(Some small spoilers for undertale and pressure in the videos I linked)

Now for confederate I think they are a mix of flowey from undertale and painter from pressure-

Yeah nothing more to say mostly, they sound like a mix of these two voices- pretty high pitched. they do have a bit of glitchyness in their voice when they were just a ghost only America could see but when they turned physical that glitchyness stopped.

The way their speaking patterns works is like this-
"Well- it's not like anything's going to go wrong, right?"
"Oh shut up, you're going to be fine... maybe."
"C-can we stop? I, im starting to get t- tired..."

They normally insult people with one off lines like "good for nothing" or "idiot" instead of full sentences, and will rarely use swears for a joke, to try and downplay something or to insult someone. The swears they normally choose being "crap" "fuck" or rarely "bitch" and also of course they have a southern accent, although when them and America were still living in the British empire's land they had British accents.
