Midorima POV

As I listen to Oha Asa's fortune for cancer I was a bit nervous since I promise to take (F/n) out on a date. Why did I say yes if I knew the chances of her getting bored are high with me?!

"Today's is Picese lucky day," Oha Asa said as I sweated about what cancers luck is for today. As it went down the list it finally went to cancer.

"Cancer should play it safe and should not anger a Sagittarius today." I felt the room get much colder and know that Oha Asa is never wrong I need the lucky item more than ever.

"Their lucky item is..."

Your POV

I finished making breakfast for Tetsu and me before getting ready for my date with Shin-chan, I felt nervous but at the same time, I was excited. I haven't gone on a date ever since I broke up with my ex but with exams coming up soon and training for the Winter cup starting up again we should enjoy our time going out.

"(F/n) you seem happy today?" Tetsu said as I smile at the fact that he know about my date with Shin-chan.

"Oh, really I've been so distracted that I haven't noticed," I said as he looked at me trying to see what was going on in my mind. We would always know what was going through our minds before anyone would ask.

"Did Kagami ask you out?" He said making me confused about why he would say that.

"What no, you know Bakagami is focused on basketball," he smiled knowing that it was true.

"Alright if you say so," he said as I made my way to get ready.

"If Midorima-kun is late just call Kagami to pick you up," he said as he took a bite of bacon.

"Tetsu!" I yelled as I blushed from his response.

"So where is Midorima taking you somewhere," he asked as I looked away.

"I don't know but as long as we're having a good time it won't matter to me," I said as he took a bit of his food.

"You got a point, just make sure you have a good time okay?" I smiled and nodded before I head to my room to get ready.

'Tetsu is such a worry worte.'

Kagami POV

After having breakfast and doing my morning routine, I decided to do some errands for my dad since this was his day off so why not let him relax? After all, he works hard and he should take his days off to relax. As I change to get everything done but received a text. It was from Kuroko and by the looks of it, he had only the other first years to the chat.

(F/n) has a date right now who wants to go spy on them?

I'm in who knows we might be able to see how to show a girl a good time on a date

I'm curious who had the confidence to ask her out? I thought she wasn't interested in dating right now!

I sigh seeing I can do the shopping later when I come back.

"Hey, dad I'm going to go now I'll be back later," I yelled as I place on my shoes and began to leave. I check the door to make sure it was locked and made my way to see who was brave enough to ask her out before I had the chance.

Your POV

I was waiting for Shin-chan but it looked like I was a bit early seeing that I don't see him anywhere. Though he might be getting his lucky item for today and doing everything to be lucky today.

'I guess Shin-chan running late but then again most guys I know are always late.' I took a moment to relax and enjoy the peaceful quiet in the park. I couldn't help but feel a sense of peace but I also felt a bit jealous.

"Mama!" A little girl yelled as she ran to her mother. I felt a bit empty seeing that I can't see my mom again but I'd already accepted it long ago.

"(F/n)!"

"Oh hey Shin-chan," I smiled as he jogged up to me.

"Did you wait long?" He asked as I smiled.

"Nope I got here about a few minutes ago and enjoying the peace," I said as he gave me a cute little Keychain of a cloud and a raindrop.

"This is Picese lucky item," he said as I smile and accepted it.

"Thank you it's so cute Shin-chan," he blushed and looked away. Being the Tsundere I know he is, I couldn't help but hug him.

"What are you doing?"

"It's just a hug Shin-chan don't be shy," I teased as he blushed and lightly patted my head.

"So what are we going to do?" I asked as he sigh but I know he was not bored.

"Did you eat already?" He asked as I smile.

"Sorta I didn't have much of an appetite this morning," he flicked my forehead making me laugh a bit from his reaction.

"Come on let's get something to eat then," he said as he stretched his hand out to me. I gladly accept his invitation and intertwine our hands together. His hand was a bit larger than what I remember them to be.

"Whatever you say Shin-chan."

Kuroko POV

I manage to follow them to a Cafe and watch them. The other first years would arrive any minute now but I'm watching them like a hawk.

"Where do you think they're at?!" I looked and see everyone looking around.

"Call Kuroko and hopefully he's been able to follow them," Kagami said as I walked in front of them.

"I'm right here," they flinch and jump a bit I made sure to see if they saw us, and lucky for us they didn't.

"So where are they at?" Kagami asked as I pointed to where they were and they saw her smiling with Midorima.

"Carrot guy got a date with her?!" He yelled as we duck quickly before she saw us there.

'I just hope they didn't see us.'

Midorima POV

"Is something wrong?" I asked as she looked outside.

"I've could have sworn I heard someone yelling," she said as I looked and see no one around.

"Could have been a passersby?"

"Probably," she agreed as we finished up our food. As I was about place the money she place it before I could.

"It's on me Shin-chan, after all, I was the one to make you take me out on a date," she said as I sigh.

"Come on I'm supposed to be the one paying for it."

"It's fine Shin-chan, I'm not one of those people that makes others pay for them. Plus it's a little way of saying thank you for taking time out to go out with me." She smiled as we began to leave she grab my hand. I felt my heart pounding so hard that it could jump out of my chest.

'If Akashi were to know about this he would try to kill me.'

"Shin-chan what was today's that Oha Asa said?" She asked as I blushed but try to hide it. I told her about today's fortune and she smiled.

"So what's Cancer's lucky item for today?" I sigh seeing that she knew I wouldn't leave the house without my lucky item.

"Four leaf clover boxers," I mumbled quietly but she could hear me.

"Of course, it would be that, but I'm kinda sad that's your lucky item for the day," she said as I wonder what she meant.

"Why do you want a specific item that you don't get?" She smiled and begins to run while dragging me to run too.

"Where are going?!"

"You'll see in a bit!" She said as turn to look at me but her smile was more radiant than before.

"Hurry up Shin-chan!" She said as I began to run to match her speed and make sure to not let go of her hand.

Kise POV

'How did I get dragged into this?' I mentally cry as I try to see if Midorimacchi was with (F/n)cchi.

"Akashicchi is so paranoid about her moving on why does he try to win her back like any normal guy," I mumbled as I see Kurokocchi and Kagamicchi along with a few guys hiding.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked as they flinch and notice me.

"Kise!" They yelled as Kurokocchi shush them to be quiet which they did and hid once more.

"What are you doing here Kise?"

"I could ask the same thing to you guys," they looked back and I see Midorimacchi and (F/n)cchi walking together and holding hands.

'No way is this for real!'

"We're spying on them," Kurokocchi said as they went inside a book store.

"Great if we go in then we'll be spotted," Kagamicchi said as I smile and went inside the store.

As I went I could see Midorimacchi hair and went to grab a sports magazine that I was going to get.

"Shin-chan have you ever read this book before?" I could hear them speak but I kept quiet and listened to their conversation.

"No but I've been told it's a good story," Midorimacchi said making me wonder what they were talking about.

"Just reading the first page it seems pretty interesting," I walked to the edge acting like I looking around and seeing the book they were looking at.

"Was that Kise?" She asked as I walked to the next row.

"It might have been but knowing him he would have run to talk to us, then again Kise does get distracted easily," Midorimacchi said as (F/n)cchi began to laugh.

"You do have a point Kise wasn't the smartest guy but he wasn't the only person that wasn't passing his classes."

'How rude!' Even though I can't see them I can tell she's genuinely happy with Midorimacchi. Makes me wonder why Akashicchi wants to keep tabs on them.

'Can it be that he still loves her?'

Your POV

After getting some books and looking at some window displays we ended up at the park where we use to hang out with everyone before everything started to change.

"Seems weird being here without everyone arguing about who's the smartest between them," I said as I remember back when Kise and Aomine were trying to see who was smarter.

"Yet they failed to see it was you and Akashi were at the top of the class." I smiled but I could still feel the pain of never seeing the Akashi I once loved.

"Hey, Shin-chan if you can go back in time what would have changed?" I asked as he seem unsure. I took a seat on the bench and patted for him to sit down too.

"If I could I would have to stop myself from loving Akashi," I said as I try to forget the memories of the once sweet guy that manage to make me feel special.

"Do you still miss him even when he's not himself?" Shin-chan asked as I looked up at the sky.

"It's hard to say, I do miss him sometimes but when he's all yandere he's so annoying with his gifts and love notes." He tries not to laugh but I can't tell he finds it funny.

"Are you laughing at my problems Shin-chan!?"

"No, I just find it hard to believe that Akashi would think you would like things that are expensive instead of sending some normal letters."

"Yeah well believe it or not he still trying to talk to me even when he's blocked by me," I said as he finished his laughing session.

"I would figure he would we know how he can be when he doesn't win." I remove his glasses and see him without them for the first time.

"I'm still surprised that you don't have a girlfriend Shin-chan, with your good looks I'm sure any girl would date you," I said as he blushed and looked away.

"Shut up Nanodayo," he mumbled as he blushed and looked away.

"So Shin-chan what about you? Would change something from the past?" I asked as I place his glasses back.

"If could change one thing it would be telling someone how I feel about them," he said as I try to process what he said.

"Wait what?" I got close to him to see if it was true what I heard

"You liked someone Shin-chan!?" I asked as I was curious about who this was.

"It's normal to like someone."

"I mean yes but I'm just surprised, so what was holding you back?"

"She was in a relationship with someone else, and the way I was back then I had no chance to be with her." I felt guilty for not helping him but now that I want to help him find happiness.

"Shin-chan thank you for everything you've done for me, I honestly don't know what I do if you weren't by my side," I said as I surprised him with a kiss on the cheek.

"Why did you-"

"Kiss you, easy it's because you're sweet," I said as I look up at the sky.

'That I really like you, but I won't say that out loud, I'm not ready to lose his friendship.'

Kuroko POV

As we kept our distance from them I could tell that she started to notice her feelings for Midorima-kun, but I don't think she was ready to accept at least not yet.

"We should leave before they notice us," I suggested as they all agreed and left them alone. We said goodbye to Kise but something seem to be bothering him. Maybe because they thought he was an idiot to them may have hurt his feelings.

Kise POV

As I manage to reach my house Akashicchi called, almost like he knew I was home already.

"Hello?"

"Ryota did you find out about Shintaro and (F/n) relationship," Akashicchi said as felt like I couldn't disobey his orders.

'Should I tell him about their date, but if I do (F/n)cchi will hate me again if she were to find out!' I took a deep breath before he could ask.

"Well it looks like they're just friends and I followed them around without them knowing it," I said as everything I said was true.

"If you say so then do you have evidence about this," I flinch forgetting to take a picture for proof.

"Sorry but I forgot since I know (F/n)cchi can sense when someone is taking a picture," I said honestly without a second thought. After what happened in middle school I know never make (F/n)cchi mad.

"I'll let this pass for today, I'll let you enjoy your evening," he said as he hang up.

'That was a close one but at least I bought her some time, at least I hope I did.'
