know the basic plus it helps when I volunteer to help the nurse when I visit the hospital." She said making me wonder why she's at a hospital.

"Oh how's your mom doing (F/n)?" Aomine asked.

"She's doing fine though she did say she getting bored of the hospital food. So I plan to visit in the weekend and bring her a home-cooked boxed lunch this time."

"Is your mom always in the hospital?" I asked curiously as she nodded.

"(F/n)-chan mom gets sick pretty quickly because of her weak immune system so she has to stay in the hospital incase she gets worse." Momoi-san said as I was a bit surprised to hear her family situation.

"What about your dad?" I asked as she didn't seem fazed.

"He died way before I was born, so I don't know much about him. Though my brother calls our dad a 'no good scumbag' after he leaving us with his debt. Honestly what was that old man think," she said as I felt a bit bad seeing how her life is.

"And your brother?"

"Last I spoke to him was last week after he finally got his debut as an idol. So I have to stay at Tetsu house until we can afford a place to stay." She said as I felt even worse for her.

'She works hard in school and helps out someone and doesn't ask for anything in return. While I have pretty much anything I want without any effort.' I decided it would be best to change the subject before I hit a sensitive topic.

"So could it be that Murosakibara-kun is also a regular?" I asked hoping that get I want to talk about something else.

"Yeah, that's right. I'm surprised you knew it." He said as we all kept walking.

"Well you have this kind of presence," I said as it was obvious.

"Well everyone here is actually a regular, even (F/n) is a regular too." Aomine said while looking back at me.

"Eh? Is that so... is that so?!" I was surprised as I looked at the two behind me.

"Yes," Kuroko confirmed as she nodded to confirmed.

'No way, it just can't be!'

Time skip

Your POV

I sigh as me and Midorima walk together to the classroom to meet up with Akashi. Normally I would be the one to join Tetsu in the team practice with the second strings but for some reason Kise got to go with him. Something about him makes me worry for Tetsu. Will they get along or will he be a self absorbed jerk?

'Not only that he's been asking around about Tetsu and me. What is he up to?'

"Are you alright?" Midorima asked as I looked up at him.

"Yeah I guess, it's just I don't trust Kise, at least not yet." I stated, normally can Midorima sense when something is wrong or bothering me.

"I'm sure they're fine," he said as I smile feeling a bit assured at least.

"Yeah maybe I'm just paranoid," we reach the classroom and see Akashi playing shogi by himself.

"Akashi-kun I see your playing against yourself again." I said as I we enter the classroom Midorima close the door and stay behind me. I walked up and see how the board looks.

"Ah Kurosaki-san come close you know your always welcome to play against me anytime." He said as I rolled my eyes.

"And lose every game against you. I have no chance in beating you even if you went easy on me." I stated as took a seat near by the board.

"Akashi," Midorima called out as he began to join us.

"Midorima... what do you want?"

"This time, Kuroko and Kise both appearing was ordered by the coach." He said as I was wondering why would he pick those two out any of us.

"Kise will be wearing a uniform very soon. I thought that it would be better if I introduced Kuroko's power to him first."

"Its sounds like you suggested them instead of the coach deciding who it would be." I said as I looked him from the corner of my eye.

"Very soon... as usual, you speak as if you know everything." Midorima said as Akashi didn't look up from his game.

"I do, the person who discovered Kuroko's power... was me." He said as he finished his game.

'That may be true but it's sounds like we're nothing more than pieces to his game. If that's the case why does he act differently when we're all alone? It's almost like he knows something and I'm guessing he doesn't plan to say until he feels like it.'

"So much on being honest with us Akashi, and here I thought we were friends." He smiled as he grabbed a piece of hair and I pushed it behind my ear.

"I am honest," he said as I blush and looked away.

'What is wrong with me is playing a game with me. That's probably it Yeah he's just playing with me.'

Akashi POV

'She's cute when she acts like this but honestly I wish wouldn't be stubborn when it comes to my approaches to asking her out. Then again she's not the type to think much about romance like other girls.'

"It looks like they're back now?" She said as we looked out the window and see the team return from the practice match.

"Ok we'll I'm heading home now I just wanted to wait for Tetsu to come back so we can head home together. I'll see you guys later," she said as head out.

'And as usual she obviously about how I feel. Maybe some day I'll ask her out and make it an official date.'
