Appearance:

Backstory: Norman was born with a severe anxiety disorder at 10 years old, but her family thought she could tough it out. Over time, it got worse. And worse. And all to the point were she would have to sleep in a hospital to feel safe. This still is not cured, so now she lives as a hermit in her own small house.
