Ranmaru POV

We carefully made sure to not get noticed by anyone and made our way to the waiting room for them to come out. Unfortunately, we got an email and we had to leave to start our new song with Haruka now.

"Damn it why does the world always try to keep me away from my little sister," I mumbled as Reiji smiled.

"Hey come on cheer up we get the day off once we finish recording the song. So you have until then to see (F/n)-chan." Reiji said as the others began to get up.

"Fine but if your wrong I'll make sure you pay for this." He seems to accept as we began to leave the building.

'I'll make it up to you... I promise.'

Your POV

"Dear God please end our misery now," I mumbled as I felt my body aching. Not only that I'm also hungry and I want to eat something anything sounds good.

"(F/n)-chan you seem like your in greater pain than our senpais," Furihata said as I put on a smile.

"On the contrary, I feel like I'm dying." I try to get up but the pain shot through. Seeing that there's pain just by trying to get up I began to use some stretches to at least release some of the pain.

'Damn it I overdid myself and if the coach sees me like this then I'll be benched.'

"Let's go home!" The coach said as she was all happy.

"No wait... sorry... seriously wait.. we just played two games against kings." Hyuga senpai said as they almost look like zombies.

"Oh sorry," she said as I got up after doing some stretches it didn't hurt as much but it still hurt just a bit.

"We'll be fine after we rest for a few minutes, but Kagami... he pushed himself too hard." Hyuga senpai said as Kagami was shaking from the pain.

"I can't even stand, let alone move."

"That's what you get for trying to do everything by yourself." I teased him seeing him like that made me a bit happy.

"Shut up shorty." He said as I rolled my eyes at him.

"We can't stay here forever. So let's go to the closest restaurant, but someone has to carry Kagami-kun." Coach said as I began to get my stuff and leave the room.

"Yeah, that's a guy's job so you guys might have to deal with that giant's weight," I said as they got together and played rock paper scissors. Sadly Tetsu lost.

'Poor Tetsu,' we gather our things and went outside only to see raining cats and dogs.

"Oh man, it's coming down hard." Izuki senpai said as everyone got their umbrellas out and those who did had to share with someone.

"If I remember correctly there should be an Okonomiyaki nearby. It's a few blocks away from here... is everyone alright with that?" I asked as everyone seem fine with that and we all began to walk towards the restaurant. We almost reached the restaurant we heard something hit the ground and looked back to see Kagami on the floor.

"Kagami you are too heavy for Tetsu," I said as he got up by himself now.

"Oh shut it."

"Excuse me?" Coach said we enter the restaurant.

"Welcome, there's so many of you." The owner said as he saw how many we were.

"Kuroko you'll pay for this."

"I'm sorry but you're really heavy." Tetsu said as the coach was telling them how many of us there were.

"I'm not sure if we have enough seats." I notice from the corner of my eye a familiar pair.

"Oh Kise and Kasamatsu senpai what are you guys doing here?" I ask as I walked up to their table.

"Oh (F/n)cchi are looking for Masaomicchi and Ayame?"

"If you are you just missed them they left because we didn't stop teasing them." Kasamatsu senpai said as I smiled at them.

"Well I can't blame you for teasing them I've tried to get them together but they're small-minded when it comes to dating."

"By the way can I ask you guys a favor? " I said as they both blink and looked at each other.

The next thing they knew Kise had Tetsu next him as I sat next to Kasamatsu senpai.

"Why are we sitting together? Also, why was Kagamicchi covered in mud?" Kise asked as Kagami with the others.

"Let's say he fell." I said as I smiled as Kise seems confused at least until we heard Kagami say to not call him 'Kagamicchi'.

"If we don't eat it will get burn." Kasamatsu senpai said being all cool about sitting next to me.

"Oh right."

"I'm impressed that you can keep Kise in line Kasamatsu senpai," I said as he blushes and looked away.

"It not easy but I try my best." He said as I smiled.

"Excuse me sir do you have two more seats?" Someone said as we all looked and see Shin-chan and Takao come in.

"What are you doing here? Where are the others?" Hyuga senpai asked as Takao laughed.

"We lost the upperclassmen while Shin-chan was crying." He said as Shin-chan seem to get embarrassed about what he just said.

"Hey!"

"We figure we might as well get something to eat." He said as Shin-chan began to leave.

"We're going somewhere else!" He said as Takao tries to catch up with him, but the weather got stronger and the wind kicked in making them come back all soaked.

Takao seems to notice Kasamatsu senpai and began to get excited about meeting him. He began to ask if could join him and guided him towards another seat. Leaving Shin-chan to take his place but since we're all miracles it didn't feel weird. Yet for everyone else they thought it was ridiculous and for some exciting.

"Well then this brings back memories doesn't it Shin-chan?" I asked as he looked away.

"Why don't we order something? I'm hungry," Tetsu suggested as open the menu.

"Yeah I hungry too, what about you guys?" I asked trying to keep the conversation going.

"I'm already pretty full so I'm fine with what we already have," Kise said as I looked at Shin-chan.

"Shin-chan what are you going to get?" I asked as he seems to be in a bad mood.

"I'm surprised that you can eat that..." he said as he said a very colorful word.

"Why would you say that?" Kise said as I sigh.

"Well, at least your attitude hasn't changed much." I looked at the menu and skimmed it quick and we ordered our food. I decided on their house special seeing I wouldn't be able to decide and Shin-chan orders the same thing. As we waited for the food to finish up cooking Shin-chan seem to be ignoring me and Tetsu.

"Midorima?" I use his last name but even that didn't make him look at me.

"I know losing sucks but come on!  Yesterday's enemies are today's friends!" Kise said as I looked down.

"I just lost to them!" Shin-chan said a bit annoyed making me feel bad for him.

"If anything I can't believe you have no problem sitting with them. You already lost to them once." Shin-chan said almost disappointed in Kise but he seems happy.

"Well... I'll get my revenge at the inter-high, of course and I won't lose next time," Kise said as we both looked at him.

"Is that so well I wish you good luck, you're going to need it," I said as he smiled.

"Kise you've changed a little," Shin-chan said as Kise seems taken back by it.

"Really?"

"Your eyes... they're strange."

"Strange?"

"Maybe it's because I've started practicing more... since we played against kurokocchi. Also lately I've been thinking that it's pretty fun playing basketball with the guys from Kaijo." He said as Shin-chan grab his chopsticks and began to cut his food to eat.

"It seems I was mistaken, you have not changed at all. You have simply reverted to a state before our three consecutive championships." He said as I smiled at the fond memories of the past.

"But we were all like that back then," Tetsu said without hesitation.

"How you change is up to you, however, I'm not playing basketball to have fun." Shin-chan declared as I felt a bit heartbroken.

"So were all those times you being nice with us meant nothing to you? You never saw any of us as your friends?" I asked as he looked at me a bit shocked by my question.

"Was us being friends all just in my head?" I asked as he saw my tears.

"I guess it was... Tetsu use this to pay for everyone's food." I gave him the money and grabbed my stuff as well as a to go box.

"Wait (F/n) I-" I close the door and ran as the rain kept hitting me. I left my umbrella for Tetsu just incase he lets Kagami use his.

'Midorima I thought we were friends and so did everyone else. Was it all a lie?'

Hey guys what is up? Due to the Coronavirus, I've been able to work more on updating. As well as some other books and do some other hobbies to keep me entertained. For instance, I started to try a knit, and let me tell it's harder than it looks. I also started sketching again after almost 6 years of not sketching. Turns out I like drawing cute animals and other stuff.

I also want everyone to stay healthy and be safe. I know we've heard it a million times since it appeared and a lot of events have been cancel because of this virus. So remember to wash your hands when you get back from outside and try not to go out in large public places unless you have. If you're sick stay home and give yourself a me day.

Also, I know that this isn't how this episode went down but you know I like to mess up with some of the storylines. So I want to know what would Midorima do after making reader-chan sad. Leave a comment down below and who knows maybe someone's idea will be in the next upcoming chapter.
