Violet looked lazy still as she walked down into the battle field and stood there, swinging her parasol around and yawning..

Sora on the other hand, looked enthusiastic as ever.. grinning and determined.

Narina, well.. as she sat next to the announcer, she could feel fear pouring into her... as she prayed with all her heart that Violet never found out that her and Sora's relationship was a little more than just a simple friendship.

Asanni smiled and waved to the crowds, unaware of the tense situation. "Alright everyone! This is it! The last match before the finals! Who will face Narina in the final round, and possibly win a chance to go on an all expense paid date to the Cheese Cake Parlor with this beautiful lady?"

Narina smiled and waved and the entire crowd cheered, accompanied by shouts of "WE LOVE YOU NARINA-CHAN!!"

"My, my Narina-chan." said Asanni, giving Narina a wink. "Keep this up, and you might have a real shot at being an Idol too!"

"I don't think I can take the attention Asanni-san." said Narina. Though she was speaking from a script here, it actually was true.

Everyone in the stands cheered for Narina, while a number of fans shouted. "You're already OUR idol Narina-chan!"

Sora grinned as he walked up to Violet. "So you're one of the Three Emperors right? I hope you don't mind me taking that title after I beat you and go on that date with Narina."

"Hmph.." Violet smiled slyly. "You really think somebody like Narina would have interest in you?"

"Strangely enough yeah." said Sora. "She's pretty cool you know. Like just today I took her to the festival and everything.. she's a great girl!"

"Awwwwww!" Asanni's eyes sparkled. "So cute!"

Narina blushed. She should thank her lucky stars that nobody knew it was Sora who gave her the yukata.

Violet's eyes narrowed.. a burning darkness seemed to issue from her very soul and expose itself in the light..  "You ... went on a date.. with Narina..?"

Violet's body began to explode with darkness.. as shadowy tendrils tore themselves from her very shadow and began to surround her..

"You will forgive me.." Violet whispered. "If I fight you.. with everything I have.."

"Heh.. Of course." said Sora. "I won't go easy either!"

Narina wanted to scream for Sora to run.. but it was as if something caught in her throat.. She couldn't speak..

It was then, that Narina noticed the shadowy tendril wrapping around around her ankle.. somehow.. Violet was freezing her in place.. keeping her from warning Sora.

"Narina.. is mine.." Violet whispered. "Narina.. is... MINEEEEE!!!"

"FWOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!" The shadows blasted into the sky, forming into a 5 story tall column of shadow.

"Underworld HELLFIRE!!!" Violet thrust her hand at Sora, and the shadows twisted and morphed into pure black flames.

The black fire blasted down at Sora. 

Sora sent an electromagnetic pulse from his feet and launched himself out of the way just in time as the ground was torn apart.

"Whoa!! You weren't kidding about going hard!!" Sora stammered. "ALRIGHT THEN!! TIGER CLAW!!"

Sora thrust a hand out in a claw like fashion, and a lightning blast in the shape of a clawed hand blasted out growing bigger as it blasted down at Violet.

There was an explosion of lightning and a blast of dust as the attack hit. But Violet walked through the dust.. headless..

"HOLY CRAP!!" Sora screamed. "Did I go through far!?"

There was an echoing laugh as shadowy tendrils burst out of Violet's neck, and her head regenerated.

"Freaky.." said Sora. "Okay then.. BATTERY BLASTER!!!"

Sora sent another blast of electric energy into Violet, which tore a hole in her chest.. but it regenerated in a burst of shadow..

"ELECTRIC BUZZ SAW!!!" Sora hurled a disc of electricity at Violet, slicing her torso off her waist.. but a shadowy tendril burst from her body and legs and reconnected her body.

"Okay then!" said Sora. "I'll just control your body with the metal particles I imbedded in you! Take this!!"

A cloud of metal shot out of Violet's body, shadowy darkness splashing out with it.. as if Violet's body was made of shadows, and she just walked through the metal particles.

"Solid objects have no effect on me.." said Violet. "I am pure shadow.. pure darkness.. no matter what you throw at me.. you cannot harm me.."

"What the Hell!?" Sora stammered.

"I could defeat you right now.." said Violet. "But.. I want you to see my true form.. my true power.. because I want to show you what happens to those who come between me and my Narina.."

Violet spread a hand out. "DARK DEMON.. EMERGE!!!!"

Violet's clothes were shredded apart as shadows wrapped around her.. when the shadows dissipated, Violet was wearing a black unitard made of pure shadows that opened from her stomach all the way to her cleavage. Large curved horns grew from her bare shoulder blades..  her unitard extended all around her waist into a smokey shadowy dress that obscured her legs that trailed off wisps of shadows. Her teeth had extended into fangs, and her eyes were glowing an eerie green. Two bladed horns grew from her head.

"Notice some similarity in my form to Narina's Prism Dragon?" said Violet. "heheh! you should.. yes.. just like how the manipulation of carbon turns Narina into a Dragon.. the manipulation of shadows makes me.. a demon.. my greatest heritage.. I'm no Super Human.. not an ordinary one.. I didn't gain my power through mutation like other Accidentals.. my power.. is the result of my father.. being a Demon!!!!!

Violet raised a hand to the air, and a Scythe made of pure shadow fell into her hand. "Look upon me.. lowly fool.. and face a demon's wrath.."

"Like I'm going to-" Sora began to say.

"Noir Nebulae..Mark One" Violet swung her scythe.. and a massive blast of shadowy purple energy exploded  into Sora... the blast blasted out wider and wider.. throwing out shockwaves that literally shook the stadium with relentless power.

The blast grew wider and wider.. until finally when the blast dissipated.. a massive crevice had been blasted into the stadium..  and the blast had shot into the sky, and torn an entire approaching storm cloud apart.

"Wh-what!?" Asanni stammered, looking stunned. "But.. no.. DON'T TELL ME SHE KILLED HIM!!!"

"Wait!!" Shouted one spectator. "LOOK!!"

In the middle of the field, a massive set of crystal spires stood, having erupted out of the ground and somehow stayed intact..  Electric energy rippling around them..

"What?" Violet muttered.

The spires crumbled away.. to reveal Narina standing in front of an unharmed Sora, her clothing shredded away into her full Prism Dragon form, her wings spread out magnificently.. her tail thrashed against the ground, creating powerful shockwaves.. as her stainless steel talons gripped the earth.

"Enough.." Narina growled, her dragonish eyes glowing angrily. "I've had enough Violet.. I'm taking you down right here.."

Violet smiled deviously. "I can live with that.. Narina~Chan... "

"Run.." Narina whispered to Sora.

"I'm not leaving you!!" Sora exclaimed.

"Trust me.. you DON'T want to be in the vicinity of this fight!!" Narina growled. "Please! RUNN!!"

Sora gritted his teeth, but grudgingly turned and ran, as Narina held out a clawed hand.

"Electro Drake Art.. Dragon Genesis.. Mark One.." The massive crystal dragon's head from before formed over Narina's arm... and fusion energy began to charge up in it's jaws.

"DRAGON GENESIS PURGING CANON!!!" Narina fired a powerful multicolored blast from the dragon head's jaws..

"DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!" Violet screamed, laughing deliriously. "NOIR NEBULAE MARK ONE!!!!!"

The great mass of purple shadowy energy collided with the multicolored fusion energy exploded against one another.. and a shockwave turned the very sky dark.. as the sun began to turn black from the terrifying power colliding with each other..

Somewhere in the city.. Merlin looked up at the sky, adjusting his bowler hat. "So it's begun.. the day when people truly realize the true powers of Super Humans..  to you Storm Dragon.. Narina.. I wish.. good luck.."

"RRRAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Narina's yell was heard throughout the stadium as she bared her fangs and her eyes lit with fury and she shot at Violet, her claws bared...

At the same time, Violet let out a furious scream of her own and shot into the air too, her dress trailing darkness pure and deadly, readying her scythe.

"RYU'S DEVESTATOR!!!" Narina screamed as she enveloped both her claws in silver lightning..

"NOIR SLASHER!!!!!!" Violet screamed as her scythe began to erupt with dark blasts...

Silver electricity and black shadows erupted from the impact point of the two moves.. and the very arena cracked, and a ginormous fissure split the entire structure in half..

Millions of spectators screamed  and ducked for cover as an earthquake shook Varus City.

Narina and Violet shot into the sky, colliding with each other repeatidly, shockwaves exploding into the air... Storm clouds began to gather around the battle area..

"WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!!?" Narina roared as her claws clashed with Violet's scythe. "WE WERE FRIENDS!! BUT YOU'VE BECOME COMPLETELY OBSESSED!!!"

"Obsessed.. OBSESSED!!!?" Violet screamed. "YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING FOR YOU!!! ALL THIS.. IS FOR YOUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!"

"TRYING TO KILL MY FRIENDS!!?" Narina screamed back. "HURTING SORA!?"

"Maybe... Maybe I do this.. SO YOU HAVE THE POWER TO PROTECT THOSE FRIENDS FROM ME!!!!!" Violet screamed, tears suddenly flying from her eyes.

Narina's eyes widened in shock for just a minute. "V-Violet!?"

"ENOUGH TALK!!!" Violet screamed as she rose further into the sky, shadows charging into her scythe blade. "All there is now.. is this BATTLE!!! NOIR NEFROS!!!!!!"

Violet swung her scythe down.. and a shadowy blast exploded down, morphing itself into a massive skull with purple glowing sockets..

The ginormous skull opened it's jaws to swallow Narina.

"Electro Drake Art: QUEEN OF THE HEAVENS!!!" Narina spread her wings wide.. and powerful blast of silver lightning exploded from her very wings and tore the skull apart..

"YOU'RE WIDE OPEN!!!" Violet roared, suddenly appearing right behind Narina in a burst of speed. "DARK CONJURING SLASH!!!"

The shadowy blade slashed into Narina's stomach, but the moment the shadowy blade hit Narina's skin, it bounced off in a burst of sparks.

"What!?" Violet stammered. "How hard is your skin!?"

"A dragon's hide.. is harder than steel, more durable than the most iron will.. feels as much as the human heart.. and thrives on the conviction of the dragon's soul.. " Narina growled, baring her fangs. "THAT IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A DRAGON!! TO LIVE AMONG THEM.. TO HEAR.. THEIR.. HEARTBEAAAAAAATTTTT!!!!"

Narina turned right around her claws charging Silver lightning. "RYU'S RETURN: ACT ONE!!! THE DRAGON AWAKENS!!!!"

A ginormous dragon's head made of pure silver lightning exploded from Narina's claws.. and expanded through the sky, opening it's maw..

A giant roar blasted out from the dragon's jaws embodied with lightning into the sound itself...

Violet was sent hurling down into the earth with a boom.. turning the deep fissure in the arena into a crater..

"ACT TWO!!! THE DRAGON TAKES FLIGHT!!!!" Narina screamed as she hurled back tot he ground and slammed her talons against the very ground itself..

"KABBBLLLLLLLAAAAAMMMMMMMM!!!!" A ginormous Chinese dragon made of silver lightning, with multicolored horns and spines, exploded from underneath .. throwing Violet up into the sky...

"ACT THREE!!!" Narina clasped her hands together as if in prayer. "THE DRAGON DEVOURS THE MOON!!!"

The Dragon wrapped it's massive silver coils around Violet, and exploded in a tremendous display of silver light and powerful lightning.. lighting the night sky up bright..

"NOIR SKULL OF THE DEAD MASTER!!!!!"

A giant black shadowy skull with glowing sockets blasted out, tearing the lightning apart, growing massive before throwing itself at Narina.

Narina's eyes flashed, and her tail lashed out, slashing the giant shadow skull in half.  "So that wasn't enough?"

"YOU BETTTT!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Violet shot out from the black of the night, her eyes glowing wide as she charged energy into her scythe.. "NOIR BARRAGE!!!!"

Violet hurled out a massive set of slashes that would have reduced a skyscraper into confetti in a few short seconds.

But the blade kept grinding against Narina's skin, throwing out sparks as it could penetrate her body.

"You can't hurt me.." Narina growled.  "But I can hurt you.."

Narina's clawed taloned hand grabbed Violet's throat.. holding her in place..

"B-but.." Violet choked. "I.. am pure shadow.. how.. are you.. holding me!?"

"Cryptid Biology 101.. remember that class?" Narina whispered. "Sensei specifically said.. what was a dragon's natural prey 300 years ago?"

Violet's eyes went wide with realization and fear. "Demons..."

Narina grinned. "Too high up the food chain for you.. "

Narina threw Violet down at the earth, slamming her down against the arena floor. She then landed there and stood above Violet.

"The  demons were driven to extinction because the dragons overcame them.." said Narina. "Dragons devour creatures of darkness.. it is their natural prey.. or it was.."

"Very good Narina.." Violet whispered.. chuckling as she stood up. "But.. I'm no ordinary demon.. my father.. was Gresel.. the Lord of Shadow.. greatest of demons.. even dragons fall before his very gaze.. "

Violet screamed.. and her shadows grew explosive, shimmering with instability as purple flame tattoo markings that looked tribal in nature appeared imprinted on Violet's skin.

"DARK DEMON!! MUTATION LEVEL 2!!!!!!!" Violet's mouth opened into a wide sharp toothed grin.

She launched herself at Narina with unreadable speed and slashed her scythe across Narina's belly.

Narina screamed out in pain and shock as her sizzling hot dragon's blood splashed against the ground. She looked at Violet, blood dripping from her dragonish fangs..

"The fight isn't over yet... NARINA-CHAN!!!" Violet screamed, before cackling and lunging at Narina again..

Down near the battlefield.. as the fight between Violet and Narina raged, Nue was dashing towards the fight in her Neko Girl form.. displaying enormous speed..

As she began to get close.. Sora appeared next to her, flying using electromagnetic propulsion.

"HEY!" Sora roared. "What are you doing!?"

"Going to help my friend.. Nyannnn.." said Nue. "You?"

"Same!" said Sora.

Suddenly, before the two could get any closer, there was a massive roaring noise from the sky..  and the massive zombie Frank Steinly slammed down to the earth in front of the two.

"Nobody approaches the Mistress!!" Frank roared, slamming his fist down at the earth before him.. causing a tremendous earthquake with his very fists.

Frank Steinly stomped his foot against the ground, and another earthquake shook the vicinity..  as he did.. he cracked his knuckles. "I'm at least strong enough to take on one of the 7 Representatives, You think you can take me!! BE MY GUEST!!!"

Nue's cat-like eyes glittered. "You.. are standing between me and my friend.. I suggest that you step away.. before you make me do something you will regret.."

"DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!!!!" Frank Steinly sent his fist hurling down at Nue.

"Catform.. Cheetah.." Nue's fur turned spotted, and she dodged  Frank's punches with astounding speed, her body turning blurred.

"Very well.." Nue whispered. "I am angry now.. Nyan... Sora.. do you mind if I have this one all to myself?"

"Uhh.. you sure?" said Sora.

"Yes... very.." Nue hissed as a dangerous shadow crossed her face.

"I'LL MAKE YOU EAT THOSE WORDS!!!!" Frank roared hurling another punch at Nue.

"Catform.. Tiger.." Nue's ears, tail, and paws became striped.  and her fangs grew slightly longer, as she held out a paw and stopped Frank's massive fist in it's place.

A shockwave shook the stadium as Nue's claws gripped Frank's fist..

"Agghh.. AAAAGGGHHHH!!!" Frank cried out with shock and pain as the bones in his fist began to crack.

"Oh?" said Nue, a dangerous fanged smile appearing on her face. "Didn't you know? Cats love to play with their food..."

"B-but.. such strength!?" Frank whimpered. "I'm.. a demonic monster created by lady Violet herself.. h-how!?"

"I wasn't in the 7 for nothing.." Nue hissed. "When you threaten my friends.. and I lose my temper.. well.. that's one door you're going to be begging close... Tiger Strike..

Nue moved in and sent a clawed palm thrust into Frank's muscular chest.

There was a booming noise as Frank choked, and his bones broke, and he was sent hurling hundreds of feet into the air..

"Catform... Panther.." Nue's fur turned black, and her eyes became a brighter yellow. "Jungle Juggle.."

Nue shot into the sky with a tremendous leap, and her claws came out.. as she slashed at Frank in mid air at blinding speeds, her claws becoming silver streaks as they slashed gashes all over Frank's body.. spraying blood over the air.

"Catform.. Lioness.." Nue appeared above Frank as he fell, her fur turned light brown.. and she gripped Frank's neck in a powerful armhold. "Beast Crush.."

Nue slammed Frank against the ground.. and the arena shook once more..

Sora's jaw dropped in awe and terror. "Her.. power.. and strength.. she makes Ezra Tobuki look like a total pushover!!! Dear lord.. sh-she's terrifying!!!!!"

"H-how!?" Frank groaned as he lay on the ground.. "I-I've taken down tons of more experienced heroes in the service of Lady Violet... h-how..?"

"I don't care about the how.." Nue growled. "All I care about.. is my friends.... Catform... SABERTOOTH!!!"

Nue's fur became light brown.  with dark stripes, and two tusk-like fangs grew from her top lips down to her chin.

Nue raised a fist. "If anybody dares to threaten my precious friends.. whether it's Narina.. or Ezra.. or Zanna.. or even the friends of my friends.. like Stoor.. Nina.. and even Sora.. I swear on my life.. I will hunt them down with every ounce of my power.. This.. IS FOR NARINA!!!!!!"

Nue hurled her fist down into Frank's gut.. and a giant crater exploded into being beneath the zombie as Nue landed her final blow..'

Meanwhile, back in the sky... Narina and Violet's battle had become even more violent and bloody.. pillars of lightning and columns of shadows blasted the very air apart..

It was as if the gods Hades and Zeus decided to have a very loud and violent party upstairs.

After another tremendous shockwave.. Narina and Violet flew back from each other.. and hovered in the air.. panting..

Narina was covered in wounds.. bleeding sizzling blood.. and Violet was also covered in wounds.. bleeding normal blood..

Violet grinned. "Whoa.. you've got moxy.."

"So do you.." Narina panted. "But you sound a little tired... wanna give up yet?"

"While I'm having this much fun?" Violet said. "No way.."

Violet launched herself at Narina, swinging her scythe through the air, hurricanes howling in the wake of the scythe's swing..

Narina moved like lightning dodging the slashes with quick agile movements before charging electricity into her fist and punching at Violet's face.

Violet blocked and parried the strikes with her scythe before letting out an uppercut slash, slashing a gash on Narina's body, which sprayed out blood.

At the same time, Narina's talloned foot sent a powerful lightning kick into Violet's jaw.  Both combatants cried out in pain and nearly fell out of the air before coming to a shakey mid air halt.

"I.. won't let you.. hurt anybody else.." Narina gasped.

Violet's eyes suddenly began to gush tears.. "I... I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYBODY ELSE!!!!"

Narina stopped.. "Wh-what?"

"I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYBODY ELSE!!!!" Violet screamed. "I DON'T WANT TO HURT YOU!!!! BUT!! IT has to be done.. I HAVE TO MAKE YOU STRONGER!!!!"

"Violet! What are you talking about!!!?" Narina screamed.

"NOTHIG MATTERS!!! NOTHING MATTERS AT ALLLLLLLL!!" Violet screamed, then a massive shadow exploded from her body...  "This is done now!! SHADOW OF THE NOIR VOID!!!!!!!!!"

A ginormous shadowy cloud exploded from Violet's body..

And Narina's vision.. was obscured in shadows..
