This is a breakfast course made by Takumi Aldini during the buffet challenge in camp in ep 13 of the anime and chapter 30 volume 4 of the manga.

Servings: Depends how much you serve up

Ingredients:

.4 eggs

.1/2 onion

.1 red bell pepper

. 2 Pieces of bacon

.100 grams of mozzarella cheese

.1 cucumber

.1 tomato

.Salt and pepper

.2 tablespoons olive oil

.Mesclun, red leaf lettuce, parmesan cheese, ham

.2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

.4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

.1 teaspoons mustard powder

.1 teaspoon honey

Method:

1. Finely chop the onion, dice the bacon, bell pepper and mozzarella cheese.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan. Saute the bacon together with the onions and bell peppers until tender. Remove from the pan.

3. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, and then add step 1 and the mozzarella cheese in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan. Pour in step 3 while stirring, and then neaten into shape. Cover and cook for about 5 mins or until the eggs are halfway cooked. Flip over and cook the other side for another 5 mins

5. Slice the cucumber. Cut the tomato into wedges. Rip or cut the lettuce into bite size pieces. Place into a bowl with the mesclun and ham.

6. Make the dressing. Put the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, mustard powder and honey in a bowl and whisk throughly until oil and vinegar are evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Right before eating place step 4 in step 5. Chop step 4 into rough chunks and mix well with step 5. Drizzle with step 6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, and done!

Notes:

.Red bell pepper is also known as red Capsicum

.Mozzarella is a soft cheese, Parmesan is a hard cheese

.Mesclun is a salad mix, with lots of different green leaves

. If you can't find red lettuce you can just use green

.Balsamic vinegar is a dressing many to put on salad

. If You do not like any vegetables such as tomatos just cut it down to half instead of adding the whole thing
