Kuroko POV

After that whole encounter, we made it back with the rest of the team and Kagami-kun got another lecture from Hyuga senpai and the coach about his tardiness. I knew (F/n) wanted to be left alone so I informed the coach that she went to the locker room to have some time to think without distraction.

"Hey, Kuroko what did he mean by "fulfilling a promise"?" Furihata-kun asked as I sigh seeing he would ask and Kagami would eventually ask too.

"It's a long story but it would be better if she explained it since it's something about her past." He nodded but Kagami went to the locker rooms.

'I just hope he doesn't get her mad."

Kagami POV

As I enter the locker room I see her sitting on the floor looking at a bear in a karate outfit. I took a seat beside her far enough to have her space but not far from hearing her.

"Want to talk about?" I asked as she shook her head.

"I won't force you seeing it a delicate topic, just promise when you're ready to talk about let the whole team know. They're worried about you," I said as she nodded.

"Thanks for saving me back there, I wouldn't have expected him to do that," I said hoping to get a response.

"You learn how to read him when you date for two years," she said as I smile.

"So that was your ex-boyfriend of two years, got to say you sure know how to pick them," she groan and hid her face.

"Please don't remind me," she said making me smile.

"I'm just saying most girls would like a possessive boyfriend," she rolled her eyes making me glad she was still the same.

"So who is she?" She asked as I was confused about the question.

"What?"

"I saw the lipstick stain on the cuff of your sleeve, she must be someone you were serious to have not cared about the stain." I looked at the cuff of jacket and jumped.

Your POV

"Jessica is going to pay for this," he mumble as he mentioned her name.

"Jessica?"

"Oh right Jessica is my teacher's sister, she's around the same age as us, and while I was training over there they allowed me to stay at their place. She must have gone through my stuff and did this when I wasn't looking," he explained as I wonder what this Jessica girl looked like.

"So it's nothing serious then, you and Jessica?" I asked as he laugh.

"Nah she's a prankster and I see her as a sister, the same as I see Tatsuya as a brother. Plus I can't handle how clingy she gets when she sees me with other girls," he said as I smile.

"I guess you have your limits too," he nodded as we sat there and enjoy the quiet. I don't know how long we were sitting there but eventually, this little moment had to end.

"Kagami-kun, (F/n), it's time," Tetsu said as we looked at each other and nodded. He got up but I stayed sitting before he turns to look at me.

"Hey Akashi had me at a loss, but that's all alright. There's no point thinking about a guy we're not facing yet. Besides, my head is full of thoughts of him right now," Kagami said as gave me his hand to get up.

"Yeah your right, we need to focus on our current opponent." I grab his hand and we made our way to where the others are waiting. Once we reached everyone Hyuga senpai nodded and turn towards the entrance.

"Let's go!"

"Yeah!"

Kuroko POV

As we stood there getting ready I couldn't help but hear a lot of people cheering for us. Some were even wishing us good luck.

"This is amazing," Kawahara-kun said as he and the others were amazed.

"Hey try not to lose focus just because of their cheering," (F/n) said as she didn't react much to their cheering.

"But their cheers are like nothing I've ever heard," Kawahara-kun explained as Furihata-kun and Fukuda-kun agreed.

"It's only the first day, but the seats are practically full," Fukuda-kun said as we looked around as well and but (F/n) sighed, probably knowing why it was full.

"Are we popular?"

"Idiots, of course not," Hyuga senpai said as he took off his jacket.

"What?"

"'You can do it' probably doesn't mean what you think it does," Izuki senpai said as they weren't sure why they would say that to us in the beginning.

"Unfortunately, most of the spectators are here to see our opponents," Kyoshi senpai said to clear things up.

"That's why I said to not lose focus, it's a simple way to get distracted and a lot of people tend to let it get to their heads when they hear a lot of people cheering for them," (F/n) explained as the crowd began to cheer louder.

"They're here!"

"How many points will they score today?!"

"The rising tyrant, Touou Academy!"

"And they're prodigal score of the generation of miracles, Aomine Daiki!"

"No one can beat him one on one!"

'If only they knew that he's lost to (F/n) every time they went against each other.'

"They say no one can tell what Imayoshi will do next' and I've never seen a center run like Wakamatsu, either."

"Kurosaki-san you can do it!"

"Show them how it's done Kurosaki-san!"

A lot of people yelling and cheering even praising Touou Academy but it seems like a lot of the girls are cheering for us because of (F/n).

"Amazing, you can tell they placed second in the inter-high," Hyuga senpai mumbled and we looked towards him.

"Don't lose your cool, we knew..." coach said but everyone was as excited to go against them.

"Both schools, please line up," the referí said towards us.

"Okay, let's go!" Hyuga senpai said as we all got up.

"Right!"

'Even if it's our first national tournament as a team, we're all focused on one goal, and that beating Touou for what they did to us at the inter-high.'

Unknown POV

"Hey, old man you said you have a granddaughter in Japan right?" I asked as walked with a tray of drinks.

"Yes my granddaughter and her older brother still live there, Shuzu you used to live in Japan right?" He asked as my dad nodded.

"Not only that he went to teiko where the generation of miracles went to school," he said as I place their drink on the table.

"Really? Then you must have known my granddaughter then, does the name Kurosaki (F/n)?" He asks as I drop the tray I had in my hands.

"Kurosaki (F/n) you can't mean that Kurosaki could you?" I asked as he should me a few pictures he carried with him. As I looked at them I couldn't believe my eyes it was the same Kurosaki I knew when I was still in the basketball club.

"Guessing by your expression I say you do know her, my what a small world we live in," he said as he took a sip of his coffee.

"Indeed, who would have thought your granddaughter and my son were old teammates," my dad said while I looked at all the pictures he had I notice a familiar light blue hair in one picture along with others I don't recognize.

"That one was when she and her dance partner won a dance competition. I wish I had gone in person but even my family worries when I travel to Japan alone," he said as he smiles fondly at the picture of her and I assume her older brother.

"Hey Shuzu why don't you go to Japan with mister Bernardi, I'm sure a few days visiting Japan won't hurt," my dad asked looking at him.

"But dad what about you guys?! I can't just leave you guys to go on a trip," he smiled and patted my shoulder.

"You gave up a lot for me and I appreciate everything you have done for me and your siblings, but I want you to live your life too. So would be kind enough to help mister Bernardi to see his family?" He said as I sigh and looked at the picture again.

"Alright, I guess it wouldn't hurt to visit everyone and see how they're all doing." They smiled as I gave in to their request.

'I guess they both have me wrapped around their fingers, but how can I not help them after everything they've done for me.'

Hey guys sorry for the late update I sorta lost my original plan for a book and I couldn't find it. So I've been remaking how the story will be going along with how it will end. It took a while but I'm almost half way done with both story set ups, and yes its for the Yurio x reader and the Suzaku x reader books. I had them on my desk but I think I accidentally may have shred it cause I put junk mail on top of it.😅😅😅
I know that was stupid of me but what's done is done and I  am almost done with this new set up. Anyway that's why haven't been able to update  for a while and not only that I've been getting requests for the cookies I make so I been taking care of that too. Aside for my lack of being disorganized I hope you enjoyed the chapter and it's seems Akashi date chapter will be uploaded first the a Midorima and lastly Kagami.
