Star takes in a large and refreshing breath of air. She is standing outside the college that she will be attending for the next three years. There is a long twisty pathway in front of her leading to the cracked, yet somewhat sturdy steps. There is a grand entrance, but it is still slightly intimidating. To the left, there is a group of kids stirring by a tall willow tree. The branches and leaves swayed peacefully.

Star begins to slowly walk toward the entrance. It felt like just yesterday she had been accepted to attend. Once she reaches the front entrance, the door fly right open and Star is hit in the face.

"OMG I'm so sorry! Please forgive me. I am so clumsy" said a tall and skinny young male with swoopy red dyed hair and eyes a beautiful shade of brown. Star explain to him that everything was okay.

"Excuse me but I don't think I got your name. I'm Star"
"My name is Josh, Josh Dun"
"Maybe I'll see you in one of my classes"
"I sure hope so"

Star carries her heavy luggage into her dorm room. She is sharing a dorm room with another girl, Samantha. Her side of the room is covered in everything pink.

"You can decorate your side of the room if you want"

Star unpacks all of the band posters she packed and strategically placed them on the wall. She lays out all of her other accessories. Star plugs her blue earbuds into her phone and listens to music as she leaves the dorm with her books. She wanted to make sure she was on time for her first class.

Once in class her eyes lock with Josh's right away. She takes the seat next to him. She was glad that there was a familiar face here. Class finally ended and Josh took Star out to the tree that bares no leaves. Nobody on campus knows why the trees bare no leaves.

Josh notices that under Star's black knit cardigan is a Green Day tshirt. Since he is wearing the same tshirt, he takes off his sweater and leans up against the tree.

"Nice shirt. I'm wearing the same one under my cardigan"

Josh leans in to kiss Star and she lets him. He apologizes for it because they've only known each other for not even a whole day. But to his surprise, she enjoyed it.
