You were brave. But who would've thought you were one of those cliché girls who are afraid the dark. No one knew about that, you didn't want anyone to laugh at you. Why would someone like you who's probably more manly than any man on the world be afraid of the dark? It's just ridiculous right?

You were staying behind in Aldini late a night cleaning the dishes and stuff when the lights suddenly went out. You silently cursed under your breath and walked over to what you assumed is the light switch. When you tried to turn the lights back on you felt a warm hand instead of the light switch. You screeched and jumped back. "Who's there?" You heard a familiar voice say.

"It's me," You said.

"(F/N)? What are you doing here?"

"I would say the same to you Takumi,"
"I'm going to find the power box (thing idk what they're called) (F/N) you stay here," Takumi said.

"Wait don't le-" but Takumi was already gone. You sighed and sat down by the wall.

Being in the dark made you feel uncomfortable. It was something that always happened ever since you were a kid. You hugged your knees tightly as if you were holding it for dear life (which you kind of were). Like you would imagine some bear that's coincidentally called Freddie jump out of no where and eat your intestines while you're in the middle of a restaurant. That would be the worst case scenario. You snapped put of your thoughts when you heard Takumi say something. "Huh what? Mind if you say that again?" You yelled from the kitchen.

"Looks like the power broke!" He said. Well great. Isn't that the last thing you would want. Slowly you stood up and somehow made your way to Takumi. "What are we going to do now?" You questioned.

"We're locked in."

"Wait what?!?!" You shrieked.

"The door is one of those electric doors,"

"What about the back door?" You asked

"I didn't bring the keys," he replied. You let out another sigh, but this time it was a frustrated sigh. "Well guess we will have to stay here for the night," Takumi said.

"Why are you so calm?"

"I... I'm n-not!"

Your face became red and you smiled at his cuteness. Like his change of personality made you laugh. "W-whats so funny?" You laughed again, louder and louder to the point your stomach started to hurt. "It's nothing," you said while laughing. Takumi just looked away. "Whatever," He muttered.

"So we'll have to stay here for the rest of the night. Wouldn't Isami worry?"

"He's probably asleep by now."

There was an awkward moment of silence. "Hey (F/N),"

"Yeah?"

"I-If y-you're t-tired y-y-you can l-lean on m-m-my s-shoulder," Takumi stuttered. You stared at him blankly and smiled. You nodded and gently leaned your head on his shoulder. You closed your eyes and not before long, you fell asleep.

Right as you fell asleep the lights turned back on.
