Have You Heard?

Lucy's P.O.V

I slowly push the guild doors open. Everyone's been acting strangely lately. I can hardly stand the weird looks, the whispers. The only people acting normal (well, as normal as they can be) are Juvia and Wendy. Wendy lately, has been feeling useless and ignored. I feel really bad for her.

"Hey! You too! Do you wanna go shopping?" I ask the two, sitting down at their table. Juvia nods enthusiastically, "Juvia would enjoy that." She says, smiling.

"What about you Wendy?"

"Yeah, sure." She says quietly, her head resting on the table. I grab her hand. "Come on, it'll cheer you up!" I drag her out of the guild, with Juvia following behind.

We walk around for a bit, me still dragging Wendy, when I spot something in a jewelry shop. I eagerly run to the window and look down at the three matching necklaces. They were three small teardrop-shaped pendants on a gold chain. One was dark blue, one was a crystal blue and the other was gold. "L-Look at these! These are perfect for us!" I run inside the store.

"Can we have those necklaces in the window please?" The store manager grinned evilly. Weird.... He's way too happy that he's getting money.

After purchasing the necklaces, we each put them on. Juvia had the dark blue, Wendy wore the sky blue and I wore the gold. "So pretty! Thank you Lucy!" Wendy exclaims.

"Juvia loves Juvia's new necklace!" Juvia thanks.

"You guys are welcome, let's look around a bit more." I smile. We walk around a bit, until I come to a little outdoor shop selling the latest Sorcerer's Weekly. I squeal excitedly and purchase one.

I flip through the pages. A few articles on Fairy Tail.... Nothing new. Blah...blah.....blah.... Oh!

"Hey guys, look at this. There's apparently a new guild near here. They tried to get an interview with the master, but she turned them down." I point to the page. "It says that the master is the youngest master in history as far as they know. She started the guild when she was thirteen, she's eighteen now."

Wendy's eyes widen. "How has the guild not been noticed yet?" She asks, looking at the magazine.

"Apparently, they recently moved the location." My eyes skim the rest of the article. "Wow, it only has six members, that's including the master."

"Juvia is intrigued." Juvia says, "Juvia wants to know the guilds name." My eyes scan the page, looking for the guild name.

"I think it's.... Shock Wave." I say, looking at the name and the guild mark. The mark was a small sphere with curving lines swirling out from the center. "Supposedly, they have some sort of training process that makes their members stronger."

"That's cool." Wendy nods and checks the time. "It's late, we should be going back."

Juvia and I nod and start walking towards the guild.

I push the doors open, for the second time this day, but something was different. As soon as me, Juvia and Wendy walked into the hall, everyone stood up. They began to throw spell after spell at us, calling us names and throwing insults left and right.

"Weak!"

"Get out!"

"You're not fit to be in this guild!"

"You're not a man!"

The three of us scrambled away and ran until we were out of sight. "W-What was that?" I ask, breathless.

"Juvia does not know!"

"They could've killed us!"

Suddenly, I feel a tingling feeling where my guild mark was. I see Wendy and Juvia do the same. "Our guild marks! Their disappearing!"

I look up, "D-Does this mean we're kicked out of the guild?"

Wendy nods and starts to cry. Juvia hugs her. "J-Juvia? What do we do now?" I ask.

"Juvia thinks we should join another guild. I want to beat those jerks up." My eyes widen. Juvia just talked in first person, she's getting serious.

Wendy rubs her eyes, "I like that plan."

I nod, "We need a strong guild that will train us then, and one Fairy Tail won't be able to find." I run through ideas.

"..... Juvia thinks we should join that new guild, with the special training technique."

"Oh! The one in the magazine?" She nods.

"Alright, let's go join Shock Wave."

"Ugh.... Where is this guild anyway?" I groan.

"Lucy, we've been looking for ten minutes." Wendy mutters.

Juvia's eyes suddenly widen. "Umm, Juvia thinks that is it." She points to a large building. It was colored a midnight blue, with black columns. The glass windows were stained gold, and the double doors were also stained gold. Overall, it was a beautiful building.

Me, Juvia and Wendy were in awe, until a girl was thrown threw the doors and landed on top of me. I groaned.

"Devils! You two are going down!" The girl shouts. She had long white hair, red eyes and.....wolf ears? She rushes threw the doors and they slam shut. We could hear two voices, a boy and a girl, screaming while the white haired girl was yelling at them.

"U-Umm.... Are we sure this is the right place?" I ask, but look up at the sign. It clearly says 'Shock Wave.'

"Yep." Wendy answers.

"Juvia thinks we should go inside...."

Me and Wendy nod, and we stand up. I slowly push open the doors. Our eyes widen.

Inside was the white haired girl chasing a pair of blonde twins with a chair. She was waving the chair wildly and accidentally hit a white haired boy who was reading a book. He slammed the book down and turned to them. "That's it! WATER DRAGON ROAR!" He yells, effectively starting a fight with the white haired girl.

Above came whoops and cheers, and I looked up to see a girl with long brown hair, brown eyes and pale skin sitting upside down on the ceiling. "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" She chanted, grinning.

"WILL YOU ALL SHUT UP?!" A boy with orangish-reddish hair shouted. He dropped a screw driver he was using to fix some sort of bracelet, and joined the fight.

Juvia, Wendy and me just stood in the doorway, gaping.

"Oi! People!" The brown haired girl shouted, jumping down from the ceiling and landing in a crouch. Immediately, everyone stopped fighting.

The two blondes walked up, "What do you want?" The girl asked quickly.

"O-Oh umm..."

"We don't give interviews." The red headed boy said.

"We're not-!"

"And we don't-"

"We wanna join the guild!" Wendy interjected. The guild members looked at each other.

"Names. Magic. Now." The white haired girl said, crossing her arms.

"Lucy Heartfilia, I'm a celestial spirit mage." I say, the brown haired girl perked up, "I've never met one of those!"

Wendy went next. "I'm Wendy Marvell! I'm a Sky Dragon Slayer!" Wendy smiles. The white haired boy perked up, "A Dragon Slayer? I'd love to talk to another one!"

"Juvia's name is Juvia Lockser, Juvia is a Water Mage." The white haired boy looked at her, "Cool! You can teach me then, and I can teach you!"

The whole guild then looked at the brown haired girl. She's the master? She's so....

The brown haired girl grinned. "You're in! Welcome to the guild! Let's introduce ourselves!"

.....childish.

"I'm Sierra Hallow, founder and master of this guild! Shock Wave!" Sierra smiles brightly.

The red headed boy grins. "I'm Reiki!"

The blonde twins grin mischievously. "I'm Cassandra, call me Cassie-"
"And I'm Jackson, call me Jack-"
"We're the Abernathy twins!" They cheer.

The white haired girl sighs, "Childish." She mutters. "I'm Lydia."

"Rin Connelly." The white haired boy shakes our hands. "Welcome to the guild."

"Where do you want you're guild mark?" Lydia asks, holding a..... Wand?

"Oh, yeah, our guild marks are different." Sierra says as answer to our confused looks. "They create a charm, so, if you're ever near another guild member you can't be killed or injured severely." She grins.

Juvia nods. "Juvia thinks that is very smart. Juvia wants the guild mark on her right shoulder in dark blue please." Lydia nods and waves the wand, making the guild mark appear.

Hmmm. "Gold on my right hand please." I smile. Wendy gets hers on her left shoulder in blue.

Reiki smiles, "Welcome! Oh, and by the way, you should probably take those pendants off. They're cursed."

We look down at the pendants and hurriedly take them off, dropping them into Reiki's hand. "I'll try to find out what the curse does, thanks!" He says, walking off with the necklaces.

Everyone leaves except Cassandra, "You can ask me any questions you want!" She tells us.

"What magic do you all have? Tell us more about yourselves."

Cassandra grins. "Well, Lydia's known as the 'Wolf girl' for her white hair, red eyes, dangerous glare and of course, the wolf ears! She won't tell anyone her last name for fear of being recognized by authorities. Apparently, she was a thief before she joined Shock Wave. Lydia has transformation magic, and her forms a wolf. Somehow, her ears just won't turn back!" Cassie giggles. "Me and my brother our known as the 'trouble twins' or the 'devils' for our mischievous nature-" she rolls her eyes, "and out illusion magic."

She points to Rin, "Rin there is a Water Dragon Slayer, we don't really know much about him, only Sierra does."

She points to Reiki, "Reiki's a Solid Script Mage, but has his own weird style of magic. He's an inventor and has an obsession with gathering magic items."

She looks at Sierra. "Sierra uses Gravity Athletic Manipulation Magic, it's a lost magic. It enables her to run on walls, air, water, fire and at any angle or height while at the same time decreasing the athletic ability of everyone in the area. It's pretty tricky to beat." Cassie grins.

"Dorms are upstairs! Take whichever one doesn't have a name on it!" She smiles, walking away.

She turns to us and smirks. "Oh, and training starts tomorrow."

{YAY! I did it! How'd I do? Bad? Good? A bit of both? How do you like my OC's?

Ugh, 1764 words is too much!
